I have ever rarely allowed anyone to work on my vehicles, have been an auto/diesel mechanic for many years and owned my own shop years ago. When my van broke down and I had absolutely no time to work on it, I chose Heartland Auto to troubleshoot and advise. Everyone at Heartland is friendly, courteous and highly experienced in what they do, from the front desk people to the mechanics.Honest, friendly and enough experience to handle any vehicle issue in a timely and efficient manner.Thank you Heartland!

Drop off was easy, and the service was quick! I had to run an errand when I dropped off my vehicle and they kept me updated through text to let me know when my vehicle was finished. They also sent a report on the health/condition of several areas of my car to make sure that it is running smoothly!

Awesome group of people, I wouldn t trust my vehicles in the hands of anyone else!The tech that worked on my vehicle was super kind as well and answered questions I had, and was super knowledgeable!The coffee and snacks in the waiting room were a huge plus also! If you need service on your vehicles call or stop by, their hours are 7-4 and also have a drop box available if you need to drop your vehicle off after hours!THANK YOU HEARTLAND AUTO REPAIR FOR SERVING OUR COMMUNITY!!!

Service was quick, diagnosis was cheap, part was in stock. Same day service and much cheaper than I expected! Meghan in the front office handles it very well too, very informative and communicative. One more good experience of many for my family!

Heartland Auto recently inspected my truck after two year license. It was time again! It had a bad power steering leak that had gotten much worse, a bad front brake line, a bad front wheel bearing, and the front brakes were thin too. They promptly got me fixed up, finding a new power steering hose for my 32 year old truck and fixing the other issues, as well! I appreciate these folks and their good work for me! They did a good job. I had a complicated trouble with my battery mount, and they did their best to repair it. I will have to have some welding done, but they did what they could. This is the third time I ve taken a vehicle into them. I have been pleased every time! They are so very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. This time I came here by accident thinking it was a different place. Because I don t live around here I didn t know exactly where they were located. I had a car towed here, three months ago, thinking it was another place in town . I am just very glad they brought it here. I feel like I can trust their expertise.That was a happy mistake. Today when we came to pick up our 1 vehicle, my husband s vehicle needed an oil change. We thought we would go ahead and ask and sure enough they were able to get him in and done right away. What a nice change of pace!

We have learned that we can trust the integrity of our mechanic. Stuff may happen but when they feel any responsibility at all, they make it right. Not all mechanics will do that. Had a inspection done and did find a problem. Would have had them take care of it, but would have made another appointment and it took approximately two weeks to get in for the inspection. So I took care of the problem myself and returned the next day to have the inspection completed. Very good people just would recommend if you had something done make sure to setup a appointment. Plus they also send a reminder to confirm. Good mechanics just a busy place.

Courteous, friendly staff.Pleasant, comfortable waiting room.Surprised at the low price of servicing my older model Subaru with a high mileage oil change.I was able to get a service appointment for the next morning and they did the job faster than any other service provider I've ever been to!Best of all, they did a multipoint inspection of my car, found nothing wrong with it, and didn't pester me with "... a dozen things that they recommend letting them fix" like every other service center I've ever been to has done. I left feeling that my car was good to go and I didn't have to go into debt for it all over again!Five stars do not adequately rate the value in my opinion.Service: Oil change

Quick and accurate service. The girls working the desk are friendly and helpful. If they're not totally sure about something, they'll find out, not put you off. "Megan", in particular, was extremely courteous and helpful. She knows her job well. The service we received, was actually a bit above and beyond, with a few extra details threw in the mix, with our major repair. They respected our wishes, taking good care of our car. Warranties were included, and customer service is always available. Very pleased. Thank You to the entire staff!!!
