The staff at Firestone were so kind and professional. I came in for a safety inspection on my vehicle. Setting up an appointment was very easy. I called on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and it was surprisingly affordable (only $12). When it comes time for my husband to get his safety inspection on his vehicle, I will insist that he goes to Firestone, not only for its proximity to our home on post, but because of how quick and easy it was. I appreciate the hardworking people here.

Took my rental car here for a flat tire. They communicated with the rental company and got it fixed within a few hours. The man at the counter was very helpful and kind.P.S. Avoid the Budget rental location at the STL airport. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. CROOKS TO THE SERVICE MEMBER. My recent experience is I called about 2 loose wheels and tires mount and balance. Guy on the phone couldn't give a price but ensured me that he'd hook me up. So I show up and get the price of 2 mount and balance that are already off the vehicle for 105$ the avg price off post is 50$ do not waste your money. Mind you the average price of a tire they try to sell you is also double to almost quadruple what you can get one in town for unless you say something and they come back with "well we can price you off brand" yet you can get name brand tires off post for good prices

Firestone app made it easy to get a same-day appointment, and service was fast, friendly, and needed (lifetime alignment for a couple hundred buckaroos). No interest for six months to boot using the Firestone credit card!

We had them replace the transmission in our Subaru which cost us around $7000. Within two weeks the same exact issue started again. We took it back and they claimed that the transmission they put in it was bad and the exhaust had an issue and would be a complete replacement (around another $1900). They replaced the transmission again (free due to the warranty) and gave us a whole new exhaust system from front to back (which we paid for). We got it back and within a few weeks it was right back at their shop for the same exact issues. This time we were told there was a problem with the new exhaust (under warranty so free to fix) and the valve body solenoid (goes on the top of the transmission) but it "wasn't under warranty" even though the transmission was. After paying yet another $1900 and some odd dollars for them to replace that, the car ran for a few months and is now right back to the same issue...AGAIN. We have paid them more than the car is worth and it is no better today than the first day we dropped it off to them. I will not take any vehicle to them ever again.

These people are here to steal your money. Do yourself a favor and go to Steve s. That guy is fair and honest. Our truck s brakes were squeaking so we took it to them. They charged us $3000 to fix them. They still squeaked. We took the truck back to them twice and both times they said they couldn t get them to squeak and did nothing to fix them.At a later time, we took our other car in to get the oil changed. They did a complimentary look over the rest of the car, which they charged us $20 for and told us we had $3000 in repairs that needed done. (The car is only five years old.) We said no thank you and took it Steve s for a second opinion. He was super transparent and honest about what needed to be done and we ended up only spending about $650 for the repair that actually needed done. He told us Firestone just made up a bunch of stuff to get money out of us.Services: Brakes, Oil change

They do good work however all tires reward coupon saving from Firestone can not be used because store print/use commercial invoice on receipt and the small printed Tire rewards saving excludes Commercial Invoice. Misleading to customers if trying to take advantage of tire reward saving coupons after sales are completed and try to submit savings. Will be switching over to BigO Tires.

They once tried basically robbing me of $20,000 by pretending my tires needed to be replaced. I ve heard similar stories happening from other soldiers. So no I do not recommend them.

Decided to have them replace a fuel filter on my truck with the oil change this time because it's a deseil and needs done frequently. They charged me $137 for a $34 fuel filter... I was not made aware of this when I dropped off the vehicle and was in shock when I went to pick it up and had to pay. Talked to the person about it and they told me to do it myself next time. I'm here temporarily with the army and don't have my tools. Will never be back.

I recently experienced a starter failure near this Firestone. When I presented to the front desk asking to borrow jumper cables, Tom immediately offered to assist with a jumper box. Within 3 minutes he correctly diagnosed the problem, provided useful work-around guidance and got me on my way. I was pleasantly surprised by exceptional customer service;. especially considering I wasn't an official customer. Couldn't say anything better about the experience and will certainly use them in the future!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Took a car in for breaks/break fluid. $1300+. Shouldn t have cost more that $700. Cost is not worth it.

