I've been using Ronsick's Auto Care for 6 years, and they recently completed a complicated engine replacement for my Toyota. The service throughout the entire process was exceptional.Ronsick's Auto Care's communication has consistently been transparent and truthful, particularly when extra expenses or components were necessary. Whenever they could, they went out of their way to assist me in cutting costs.I have never been concerned as to whether or not they were being anything less than honest.Furthermore, on my latest visit, they exceeded expectations by cleaning my car before I took it home.

Nice employees, clear explanations of issues needed to pass inspection for my vehicle. The clerks were very nice and were able to get my vehicle in to be repaired in just a few days. As a woman it was nice to be treated fairly and like a human being.

Customer service is excellent and I will be back for any future repairs and maintenance for my vehicle. If you are looking for a good and reasonable price mechanic shop this is the place. I highly recommend

Ronsick's is amazing! They fit me in on short notice when I needed tires, and gave great breakdowns for choices. Their knowledge, courtesy and large staff will make me a life long customer.

Went to get oil change.Filter replaced, all fluid levels.Tire rotation & visual brake inspection.Price came to$86.00I did have a coupon.Which took the price down to $65.51..The reason I'm writing to you Ronsick*s auto care Inc..The work was not done !I called back to Ronsick,s to report ALL the problems that wasn't addressed.Told me to bring my Toyota Corolla back in.Which I did! 20 minutes later..The tech check my fluids Which wasn't fill..Filter was dirty,wasn't replaced,tech shake it off.Leaves was all on fiFilter...Tires were not rotation.Very,very disappointed.I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income...So to bring my car in and get such bad service...Very disappointing.I have been bringing my car there for service.This the first time..I have been so disappointed....In the work..Please can I get something done.Thank you.Service was done on Feb.5,2024Appointment was @ 11am.Suellen donaldson.

03-13-24: On 03-12-24, my car wouldn't start again! Called Ronsick and spoke to Steve indicating this would be the 3rd jump (02-20-24, 03-05-24 and 03-12-24) over a period of 3 weeks. It has to be a bad battery or bad cell which contradicted their findings on 03-07-24 as "good".Steve agreed to swap out battery and refund service charge of $49.90 which I paid for checking out their battery under a 5-year warranty.This experience has taught me a valuable lesson -- never do business again with Ronsick. They failed immensely to perform "good customer service"!ENOUGH SAID!!. ###3-11-24/2:55 pm: Your "canned" response to me was assinine by asking for additional information! It appears that you do not know how to read or comprehend my comments. I specifically stated to review comments made on 03-09-24 and 03-10-24 which provided ADDITIONAL INFORMATION on your review website. It also referenced the Invoices for battery purchase on 02-09-23 and service charge on 03-08-24 to CHECK battery.Needless to say and if need be, I will contact BBB.****03-11-24: Please refer to Ronsick Invoice # 236865 dtd 03-08-24 which reflects a service charge for $49.50. This is the work order for checking my battery which was purchased from Ronsick on 02-09-23 (Invoice # 227227) which had a 5-year warranty.As I explained in previous posts/reviews (03-09-24 and 03-10-24) on this site, I was very much dissatisfied that your shop charged me $49.50 to see if battery was good or bad. Why not do a "courtesy" check as "good customer service"? I'm aware that diagnostics are not free -- but to apply a service charge for your product to determine if it failed is questionable. In the future, perhaps your shop should provide a "disclaimer" to customer informing them (before a purchase) what to expect if part or work performed did not function properly that one could incur a service charge.Also please see my posts dtd 03-09-24 and 03-10-24.Marlene White03-10-24: Please see additional comments to Owner of Ronsick.

My 1st time going to Ronsicks Auto Care to get my car looked at and fixed . They told me exactly what was wrong with it , asked what I wanted to get done , and completed the j.o.b. 123 . Next thing I know they were ringing me to come pick up my ride . Now it's running like a champ . I'm definitely going back , no doubt about it ! I highly recommend them !

03-05-24: Car wouldn't start. Got a jump and had car towed to Johnny Londoff (JL) for service thinking it might be the alternator. I was informed by JL service manager that I had a bad cell in battery. Battery was purchased from Ronsick on 02-09-23 with 5 year warranty. 03-07-24: Picked up car from JL. Battery was dead and had to be jumped.03-07-24: Drove car to Ronsick informing them of JL's results. Did not turn off car and was running for approximately 20 minutes or so and was pulled into bay. They performed a test and said battery was "good." Ok, which is it: bad cell or good battery? Tech informed me that map light was on in car when he pulled into bay insinuating that light must have probably drained battery -- when on 03-05-24 or 03-07-24?? The tech and Stan both replied they didn't know. Well, that makes three of us.Advised to leave car overnight to see if car would start which I did. It started next day. Decided to pick up car.Now here's the rub: charged $49.50 to check my battery. A smart aleck employee at the desk chimed in and asked if I had a service charge from JL. To which I replied YES but I did not BUY my battery from JL -- it was PURCHASED from your shop.Needless to say, I will no longer purchase ANYTHING from or go to this shop in the future!!BUYER BEWARE!!03-10-24: Thank you for responding to my review.I was not "frustrated" with the service charge from Johnny Londoff. I've dealt with dealerships as well as other auto repair shops and part stores, e.g., Western Tire & Auto, Dobbs, NTB, AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts and Mieneke. I'm aware that a diagnostic or troubleshooting a car's problem is not free. The repair shop would waive service charge if work is done there. As I had previously mentioned, I had car towed to Johnny Londoff because I thought it might be the alternator. I've had two battery jumps over a 4 week period of time.When Johnny Londoff's diagnosis stated there was a bad cell in battery, I was encouraged to go to shop where purchased since the battery had a 5-year warranty.My main concern is that a service fee of $49.50 was charged for performing a diagnostic on a product PURCHASED from Ronsick. Why not do a courtesy check as good customer service? If that had happened, we wouldn't be having this dialogue.

Rosnicks always takes care of us!! In the snow, my truck popped two tires and I had it towed to Rosnicks. They gave me pricing for different tires to ensure that I was able to afford what I needed. I always trust my vehicles with Rosnicks
