They went above and beyond to help us. When the parts we ordered didn't fix the problem they went out of their way to take my front rotors in to be turned. They fixed everything the right way. They are hard working honest people that know how to treat other's right. Very friendly staff. Got a call minutes after dropping vehicle off thinking they just had a question, but nope, vehicle was fixed. Glad I found this place. Highly recommend!

The guys at this shop are pretty cool! Really great conversation they're friendly they're knowledgeable and overall just really good guys. Did my car once over to see what was up got me price quotes and seemed like we would be in business but then I saw the sign behind the desk. No credit cards only check and cash. I am currently unemployed and only have credit cards right now to get me by so I was not able to get my car fixed at this location. Which is a major bummer because I really liked these guys. They were affordable and I really liked these men.The only drawback I had was I'm an asthmatic and one of the mechanics was smoking occasionally but I get it that it's a ma and pa kind of shop and they allow that. Oh what I could tell the mechanic did not smoke in my vehicle though and that's all for me that matters is that no one smokes in my vehicle.

I have been going to Forsyth Auto for over 30 years. Russ at Forsyth Auto is very honest, trustworthy and reasonable. He will tell you up front how much it cost and if he knows he can not fix it he can recommend you someone who will. Love their work!

Took my 2013 charger in for an inspection and was told by the old man I needed a fender and head light. Then took it to Big O the same day and they passed it no questions asked. Now I'm convinced you just wanted my money. He didn't check my mileage or ask if I was over 150,000 which makes the difference. Learn to do your job.

Very reasonable price and he made sure my car was good before I left.. Very nice and was able to bring my service dog inside with me and you can smoke a cigarette while u wait inside.. It was a very comfortable enviroment

My boss at the post office recommended Forsyth Auto. I have been there several times for repairs and they have always been courteous, knowledgeable, professional , very fast and reasonable priced. If I could choose more than five stars I would.Couldn't be happier that I found this place.Went to Pinegar in Branson and they gave me a quote of $1000, maybe more to fix what they said was two issues. This didnt feel right to me. So did some research and found Forsyth Auto Services. Right from the beginning that we started talking to Steven we knew he was more than willing to help us out (more then Pinegar ever would). Steven told us to bring the vehicle in so he could confirm what Pinegar had found. Turns out that there was only one major problem with the vehicle and instead of charging me $1000It cost me $240.Cant thank him enough for saving me so much money. My car sounds so much better and I notice a huge difference.This is what true customer service is.They are honest and keep everything at a reasonable price.Thank you Steven and thank you Forsyth Auto Services!