I stopped in with appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. While watching tech work on vehicle noticed tech was just rotating tires. Had to get that corrected; "pay attention to work order"...Then noticed when tires was being balanced the tech wasnt removing old weights, just adding new ones. Overtime you could end up with a full pound of lead if this was to continue.Decided to just take my truck ton another place and get it done again. Its doesnt take much effort to have pride in your work and take care of the customers.

$156 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. Receipt said they charged me for 10qts of oil when my 2010 Chevy Equinox took 6. My fault for not asking about it, but the price was steep.Quick service, friendly staff. Overall, not a bad experience. Just that price got me.

Don t go there these people are very rude I had my tire changed about a month ago and I went off curb and my tires popped and it s still under warranty I paid 900 dollars to replace them. There was a rude employee his name is Jesse stated it s not their fault that I went off curb and it s not covered under the warranty. He also said to the other employees apparently the manger to cancel and they won t replace my tires and take it somewhere else. This place has a very rude disrespectful people and when I said I will call the cooperate that guy Jesse said it will not get you anywhere. This place is a mess and overprice and it has so many rude people.

I was very disappointed in this particular location because I went in on Monday to order tires and was told they woukd be in Tuesday afternoon. I scheduled the tire installation for Wednesday, but the tires were late. I ended up getting them on Friday. I've never seen people take so many breaks. In the three hours I waited, at least half of the workers were sitting down, talking to each other or taking breaks (walking over to the shoppette for drinks etc). It will be the last time I use this location to get tires.

Came to Firestone to get tires rotated. They refused to rotate due to a mail in one of the tires which I understand. My issue is the fact that they failed to put the locking lug nut key back in the car. When I went back to get the key they came out 4 times with handfuls of lug nut keys they forgot to give back to the owners and none of them fit. My first mistake was thinking a competent job would be done at Firestone. Never again will I attempt to use them for anything.

Estimate for work was $2400+ (high enough that we knew we'd get second opinions and so thankful we did) Called around and decided it was worth the $108 "diagnosis fee" to get the vehicle out of there. Towed it to a mechanic in Rolla. $665 total (part and install took under 2 hours) even with the $100 tow we saved $1700+Could not be less impressed. Also zero masks being worn by the staff even with a mask mandate on post and being 3ft from my face telling me to call back 2-3 days in advance for an appt and that it would take 2-3 days of work once there)

I purchased a lifetime alignment a year ago. I brought my vehicle in for the second tire rotation and an alignment (10K miles) since the it need the alignment. They wouldn't do the alignment due to the vehicle needing 12k since the last one and do it on the next tire rotation. On the next visit I scheduled a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change. My vehicle was dropped off and told it would be done before 4pm. I came in at 5pm and the vehicle hadn't been worked on. I took it back the next day dropped it off. When I picked it up only a oil change was done on the vehicle. They told me I'd have to reschedule an alignment, but they could do the tires. 3 hours later the tire rotation was complete. At this point I'm starting to see the pattern that they do not want to do the alignment, I figure if I was paying of it the alignment would of been done.Fast forward to today. I drop it off in the morning for an alignment and rotation. They couldn't find my information in the system that I paid for the lifetime alignment (of course), they did insure me that the vehicle would be done by lunch. I call at 11am, and they did eventually find my lifetime alignment information, however my vehicle was not done. I jokingly tell my co workers that they will find an excuse to not complete the services....I was right. At 2PM i call them and they tell me my alignment cannot be completed, because of a front hub. 3K miles ago I had both hubs replaced by a local shop. So at this point the gig is up. This firestone is a joke, do not use them, and do not get the lifetime alignment.

