This is the second time my girlfriend has shopped at Travers and both times Mike has made magic happen ! She still has her vehicle from 2020 (bought from Mike @TraversGMT) at 225,000 miles and it runs and drives great. She was also able to obtain a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Both were purchased with little to no down payment. They were able to work with her credit and got approvals in no time. Don t waste your time anywhere else. Go see Mike today !

I was just looking on the lot and seen my dream vehice a Cadillac xt5 Rich came out to greet me i told him i was only looking didnt want to waist his time he told me his time was my time!! He got the keys for me and gave me the run down of the vehicle even let me drive it !! He said it wouldnt hurt to see if he could make my dream come true i said sure not thinking i could be Approved 20 mins later he came back with a smile on his face and said YOUR APROVED! God is good i reallybelieve he is using Rich he is un believable !!!Go see him he wil get you right!!

Next post BBB. Travers want to make this right? Contact me. Jeff and Sarah the overpriced Ford Escape you did the today only high pressure sales on. Shop here if you want to pay $26,000 for a $16,000 car which they probably had about 11 grand in...Only gave two stars because I'm an idiot for trusting a used car lot. Desperately needed a vehicle for my job credit was not good using that knowledge I gave them a price range I would be comfortable with when they ran my fiance's credit they didn't bother to tell us how good her credit was and how low the interest was and proceeded to sell us the same car at that price per month. When the car was totaled 2 months later full coverage insurance paid out minus the deductible I owe the amount left on the car is $8,000. I was in a hurry I was desperate and they pulled the if you sign today after hours come back here will do this only today and we ended up paying $26,000 for a $16,000 car. Waiting to see what happens with the gap coverage they sold me hopefully that's legit but what they did to me was absolutely criminal oh I almost forgot when we were first leaving car dealership the salesperson asked to see my phone typed in a web page which was a tracker site and then closed my browser I checked my history he was pretty slick about it it was just some cookies that were installed when he typed in a certain web page but it tracked my well not sure if it was web visits or physical location but it was tracking me. Oh yeah and after BBB, My attorney says the arbitration agreement is laughable, not to mention I have been very involved politically and I'm no stranger to protesting picketing and otherwise within the confines of the law making the public aware of unjust, unfair and predatory practices by politicians or businesses. Especially those taking advantage of those who need help the most. Hey Woody Guthrie where are you we could sure use you once more, The big dogs are back at the door.

Don t waste your time at any other dealership than Travers. They took really great care of us by getting us into a great vehicle. We were given a surprising good offer for a trade in on the car we had. Jeff the salesman was awesome! He made us feel very comfortable and like we ve known each other our whole lives. We got a great deal on our new car and with all of the warranties that came with it. I did some research after we made our purchase and I found the same exact car we bought at another dealership and it was 6K more, double the mileage, and the monthly payment would ve been over 200 more a month than what we got with Travers. Thank you so much Jeff and all the other kind and friendly staff that we had the privilege of getting to meet for taking such great care of me and my wife.

Mike was the best salesman. Always available to answer any questions I had. He worked over to help me purchase the best vehicle ever!! This dealership will be patient with you, work with you, and they are VERY professional. You really need to stop by Travers for your next vehicle!! Look or ask for Mike!!!

Interesting experience. Robyn was great and helpful. They had me approved within 30 minutes. First car to expensive $735 no way. Second jeep renegade $480 I can live with this. Though look at it 3 tires was bald and no spare or jack for the car. Was told we can't give you tires or the spare. Really WOW Aaron was quite a person. I don't think we're going to detail the car again. And no safety inspection done either.

If I could give a -1 I would. This place is a scam. Cars look good but aint worth a dime. Got a car in August here it is March I need a whole new engine and motor let s not forget to mention within these 6 months it s been in the shop for 5 months. So not only have I wasted thousands on rentals still stuck paying for an over priced piece of junk. Spoke to every supervisor and everyone says the same there sorry they don t do loaner cars and it s getting fixed. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from travers. Money hungry losers. It s in their shop supposedly getting fixed like I said it s been 5 months and I hear the same line from the mechanics Mike and Matt! Sometime next week hun next week has yet to come. Got the car for 23,000 and they doubled the price to 52,000. Smh I was in desperate need of a vehicle and still ended up out of more money. This is by far the worst dealership I ve ever been to. Moving forward I will be taking legal actions. What a joke you don t need license to get a car but insurance lol the foolishness lol I ve never heard that in my life. And I m sure there telling/paying there customers to do the reviews lol ain t no way everyone I know who has gotten a car is highly upset about there piece of junk as well. Travers need to burn down

