Purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco from out of state in California. Levi was great to work with and really made the whole buying process smooth as can be. I would definitely recommend them if your looking to buy a vehicle.

From the moment I talked to Levi at Pettus Ford Fredericktown, I knew he was my guy. Not only does he know more about the Ford Bronco than anyone I've met (seriously, I think he might be part Bronco himself), but the entire team at Pettus made the buying process feel like a breeze rather than a chore.Levi's approach was not hard sell at all and more "Let's chat about cars." He took the time to understand what I was looking for and never once tried to pressure me. What truly set Levi apart, though, was his transparency and honesty. Plus, he had this knack for explaining the car's features with a hint of humor that kept things lively.All in all, if you're considering a vehicle, especially a Bronco, trot on over to Pettus Ford Fredericktown and ask for Levi. Our sales person Jessica Tarrant is the best! We have bought 5 vehicles from her, not because there was anything wrong with them, we just wanted something different. Both Jessica and her manager, John Tallo worked together to get us the best possible deal. You don't go back 5 times unless you're getting the best buying experience you can get!.

Great experience with Jessica! She helped me find the car I was wanting and was able to get it pulled to a local lot for me to test drive without having to travel too far. Very knowledgable and helpful with all of my questions. Overall great experience!

Jessica, our sales associate was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have gone through the process many times purchasing a vehicle and it has always overwhelmed me. Jessica made the process so easy and was very up front with us and most importantly she was so genuine! We moved to Fredericktown 1 year ago and we weren t sure where to go, I thought maybe the bigger cities would be easier but thought to stop at Pettus Ford first, and I am so glad we bought locally! This will be our go to place from here on out! I strongly recommend Jessica at Pettus Ford if you are in the market for new or used vehicle! Well done Jessica!! I went in there and Austin Brown was an actual blessing! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a good family car! He gave me the best recommendations and as he says family comes first. It s so hard to find someone who knows all the specific requirements I need for my family car but Austin really came in clutch and even recommended features I hadn t even thought about! I will definitely recommend everyone to go to Austin. He s amazing!

I have known Jessica for years now. She showed me two vehicles to test drive inmy price rage. She showed us the reports on both and I ended up buying the escape. We had seamless integration with the finance manage, and both my wife and I enjoyed the experience. I would make the drive from St Louis to work with Jessica on another deal in the future. I am pleased and will recommend Pettus Ford and the great people who work there.

Purchasing my 1st brand new vehicle was wonderful last year, Steve Dorris was fantastic. However the service department has been a challenge nearly every time that I go. Supposedly ordered the parts for a recall, at the next oil change they have to re-order the parts again. One time I had to wait almost two hours for a scheduled oil change with my three kids, definitely not a fun time. Had a window leaking and had to make three trips in one week by the time that they looked at it, got my appointment, and then I had to go pick it back up when it was finished. I live almost 40 minutes away so was a bummer. And they don t do the window resealing there so they ended up having to come back closer to my hometown to get it done. Had a chip in my window that they said they would take care of at no extra cost for me. I was going to pay to have it fixed at the glass center after the original window got fixed and was quoted $40 at the glass center . When I went to pick it up they told me that I owed $53. My mind was blown, the lady changed the price to 40 after I told her I had already been to the glass center and what was quoted. And don t expect them to refill your car with the gas that they used to drive it back-and-forth to get it repaired, even though you have to bring the rental back with the same amount as when it was taken

My husband and myself recently worked with Jessica to purchase a Bronco. We were absolutely delighted by how welcomed we felt when we arrived . Jessica and the rest of the staff made the experience wonderful and worked hard to get us what we wanted ! And I will say , they now have our dedication to come back again and again . It wasn t a couple weeks later , we needed to look into another vehicle and we received the same experience! I can say we will look no where else ! Thank you for making the process easy and stress free !!
