Let me start by saying I absolutely adore Brandon. I think he genuinely has a good heart and good intentions. However, I've been more than patient in regards to how my situation has been handled, and felt it necessary to make people aware of what may be in store for them if they choose to do business with Adams Auto Connection.I gave Brandon $500 toward a Chevy Impala at the end of November 2023.I hadn't even seen the vehicle, much less had a chance to test drive it or do any of the other things a person investigates when considering purchasing a vehicle.I had some substantial financial issues come up and 9 days later, I told Brandon about the change in my situation and asked for the money back. (I knew he was uncomfortable with the idea of a payment plan and explained I wouldn't be able to hold up my end of deal.) I figured if I shut down the whole deal before we went any further, it would ultimately behoove us both. No harm-no foul.Brandon did return $150 of the $500. However, his business partner, Lizz, refuses to refund the remaining $350. She has told me there were filing fees and other expenses that were incurred in the 9 days between my giving Brandon the money and then trying to honest with him as soon as I realized I wouldn't be able to follow through what we had discussed. (There was never a written agreement or anything of the sort. We talked about how to proceed with a payment plan but, there was never anything in writing.) I do have a written receipt for the $500 I gave Brandon onNovember 29, 2023. But no terms or conditions were ever written down or signed for by me.I've spoken to several friends and family members who work in the automotive industry. They expressed to me that the so-called 'filing fees' Lizz is attempting to claim used up the remaining $350 are not that significant. Especially for a $500 down payment on a $2200 car.My experience with Adams Auto Connection has been, to say the least, uunsatisfactory unacceptable.I truly hope I'm the only person who has had such an experience with Adams Auto Connection. You don't have to have a business degree to know one of the most important facts in running a successful business-the best business is repeat business. I can assure you, this automotive business will definitely not get any repeat business from me or anyone I know.

They were very courteous. Brandon is a real go getter and while his phone rings off the hook he still somehow hears everything you say to him. He isn't pushy and makes you feel very welcome. Now Bill is 82 years old and sharp as a tac. He's all business but good business. His word is his bond and a handshake means the deal is sealed. The thing I can say is that if your looking for a company to trust in the automotive industry look no further than Adam's auto connection LCC.

Came to buy a camper from them and they made sure we where safe and even helped us fix an issue we were having with our truck. They were super informative super friendly and helpful. I live in Arkansas and I'm willing to travel to bring my car back to get it fixed. Was the best experience I've had at a mechanic shop in a long time. They were honest and really knew their stuff.
