I am extremely satisfied with Plaza Tire. They are so helpful and patient with w when I come in. They explain everything to my understanding Being a senior citizen there s so much I don t understand or take a minute to understand and they are patient and reassure me it s okay. The staff, every single one is them are so kind and considerate. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought 4 new tires and also had my oil changed at Plaza Tire today March 19th in Fredericktown Mo. I want to say the guys worked their butts off getting everything completed in a timely manner. My car drives like a dream now. There were 3 guys working I only know 2 of their names...Aaron and Justin.. I really appreciate y'all and I will be singing what a great job y'all did!!!

Got me in and took care of my vehicle on time and the young man working the front desk was very efficient. Plaza Tire is fortunate to have him working for them.

These guys were great! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but they showed me that my tires were in bad shape and would need to be replaced. I still had warranty miles left on the tires so they were able to adjust the price accordingly. The work was completed in one afternoon and I m on the road again!

I put off getting an oil change and then almost cancelled my appointment after receiving some bad news. But I had suspicion my tires were probably not too good either, and since it was deer season I wasn't going to ask my husband to mess with it. I knew I couldn't handle another 2 hour drive in traffic worrying about my vehicle, so I forced myself to go with my 6 year old who likes to run around. But I went anyway, because I knew that in our small town they'd understand. Not only did they service my vehicle, educate me on where my tires were and my risks, but the manager took the time to look me in the eye and give me the some advice I'd been needing to hear for months. It was the same advice my husband or Dad would have given me if they'd have seen what the manager saw that day. I will be forever grateful that he was able to give me an appointment last minute, and that if I'd have chosen to, they'd have changed my tires for my safety despite the workload they had left for the day.

The people at Plaza Tire Fredericktown were really helpful and informative with everything they did to my car. The service was top notch. I will return and recommend them to everyone I know.

Great service and easy to work with. Would have left 5 stars but was mislead verbally on one item which ended up costing significantly more than anticipated. I ll still use them again and again

The workers at the store were great but I was disappointed of the availability of lower priced tires such as walmart carriesu It seems plaza dies not handle many tires under 200???

In had a nail in my tire and they were great working me into their already busy day. Plus having the protection plan already made it great cause I didn't have to pay and I was able to finish my busy day.

I like plaza tire from past experiences. However, it seems like every oil change turns into a full car inspection with a laundry list of ideas they suggest they fix.Please ask first if I want a full check up. My wife calls me everytime she gets her oil changed afraid her car is dying after one discussion.Seems like they try to take advantage of folks.

Manager was very helpful and nice. Didn t realize there were different levels of oil changes so none of my fluids were checked or filled.

Honestly the red curly headed freak with glasses needs FIRED. I have had x5 different alignments done and it s always the same I finally learned my lesson and went to Perryville

Plaza Tire Fredericktown is great! Had a valve stem fail leaving me with a flat an hour before closing on a Friday. These guys squeezed me ontop of them already being slammed. Very good group of guys. I appreciate them going above and beyond.

Got done in timely manner. Employee Justin helpful in explaining why they could fail safety inspection if power steering leak caused issue in how the steering is. Not we'll be rude like where I got my insp done. He was also nice to other customers coming and going while I was there. Normally would not write review but felt like he should be recognized.

My daughter needed new tires. I normally deal with another location where I live. I was able to get her taken care of with a couple phone calls. Just an easy transaction dealing between the 2 locations. Todd and his crew were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

A very caring group of gentalmen that work there, in Fredericktown, MO, and they work hard to keep there customers on the road! There's not one auto shop that I would trust with my truck, but Todd Boyd and his crew are awesome! if this place ever closed we would be lost and heart broken to say the least, there like family to my husband and I, think they all deserve a pay raise for the job they ALL do! I went in to get a tire change on a complete flat. They were very thorough with me. And got it done over lunch without an appointment. Even called me to tell me how bad both my tires were and how much it'd be to fix both of them and then shown me them when I got there. I was thankful my tire got flat because I wouldn't have known before my big trip!

Had a blow out on the Highway they were all very nice and helpful plus s side they had the tires I needed was lucky it was just the back tire cause they were all bad and they showed me every tire they got me back on the road fast

1st visit here as we just moved into the area. Asked several local residents where to go and high percentage said Plaza Tire. Received fast friendly service at very reasonable cost. Is my place to go for servicing my vehicles.Update, 3 yrs later; Still 5 stars and service has only gotten better. They are truthful with and caring for their clients. I've always been given options and never once did they push a sale.