Not the place to bring a car for an alignment if you need any kind of drag/track alignment. They won't do it, and will say they can only "follow oem alignment procedures". My suspension is aftermarket with camber bolts, and has more adjustability, which is the whole point. With drag racing, for my example, you don't want an alignment set up to handle and corner on roads, you want one where you're going to put the most rubber to the ground in a straight line. That being said, there are other places around the area thankfully to give your business to that can and will do your alignment, for those of you who require specific camber and toe specs, already found one too! It is what it is, not much of a loss.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! Came down from Texas to visit our son. Had issues with our vehicles while there and we took our vehicle up there for help!! They fixed the issue they thought was the problem. My husband showed back up to get the vehicle and it was making the same exact noise. $500 later we soon realized we were very much taken advantage of. Bad business. I have never known such horrible manager skills to completely dismiss our issues with them. No concern at all for the simple fact they let my husband and I with our 5 kids drive off in an unsafe vehicle after spending $500 with them. Not only did we get screwed. We have to find someone who actually knows what they are doing so that it can be properly fixed. The manager of this please as well as the mechanics should be ashamed of this place!!! I hope you realize what you ve done!! Especially being on base you would think there would be more of a concern and kindness and work to get the job done and make customers happy!!! If you want that. Do not go here!! I pray you all never treat another customer the way you have treated us!! I pray no one else gets screwed over by another one of you mechanics just so that you can make a dollar!! You will reap what you sow. We just ask for them to make it right because they sent us away with the problem unresolved and the only thing they could say was.... o we have lawyers and we have this and we have that and we don t have dishonest mechanics...... we ll sir I m sorry to say, but that s exactly what s going on. And if you were a good honest place. It wouldn t have been an issue to make it right!!!! Firestone in ft Leonardwood Missouri is the worse by far I have ever seen!!!!! Please please do not go here. They will take your money and blame you for the problems that are still at fault!!!!! Awful!! Shame on all of you especially the manager.

Unfortunately, it is too much of a coincidence that again after having my car serviced here, it develops a new issue. The day after having a simple oil change, the engine fails to turn over (sounding like it's the alternator). All this after being recommended to replace the battery because there's some corrosion on one of the terminals. Turned down the offer to have the battery replaced -- I simply removed the corrosion with hot water and baking soda. Gonna find a different place to oil services from now on.

I had a great experience at Firestone of Fort Leonard Wood, as I received same day service! Shawn was very thorough when looking through some issues I'd been having with my car, and I was back on the road in no time! The price was right, and the service was great.

Although this is a convenient location and the people are all very nice, they are a business and they are in the business of making as much money as possible. I went to them to have a small leak repaired. They told me that the leak was in the side wall of the tire and could not be fixed. They then told me that since I have an all wheel drive, it was manufacturer policy to replace all of the tires. At my hesitation they began peppering me with encouragement to buy the tires quickly and to sign up for their credit card. I left and called the dealership who said that the manufacturer policy was made up, and at most, I would need two tires to balance out the axels. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership to have them take a look, they discovered that they hole was not in the side wall at all. What Firestone quoted around $700 for ended up being a $12 fix. Firestone takes advantage of people who they think will listen to the first thing they say. Please be very vigilant if you find yourself here.

I have been using this business for routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, alignment, etc) for four years now and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received. While reading the reviews can add skepticism, I have never once had a bad experience, granted this is also not a specialty shop (i.e. transmission specialists or engine specialists). I have bought two sets of tires (neither of which were Firestone) from them and each time the representatives worked with me to find the best deal. I even trusted them to replace two major suspension components on my Land Rover as they saved me several hundred dollars over going to the dealer. Finally, all of their mechanics are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified, which added an extra layer of comfort in my opinion knowing that their mechanics just aren't some guy off the street in St Robert. Overall, and based on my experience with them, I would trust this shop to provide good quality standard and routine maintenance to your vehicle.

To start, my Car was taken back over an hour after my appointment time. Secondly it took way longer than what the invoice said to get my car in and out and completed.. This was a horrible experience between both or family car we have spent hundreds of dollars at firestone in this year alone !! What really has me aggravated is there was work that needed to be done that day but the tech very rudely said he didn't have time to do it.. Thinking to myself they would have had time had they got my car back at my appointment time.. My end transaction was not explained and all the work that was needed i signed( which i didn't know i was signing) was again not explained saying that i declined these services basically covering their ass if my freaking ball joint falls apart or my breaks fail... however i feel really screwed i basically begged him to do the work that day.. but again he refused.. That Would've been over 1,700 dollars in profit for this company! i hope whom ever reads that understand to me that a pretty big loss for a company to take.. I have cut up our firestone credit card because we will not be back!!!!!!
