Joe and Kurt were amazing. Had a tire blow and needed it fixed quick because we were already behind schedule. They had us in and out quickly. Great price and fast service! Will definitely call Best One for my next tire needs.

Top notch !!!! They got me in and out spent 5 hours at flying j for them to put bad tire back on and send me out the door! Sean the mechanic here is top notch havent been here but 45 mins and we are backing out now!!! This is the spot! Joe is great at explaining their tires and takes time to make sure you understand their top their products. very fair pricing will be handing these cards out left and right!!!

If I could put negative stars I would first they rolled the tire across the color matched truck bed and when they was brought up to the manager. I believe his name was Jason he acted like it wasn t a big deal and then couldn t even perform a simple patch job on a tire. Ended up fixing it myself. Will say it will be the last time I bring a tire there and will never recommend this place

I was driving to Wentzville and I got a message my tire was low again. Stopped in here and they were so nice and fixed me right up. Everyone was courteous and quick. Nice in this day and age to find a place you can trust.

We got 6 new tires for our motorhome jason was great to work with .He was on time had all 6 tires changed in less than 1 1/2 hours and I was on way bv back home . Great price and customer service. Definitely will be back

Wanted to thank Best One and specifically Jason for the help getting tires on our Camper! If you have a camper with 19 .5 wheels you likely already know finding someone to do tires is a real challenge. Even better, Jason was very generous with his time to talk about our needs and wants, and working up a package that helped us to replace all 6 tires for just a little more than we budgeted for just two. While I don't know the Ironhead brand, Jason assured us they will more than meet our needs, and expectation of 4 years / 20-30K before we'd need to do this again, He also helped us to salvage a spare out off our best take off and a wheel they had at the shop! If you are looking for someone to take their time to understand and fill your needs at a great price, you can't do better than "Best One"!

My HEROES!!! Jason and Kurt saved the day! I was out of town on business and my tire pressure sensor lit up. I just happened to be 1 exit away from their location. They got me right in, patched my tire for the night, ordered me a new one. They had it delivered the next day, called me up, got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! They truly made all the difference in how my week could have turned out! Definitely recommend!!Mahalo!

Caught a flat right near their exit while heading back home to Chicago. Just my luck, this tire shop was nearby. Brett was the technician that came and patched up the tire and got me back on the road. Grateful for their help. Thank you very much.

Was here about an hour after being told by TA it would be 4 hours before they could look at it. And that was just to have a spare mounted. Lot kinda small but manageable. They got me in and out fairly quickly.

Annette OJason and his team were great to work with I was headed out of town and he was able to check out tires and fix a light on my motorhome on short notice I was ready for the road the next dayThanks So Much

Absolutely the biggest joke of a repair shop. This would be a great place for a parking lot. No help in trying to get back on the road to complete our delivery. Would not recommend this sorry establishment to my worst enemy. So much for the good hearted people of America's Heartland.Wish I could leave negative stars. 1 Star would mean you had to do something to get the star.

Absolutely the best customer service I've seen it quite awhile. Tons of businesses could learn a lot from these guys. Jason went above and beyond what any other shop would have done.

We blew a tire heading East on I-70 today, not far from Foristell. We limped into the TA at exit 203, but they were busy.Thank goodness they referred us to MFR Tire Services, right down the road. They got us right in and gave us a great deal on some used virgins.Carl was knowledgeable, fast and most of all nice!We will definitely be coming back for more tires!!

I ve used these guys several times from fixing a flat on my Gator I ve brought in to rotating truck tires and finding the source of a flat. They are always honest and nice to deal with. And, normally I show up alone as a single woman. Great service!

Came in with a blown tractor tire and another one about to go, guys hooked me up with two used tires and was in and out in 45 minutes. T/A down the street had a wait time of 4 hours and their used tires were twice as much.Will return.

I goot bad experience whit this shop i was their costomer they put 10 tires on may truck after couple months i com back whit one demege tire and i asked to buy one tire they tray rip me off never agen going there
