While my rims that I picked out look nice, this place left me with more problems than anything. I got 4 rims and 2 tires, not only did they put the 2 new tires on the same side but they failed to align it with when putting 4 new rims on, they couldn t even do an appointment to align it for another month (left the alignment so bad my wheel is driving at a 90 degree angle. Then after I left there a second time with no help I noticed the back rim is missing a lug nut and the other one is so loose I could remove it with my fingers. Very not happy having to fix multiple issues they caused that should ve been common sense. Would not recommend to any friends.

DONT USE RNR! Worst experience ever! We paid over $2200 for tires from RNR. Our account manager agreed to let us pay our last $200 at the end of the week. We come outside and my truck is sitting on bricks on Tuesday. We were then told the account manager was fired 3 days ago so the agreement is null and void. The repo man left before we could pay the $200 to top it off. They now want more $$ ! What a bunch of scammers! DO NOT USE RNR

Awesome experience!! My tire had a hole and they were able to get me right in last minute and fix it! And the employees were super friendly!! Will definitely use them in the future for my tire needs!

I went into to purchase new tires and rims and was greeted with great customer service. Staff was polite and straightforward with their product and what was best fit for what I was looking for. Definitely recommend!!!

ROMIE is one heck of a great manager! Secondly, she is knowledgeable of the product she sales. She saved me $800 for tires from the dealership with a better quality set! Thank you so much for taking care of me expeditiously! I would have given it five stars if her driver who came and picked me up displayed a little more professionalism. I had to climbed in and jump out of the truck without his assistance. Was not happy about that. But overall a great team!

Hunter was amazing. Helped me get 4 tires on my car and not break the bank. Very happy with the payment plan options as tires get more and more expensive. Will definitely be coming back!

Everything was good and fine until you miss a payment and I guess don t talk to them for seven days. My payment didn t go thur and they said they been trying to reach me but I didn t receive no call nor text message so the came and sat my car on bricks. So I called for the manager not to get on phone but relay a message. Saying the only way I get the tires was to buy them out which was a ridiculous number. I asked how many payments I miss they could tell me that either. Like I said the front desk kool people but they shady. Make sure you know where your payments are going to and stay on it because they will come take them for a miss payment of $31 bucks.

I was disappointed that your Hey 67 was consistently calling me for $34.00. Final payment, yet when my husband came in, an employee told him $10.00 ONLY would suffice. So now we're back to the GET OVER. a ploy to get us in a TRAP to pay more.. then after get my tire serviced, we discover that my tire caps have ALL been REPLACED with generic ones. My husband SPECIFICALLY paid for those tire caps to indicate tire air pressure. I'm totally DISAPPOINTED. I've called to speak w/ the Mngrs Joe, twice & yet have received a return call.. I get you are a business & to GOOBLE up as much Profit as possible. But we have been LOYAL CUSTOMERS..at what point will it be RECIPROCATED... I thought us referring & coming back would hold some form of RESPECT. but I guess I'm just naive in believing it will happen.. January 2024. Smh..

They are so fast and professional. Love the atmosphere and the vibe from the employees. Ronnie and wayne and just the best (Update) just got some new rims too with great place still best environment i have seen in a while love the shop but really love these guys!!!

The wait time is horrible ... they don't communicate that the wait would be 4 + hours. I would have just came back when I didn't have to work , now I'm late for work!

I get there and they ask. What I needed I needed a flat repair then they ask me to wait. I waited for about 15 mins then another workers comes up to me and says we can t do a flat repair if you aren t a customer. He says I have to buy some rims or tires to get my flat repaired. Extremely unprofessional. WillNot ever refer anyone here.

RNR is a great place to go to get tires! They are so easy to deal with. Hunter was great at getting me checked in and settled. And the manager Romie has always been extremely helpful and friendly with all my questions. I highly recommend

Not a bad place for good products, but you lost the 5 star rating when my final charges went up over $400 more than what I was quoted. In the future, you may want to be more transparent and adamant on charges before installing products on vehicles. Other than that, my car looks awesome

I was dealing with the page location, they treat you horrible over there and they take your money and lie to you about where it was applied. I switched location to the Florissant branch. Got in and out quickly not that s service. The he whole crew was very friendly. Thanks for restoring my faith in RNR

The whole squad there and get you right good customer service good everything I should just go to the RNR tire express in Florissant off of Limbird. They got the best cruise ever and Romy will get you right she is an awesome manager. And they also do fantastic work
