I came in with a wiring issue for my inverter so I could connect it to my big rig. They had all the parts and I had a very, and i mean very good experience. The wealth of knowledge they gave me in regards to the install as well was worth more than gold. If I'm ever in the area again, best believe I'll swing by again with anything battery related issue. 100/10 would recommend.

As a trucker I'm glad I called them before I got there, otherwise I might have missed their entrance. You have to come off the freeway at the top of the hill then take a smaller road/driveway into their facility. Other then that I didn't have any problems. Got in without any problems, backed into their docks, and was loaded in less then 45 minutes. Got the paperwork and was gone within an hour. Fast, friendly people to work with. I only gave them 4 stars because it was a bit of a challenge to get into their docks, and I certainly wouldn't want to do it in the rain. They're outdoor docks and if it's raining the parking area is gonna get muddy real quick and then it'll be a nightmare backing into the docks and even worse trying to drive a forklift on that slick dock.

I originally gave this business a 5-star rating, but sadly, things have changed dramatically after our first experience with this business!We were looking for a reasonably priced battery, new, and after calling around, this business offered us a price which could not be beat. We made the 70 mile round trip to purchase this battery, new with a warranty. We installed this battery and within about 8 months, this battery would not hold a charge. We took the battery back and this business replaced it with another identical, new battery. However, this new replacement battery started to go bad at around 10 months, toward the end of summer. Once the temperature started to drop, in October. This battery failed. I called, Ellis battery, and they said they would replace the battery, but when we got down there, they said this battery, was one month past its warranty and they would not replace it. During my subsequent conversation, I was told the "new battery" we were sold, could actually be an, "old battery", a "damaged battery," or possibly a "used battery"!!!When we purchased this battery, it was stated quite clear to us, this was a new product with a warranty! Then later they go on to tell us it could either be, "used, damaged, or old!"This is no way to run a business and unfortunately, Ellis battery, has lost any future business, or recommendations, from us!

Ellis batteries don't just sell you a car battery they sell you Flashlight batteries to what you think you need when you walk in the door from cell phone batteries. To AAA AA all the way up to your big deep well batteries for your fishing boat they are a great place to shop for your battery needs they even have some super awesome coolers. You always good good customer service. And they do work on your batteries to fix for your cordless drills two other batteries for other objects to fit your needs. If they can't fix it they'll find it and sell it to you. LOL
