Very courteous and knowledgeable front desk. Nicole is wonderful! Helped me get my teenage sons truck going after being broke down a while. Did a total overall inspection of front, back underneath and everywhere in between. Took pictures and spelled out what repairs were urgent and what it needed to pass inspection and be safe for my kid to drive. Went beyond what I expected and for once I was completely satisfied with the work and the final price was way better than what I was planning on paying. Keep me updated and informed. The technician was great and actually did the repairs honestly and efficient. I will never take my vehicles to anyone else in Forsyth and I have tried them all. Finish line is has lived up to my expectations. Thanks Nicole

Excellent experience. They send you pictures of what needs fixed along with the quote. It is divided up so that if you only want to have a certain thing fixed, you can. It also has an explanation of how crucial (or not) it is to be repaired. Nicole is knowledgeable and explains anything you need clarification or more information about. Thanks!

After a stressful day of trying to find a place to work with my work schedule for an inspection, I called here. The lady who answered has a very calm, sweet voice, and it mellowed my whole attitude. I haven't even gotten work done here yet, but I know this will be my go-to simply because hospitality is hard to find nowadays. Thank you for being caring and understanding

I was silly and hired a shade tree mechanic. He didn't get my vehicle running. but did have it all over the Van .wires everywhere parts of the engine out I was overwhelmed when I saw it I had it towed to tire crew .they wouldn't even work on it . So I had to have a toad to finish line and they got it going and fixed it I'm so proud of them and I'm grateful for the work Facebook

If I could give more stars I would! After 4 other local shops couldnt figure out my issue,Finish Line could! I do alot of driving and I noticed after Id get to a location and Go inside for about 50min or so my car would have a long crank and then start. I checked Air and Spark and had both. I couldnt check fuel though. But this became an Intermittent Issue. My car would always start and To me I felt my fuel pump was slowly going out but Literally no other shop took me seriously so while getting an Alignment at Lakeside Tire in branson I started talking with the guys and they recommended Finish Line and said a guy named David does really good work. So i stopped by after leaving there and got a diagnostic going. Turned out my Fuel Pump had a bad check valve so the fuel would bleed down upon sitting or whatever situation. Im beyond grateful,plus they had me back up and running within 48 hours. I dealt with Nicole and David and both are extremely professional and take people seriously. While in the waiting area I talked to their other customers and you wouldnt believe the appreciation they gave finish line,Its hard to find an honest shop and I appreciate that more than you know and now Im going to be a repeat customer. You wont be disappointed by their work!

Love this shop! I really appreciate the honesty and didn't feel bullied to get any other repairs like some other shops have done to me in the past. Also their online ticketing system is nice to be able to see other repairs that could be done in the future. Will come to this shop for all my future auto needs.

Wow. Honest service was offered. Had the front differential go out on my truck. Other shops only offered a new one and never discussed a rebuild. They saved me over $1800.00. Nichole was super gave me two estimates of a new and a rebuild. She sent updates by texts on the repair and when it would be completed. Give them a try first as they will give many options to a repair and not just replace with new. Great job guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughter is a CofO student and I live three and a half hours away. Her broke down and I was at a loss for what to do. I called Finish line and they took care of everything. From getting the vehicle towed, evaluate the issues, making the repairs and constantly keeping me informed.I can't praise them enough.

Excellent service, above expectations. I scheduled an appt to have my exhaust inspected, and they were waiting for me when I pulled up. Had me on the lift to take a look, and I was repaired and out in 30 minutes! Thanks again!!

I Had an amazing experience with this shop. they got my truck running no problem and they keep you updated ever step of the way with efficient work.