So, I have been working at my current company as a supervisor for the past 2 years, and around the time that I was hired on, I paid cash for a 2007 SUV, with the expectation that I would be saving money by not having a car note. However, it turned out that I deeply misjudged the situation, and quickly realized that it was costing me more money to own a used car with over 150,000 miles, even without a car note, because of the amount of gas that was being used per mile, as well as any un-forseen issues that came up during the last 2 years. As a supervisor, I have to open and close my company every day, so I can not afford to wait for my car to be fixed, or even wait for a tow truck to come if a problem happens while on the road. So, it was time for a new car, when I arrived at Travers (GMT), I was quickly greeted kindly by Jazz, and she helped me to completely salvage my situation, by getting me into a newer car, based on the details I gave her, and exceeded my expectations by a longshot. She went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I needed, and I would recommend Jazz to anyone looking to purchase a certified pre owned car from Travers!

Definitely recommend! Ask for Tony! Tony was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and helped me find the perfect vehicle in my price range. There selection was the best I found in the St. Louis area. Financing was a breeze and they gave me a fantastic price for my trade-in and found me a loan at a super low interest rate. Couldn't have asked for more!

Chapi provided great service helping me get into a new vehicle. He changed my perception of dealing with auto dealerships get things in order before I came in, he was direct and honest didnt give me any sales pitch or xx me as a junior exec I appreciated that. He guided and instructed me what I needed to do before I came in and as a result got me in and out in about an hour. I plan on purchasing all my vehicles thru them and will be back for my daughters 16th birthday vehicle

2/25/23 My mom and i worked with Jazz! First off, her customer service is chefs kiss! We called she immediately sent options. She went above and beyond for my mom. My mom was looking for a new car to congratulate herself on all of accomplishments and jazz was there to help! She was a complete multitasker Saturday! She had customers and made sure to take care of them and us! She is very nice, she COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT WHEN YOU TELL HER WHAT YOU RE LOOKING FOR! Stop by and work with Jazz! Who in the world is buying these cars. Every car on the lot less than 3yrs old with 100,000 miles on it. They charging the price of a car with 20,000 miles on it! They tried to charge me 35,000 for a car with 73,000 miles on it. I went to the dealership got the same car with 12,000 miles on it for 7,000 cheaper. That's crazy. Dnt let these ppl take y'all money. They are a complete rip off. I can't belive they stay in business. TRASH!!! And as you can see Jazz (whoever that is) has all of her friends making reviews to keep them at a 5 star. Please stop lying.

Bought a car and within the month had to take it to their mechanic. Now I m spending money on Ubers to get to work because they don t do lenders and I just bought a car. And every time I call the shop (Travers Premier Auto & Tire Service, down the street)it s it ll be ready tomorrow EVERYDAY. Don t send me the run around, it s a couple days before thanksgiving and I gotta figure out how I m going to get around. HOPEFULLY they actually fix the problem. I guess I ll see when they fix it .Would have recommended before that, now my opinion has changed.

My saleswoman was good but management(Justin) was horrible and wasn't much help. When driving a vehicle for two weeks after purchase and the engine light, oil light and the coolant fan wouldn't go off. I asked for another vehicle but was told that they would see what's going on and fix the issues instead. My vehicle is still at their shop Premier Auto and who's to say, their top mechanic is going to actually fix the problems. I need the problems to be rectified and for GMT to stand behind their vehicles. Also, the effort of just resetting lights only and patching things up with no long-term solution won't work either. GMT, is not the same and so not trustworthy. I've dealt with this place for over 15+ years. This is by far the worse experience I've ever encountered with Travers Automotive Group.

