Couldn't have found a better company to drive for if I wanted to. Truly enjoy working here. From office staff, shop staff, to drivers, everyone is friendly and helpful. All the miles you could want. (Legally) Good equipment, good pay, and good values.

They ll make it seem like a good company but they ll play you out of your last check rather you quit the right way or not and don t believe what they re so called recruiter says they ll lie to you first time actually leaving a bad review on a trucking job

Best place to work hands down. This is the best company I ever worked for they treat me like family office staff and shop are top notch if you looking for a great I urge you to check there csa scores speak for themselves you want proof just call Scott or Beth the recruiter i finally found my home these people are like my family so keep on trucking. only regret is not coming here 20 years ago.

Best company I ve ever worked for. Been here over three years now. Will definitely keep you moving and manage your time expertly to maximize your hours. Rarely get less than 3000 miles a week unless something out of your and the company s control

This is hands down an awesome company. Well run , organized and Driver First oriented. I ve only been here a short term , but fully recommend. The trucks are top notch in the maintenance category , as well as comfort. They put extra money into driver comfort by ordering the Murphy bunk setup & AC/Heated seats. You ll easily get 3000 plus miles a week. No micromanagement such as driver facing cams , assigned routing or fuel stops and no hometime accrual. You go home when you want and for how long , assuming it makes sense and you ve been running hard. All Great people , Aaron , Scott , Eric , Justin , Ben & Beth. Zac , Dion and Brandon also seem to be great so far. Really love this place so far.

These guys are the real deal!! Honest, fair, and they WILL keep you rolling. The equipment is top of the line, maintenance shop on the ball and get you in and out quickly!!! My experience with USXL has been truly amazing, and rewarding. If you want to work for a company that truly respects you as a person, as a team member, and treat you like family, this is the place. So get those applications in and tell them Al sent you!!!

Easily the best company I have ever drove for. The best people to work for hands down. The pay is very good , and the miles are the most consistent I believe I have had anywhere. And the trucks are new Freightliners. The shop take great care of all there trucks. Everyone of there employees is the nicest easy going people you ever want to meet. No attitudes what so ever, like a lot of companies. And your treated with respect.

I first worked at USXL about 2 years ago. Excellent company to work for, I meant work with. Because at USXL your not an employee but a team member. They actually treat you with respect and know that in order for them to be successful, the drivers have to be successful. I never had to worry about pay, it was outstanding, correct, and I could survive. I had to leave USXL not because of anything they did or did not do, but due to family medical issue. I am starting back in a couple of weeks and looking forward to restarting my relationship with them.

My boy got clean MVR and about 11 years of driving experience. Manager turned down his app.This was crazy.. We have read some bad reviews and tired of hearing that no company is perfect. USXL are too strict on their hiring guidelines. Turned down a guy all because he got 7 jobs in past three years. No terminations.A good sign to tell my boy that company don't fit his criteria..Recruiter wants me to remove the review. I spoke the truth for my boy DJ .The worst reviews are on indeed. Go see for yourself and check Facebook..Company is about the same as Knight.

Very good people, easy to talk too.Great equipment trucks are newer and well maintained. Beth was great with helping set everything up from hotel to uber to orientation.

There really clean freaks you have to perfect to work there.i think USXL isn't all that great of a company I did like the truck.i think I should get paid for wasting my time for coming up to this stupid company.usxl is the most stupid company that I've been to so far worry more about the trucks than they do there drivers

I will undoubtedly say this is the best company I've personally ever drove for. The miles and pay are second to none in my book. I love the consistency of my miles every week. For me, what takes them above and beyond is how they handled some health issues involving a family member and didn't indicate what so ever that the freight comes first and that speaks volumes for a company. The atmosphere inside the office is fantastic. This will be my home until I retire or can't drive anymore. Thanks to the usxl team not only has my view on driving commercially changed but so has my personal life. Thanks goes to everyone in the office! You guys are stellar and absolutely the best hands down! Thanks for everything.

My only complaint with the company is tablet data is very limited. The company uses keep trucking for load info and elog.The app experience is way better if you use your own phone.Here's an list of all pros of the company.(1)You and handed the load info and left alone to get it done. No micromanagement!(2)company mainly uses loves truck stop for fuel. Easy to get $80 an month in store credit.(3)They ask if you want to work thanksgiving, christmas and new years. Not forced to work major holidays.(4)You can take upto 6 days off after out for 30 days instead of industry standard 4.(5)I've never been denied time off request. Just have to give 2 week heads up.(6)They do not play work you up to certain time and still count that as an day off.(7) I could keep going up to 25+Personal noteEven though this is an OTR only company. Aaron went out of he's way to setup an regional gig for me. This company did not have to accommodate my daughter's medical need.

I've been with a couple companies. And they all seem to be face value. Tell you what you want to hear to get you in a truck. Not here, what they say you can take it to the bank. When you walk in the smiling faces make you feel like home.

I love this place. Good mileage and good pay. I have found 2 things I don t like, all the trucks are automatic and the yard is small.
