The people here are super kind, and they mean what they say.We spoke with Joe when dropping our vehicle off, and he was very personable. The gentlemen who we spoke to when we picked our vehicle up was also very nice to chat with.I definitely recommend this place.

I wouldn t go anywhere df else! After paying so much to figure out what was wrong with my car at different places , western actually took the time out to drive my car and showed so much care and figured out what was wrong with my car! Wish I had known about them months ago! They are very trust worthy! And from now on going forward i will always take my car to them! Thank you so much western!

Everyone working at the store was wonderful. My wife and I were very happy with the people and the service. Joe was so good. I can't remember the last time I was treated with such respect at a retail store.Not only was Joe knowledgeable, but a true gentleman who we were able to connect with as soon as we arrived until we left. A great experience.

This shop is a stand up operation. These guys have come through for me on many occasions when I needed immediate service. I ve never felt jerked around or that I was being pressure sold a service. The guys running this shop are some of the kindest people you ll meet. I popped a tire one afternoon and the had it repaired for me within a few hours. This location is a rare gem in an industry that isn t always known for having their customers best interest in mind.Service: Tires

I am so happy i found Western Tire & Auto. I had went to another place and it was so much more money and they just seem like they were trying to rip me off and so I came to Western Tire & Auto. They explain to me what was wrong with my car. They were very professional and they got it done the next day for a very reasonable price! If you live in Florissant, you definitely should not be going anywhere else but here. If you are a woman and don t know much about cars, you can come here and feel safe.

Had an appointment for oil change and all the guys that work there are amazing and let you know if you need upcoming maintenance on your vehicle as they didn't just change my oil and send me on my way like others, they checked to be sure I am safe to drive and informed me what's going wrong and the costs! I love this place and will always recommend them for any auto needs!Service: Oil change

I went in for an inspection and informed them ahead of time about a rotor issue, they were professional and were able to take care of me without breaking the bank. I have been going to Western Auto for years now, and they are the BEST in the car repair service field!! I am a 50 year old woman and in past years, prior to Western Auto felt taken advantage at times because I know nothing about cars. So many years at the Florissant location Joe took top notch care of my car, my daughter's car and my Mother's car. Now Dave (who is just as amazing) gave the same exceptional service I am accustomed to at Western Auto. Example: I thought I needed 4 new tires and brakes, Dave advised this was nothing I needed done at all. I was able to walk away with an oil change and tune up. I have been places that would have just taken my money. My family and I will continue to use Western Auto as on as we are on God's green earth. If you have any car issues, take your car to people that care and are not in it just for a check. KUDOS Dave and staff!!! You are AWESOME and God Bless!!! Well, I thought these guys were super great in the beginning until yesterday. I brought my car in and asked the guy if I should explain to him everything that I was experiencing with my vehicle and he told me. Oh no I got it. I m pulling it in and getting it fixed. when I left my fans were still blowing on high and sounds like my car is still overheating. When I tried to ask the worker why it wasn t fixed he proceeded to tell me that the only reason I came in there was for a coolant leak when I clearly wrote an email stating all the things that were wrong with it and then Again offered when I got there to make sure everything was correct and he turned me away and told me he understood. Now I have to miss yet another day of work. Trying to find somebody to fix this problem when it should ve already been done. Let me also add this is the third time that I have been in the shop for a coolant leak they must not know what they re doingServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto tire replacement

Went there for a set of four tires to be replaced.They didn't try and upsell me on anything!That was great. Every single other place I called All tried to upsell me on various things that they said we're needed in order to complete the job.I would recommend them to anyone that wants an honest place to take your vehicle.In and out in about an hour.Just like the quoted me.

The staff is always pleasant, honest, and fast. I have never had a single complaint about the work I have had done by these guys. They are always fast and efficient, they never price gouge, and best of all.. I can trust that the work they say I need is exactly that, only what I need. Not once have they tried to convince me of work that was not necessary to be safe. Thanks Scott I. And staff for all your honesty and dedication.

I just bought my car and after about four days the check engine light came on. I took my car to multiple shops to see what was the issue and this was the only shop that gave me a clear picture of what was the problem. Not only did they fix it but they were also able to give me an estimate, which was a great price. I highly recommend using this shop for any and all issues that you have with your car. I most definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks again guys, you are amazing.

I am leaving this awesome review for Mr.Scott and his crew! Such a wonderful helper. Got me in and out as fast as possible and worked with my crazy schedule! This place is great! We had a blown tire and needed to have a replacement tire mounted to a rim, as we were just passing through the area. They got us in right away and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road quickly. Thank you to the crew at Western Tire!

Very accommodating professional service. Dean and his team have a no problem attitude toward customer requests. They let you know what they can and can t do and honor their word. They communicate well with one another so the customer doesn t get the run around. I ve been there 5 times and I plan to continue going.

When we lived in Saint Peters, we always took our vehicles to Western Tire and Auto there. A year and a half ago we moved to Hazelwood and began getting our vehicles serviced at the Florissant location. We couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly and honest and the prices are very fair. I have never been pressured to purchase services I do not need, but am always confident my vehicles are being kept in good working condition. I usually make an appointment for oil changes and other scheduled maintenance, but I have been a walk-in as well. I always have a great experience there. I am so thankful to have an auto repair shop close by that I trust 110%.

Had my car at the shop for 18 days for them to do nothing with it. On the phone told 3 different people that it was ok to work on it. Don't know if it bad communication or what but I will never go back and have told my friends and family not to go either.

Second experience and very satisfied. They are thorough in their diagnostic and very reasonable with their prices. Also once they know what the issue is they are very timely with the repair. I will be continuing to use for maintenance on my car. Also they usually tell you if there is a coupon available!

They were just great. I had to retake an emissions after another place said i failed. So not only was there nothing wrong with my car but the guy at Western auto screened my car for free. So very thoughtful because I was not happy. I knew there was nothing wrong with my car. I don't know what the other place did or didn't do but my check engine light was on when they got finished with it. So the guy tried to convince me my light was already on which was totally bull. I'm so thankful for Western Auto because the man really went above and beyond to help me. I wish i rememered his name but i don't he knows who he is and so does God. Blessings for being honest sir.

Polite, professional, and prompt. Went in for an emission test, no appointment necessary which was a plus because almost all businesses near me in Florissant were booked and busy. I was out of there in about 20 minutes after arrival. They were even nice enough to fill my tires without me inquiring/asking. The energy was just good here and I ll be back for any tire needs.

I started using Western Tire & Auto for my state inspection several years ago because it was convenient. Then I started using them for oil changes. Dean and his team have always kept an eye on what my car needed and were willing to let me get things fixed as I was able to afford them. The last thing I have done before leaving St. Louis in a couple of weeks was to take my car and have the team do a bumper to bumper inspection for the road trip ahead. I was able to get a great deal with their Summer Special. Having a great mechanic is like finding a precious jewel! I m going to miss them!