I don't leave bad reviews, like ever. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Test drove on a Saturday. I had an appointment and was short on time. The test drive was truly just an eye test because I liked everything about the vehicle including the price. After the test drive, I said to the salesman 'this is a great truck, at a great price. I'm not going to mess with you on price but why don't you split some upgrades with me. Wheels, tires, tint the front, spray in bed liner, and tonneau cover (which they just took off another truck on the lot)'. The salesman paused for a second and said 'man, I think we are pretty close' so I told him I needed to get the kids home for dinner and would take a personal day on Monday to make the purchase.Went in Monday around 930am...jumped in the truck to run over to the tire shop to pick out wheels and tires. No problem. Yet. Headed back to the office and waited about 45 minutes. They said they we're waiting on a number from the tire guy to have a finalized total. No big deal, but my wife and I decided to go get lunch and come back. Here's when the fun started.The sales manager (claiming this wasn't his store usually) basically came in and said the salesman did not have the authority to make the deal we had agreed upon. We are 3 hours in now. Then (and I know my credit score, so I know what rate I should get) he says he can do 8.9% and the payment would be easily $100 over what I knew it should be. Now I'm pretty aggravated...to which the sales manager nicely says 'you are welcome to go down the street, we will take a check from someone else but this is the best we can do.'. We walked out with a buy sheet. On the way out the door he stops me and says ' wait, *so and so* will do 5.9% on your loan'. Interesting, why didn't they offer that in the first place.So wife and I went down the street and got a loan for 4.2% and brought them a check. Signed and drove, knowing we still needed to set up the upgrades. My salesman apparently cannot read or forward texts because he completely screwed up the info and sent me nonsense from the tire guy. Now I'm worried they will order the wrong tires and literally CANNOT get a hold of my salesman or anyone who knows anything.Thank goodness for the wheel and tire shop (temporarily) because they did a great job setting up all my appointments for bed liner, wheels, and tint. Fast forward to today. One week after the wheels and tires went on (studs still on the tread of the tires...like 250 miles) I feel a little shimmy. Drop my daughter off at the babysitter...shimmy just a little worse. I think there might be a rock in the tire...jumped out to check...nothing. Jump on the highway (3 mile trip) and now there's a noise. Jump out, check the left front wheel, and three of the brand new lug nuts are broken off. Two more are loose. According to NAPA(where I luckily parked and found the problem), AutoZone(where I went looking for parts because NAPA was out), and the incredibly highly reviewed repair shop that I am sitting IN RIGHT NOW, the wheel and tire shop likely didn't tighten the lug nuts. If you are wondering why I'm mentioning all of this on the sales review, it's because Travers Sales and Travers Premier Auto are in cahoots, so worth noting that this could be an isolated incident, unless it's not.These facts are indisputable, regardless of any response I might get from Travers on here...Use this information at your discretion, but I will obviously never be going back to any Travers branded organization ever.***Edit...one month later crickets from Travers Auto Sales...the tire shop guy called and was incredibly apologetic and offered to fix the issue. I do not have the time and / or trust to drive back out there. At least Travers Premier Auto Service was honest enough to call. The sales place, not so much...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI BOUGHT A 2016 DODGE ECO DIESEL WITH ONLY 26K MILESTHE TRUCK HAD 3 ISSUES WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF OWNING IT AND TRIED TO TRADE IT IN BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS A CONSTANT PROBLEM. THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL EVEN THOUGHT WE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK AND IT HAD BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR MOST OF THE FIRST 3 MONTH WE OWNED IT. AFTER 7 MONTHS THE ENGINE BLEW UP. WARRANTY WOULDNT HELP. UPSIDE ON A 16K ENGINE. FOUND OUT IT IS A CANADIAN VEHICLE SO THAT VOIDS WARRANTY THROUGH MANUFACTURER. THE SALESMAN JOE AND HIS SALES MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. IM GLAD THEIR LOT WAS FLOODED ON MID RIVERS. I HOPE THEY LOST TONS OF MONEY LIKE I DID BUYING A TRUCK THROUGH THEM. THEY PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH HELL AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEART ACHE. I TOLD THIS COMPANY I WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE REVIEWS AND POSTS FOR HOW THEY TREATED ME AND MY FAMILY. Let me tell you about the best car sales experience I've ever had!!! Jazz Snell is the embodiment of hospitality and attention to detail!! From the moment my wife and I arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and immediately began assisting us with our needs!!! She went above and beyond!!! At this point, I would not go to anyone else to accommodate my automotive needs. Ask for her 100 times out of 100 times and you will be thoroughly satisfied with your car buying experience!!!
