This Auto Shop Is The Worst Pkace To Get Your Car Done....They Charged Me 800 For A Alternator To Get Put On My Car. Please...Do Not Go Here If You Don't Wanna Get Tooking Advantage Of On Your Car....

This is a terrible mechanic shop. They ruined my vehicle allowing an unskilled person to work on my car. I went back to the shop when my check engine light came on and they said the guy who worked on my car was fired because he ruined several cars. My vehicle was in great condition until I took it to this shop. Now I have crazy misfire codes and engine issues. I will be filing a lawsuit against them and reporting them to the better business bureau. Customer service is very poor now that the original owner is no longer there.

Brought my vehicle in for repair. The mechanic and I discussed what the issue was and I agreed to get it fixed. The receptionist became belligerent and demanded that I leave because I refused to agree to pay for the service in full before the repair. I explained that I ve never paid up front before at this shop or any other one. The receptionist, who I have to assume is family, because no one stopped her from belittling me. I asked to speak with the original owner, Tony, because this has never happened before the multiple times I ve patronized this business. She sarcastically replied he retired so it s her now. She attempted to act as if I was rude to change the narrative. To prevent any further confusion I asked for my keys and left the premises. The repair shop was pretty good under the previous owner. However, with it being seemingly a family run business, you won t have much recourse for customer service issues.

Called up Tony's Automotive and told them the problem with my truck on Tuesday. I had it towed there the same day. They said they couldn't get it done until Friday. I was okay with that but to my surprise they called me up the next day and it was ready to go. Great price great customer service.

I stopped by because I had gotten a large nail in one of my tires. I got right in and was taken care of. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend this automotive business. They also have a sign in the waiting room starting they do not over charge for services.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Tony's for year's. A wonderful family owned and operated business, with very honest mechanics NEVER over charging. Tony is always so patient with me every time I have anxiety about a new noise my vehicle is making. Thank you to the staff for always being positive, awesome keep up the great work for year's to come!!!

Tonys Automotive is a very good car care facility. They have very good & quality service. Every visit I've had with him has been a good one. I know my car appreciates going there.Been a loyal customer for about 3 years and I am very pleased with their work. From the time you walk in the door, and are greeted with such friendly receptionists to the mechanics ( Tony & Andrew) that work on your car. You will be very satisfied.

I've taken two vehicles there and both times the problem wasn't resolved as they assured. The first time I had to get rid of the traverse cause they messed the motor up. I wet 8n to simply have a radiator hose replaced. This time I went in for brake and heating issues and now heat /air still doesn't work and the engine light comes on due to them saying oil was low so they topped it off......with bad oil

Do NOT take your car there. They are very crooked. My girlfriend took her car there for a simple oil change. They gave it back and told her she had a coolant leak. I had just checked the cooling system before she left. It was fine. She didn't get more than 2 miles before it ran hot! They OBVIOUSLY damaged the cooling system! I found out later, they've been cheating her for YEARS because she doesn't know about cars so would just trust them.I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and taking them to court. Stay clear. They are CROOKS.

Terrible service my grandma has been faithfully using them for years and they would charge her for rediculous things and always tacking on extra fees, thanks for taking advantage of an old lady and ripping her off and she was very loyal to you guys thanks for being a terrible person, also had my exhaust replaced here they used the old muffler and it rusted out with in two years and they charged me 450$ also we re very rude, faked my grandma out and charged her for unnecessary things also replaced my sway bar but not the rubber mounts so the next inspection it failed and mad terrible noises when going over bumps, thanks a lot my family has been very loyal to you guys and all you did was take advantage of my grandmother thanks a lot guys. Don t support this shop

Tony has been working on my car 20 yrs. Service has gone downhill horribly. Something has seriously changed in this shop. Stay away.

Tony's Automotive is a local repair shop where I taken all my vehicles to since relocating to St. Louis from Queens, New York. They are a great automotive shop, with highly qualified mechanics, extremely fair prices, top notch customer service, prompt service, I mean they get the job done in a timely manner so much so that as the head of the mobile ministry of my church The First Missionary Baptist church of Kinloch, Mo. In Black Jack, Mo. I entrust our church vehicles also to Tony's to handle whereas they truly understand the importance of having our vehicles in and out in a timely manner as to not interfere or disrupt with the duties of our ministry so that we are able to continue to serve our members as well as our community. So I highly recommend Tony's Automotive for all your mechanical needs.

Honest. Won't charge you for unneeded repairs. I had an appointment for 9am..they was driving the car into service bay 5 minutes later.
