Staff was confused with each other on a tap set. I got help from somone walking the floor. Told him what we were needing and he located it quickly. On the box it clearly stated that the size I needed was not in the box, the manager asked the floor help what we needed and he agreed. The manager was a little snappy at him and said it IS what we needed. Needless to say it was NOT and the manager was wrong. Need to get it together a little better, but we got what we needed after 2 trips.

Made an online pickup order, and it was ready when i got there. Staff is great. Especially Blake , he's very helpful and goes the extra mile , very professional and personable with customers. You should give that guy a raise!!

If it wasn't for Paul....I would of left and never came back. He was patient and only one behind the counter. Manager needs to get this straightened out QUICK !

The part they sold me didn't fit, and while I was trying to fix my vehicle, the packaging blew away, so O'Reillys wouldn't accept the return without the original package. If I had known the original package was so valuable, I would have kept a better eye on it

The two gents I was actually ringing out with were awesome but there is a female manager who got an attitude with me after I tried returning apart I did not need in her own words told me my mechanic were wrong I left the parking lot my mechanics fix of just cleaning my VVT solenoid with brake cleaner and that my oil was low turned off the check engine light by itself I would not believe a word this lady says nor will I be back to do business with her specifically

There were 2 guys working when I visited. 1 young man in particular was extremely professional and polite when he answered the phone. I asked him to run my engine codes and he had no problem doing so. Seems to be a great location. I wish I got the guys name...sadly I didn't.

I visit the store this morning walked in and was greeted by the manager. Told him what I needed for my car he without hesitation help me replace a light bulb on my car. He went above and beyond helping me. I have visited the store in the past and always have wonderful positive experience. I love this store for all my auto parts my sister also love this store. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you and your employees for all you do!!!

Great customer service. I went to the one on Lindbergh North but they did not have what I wanted the man that waited on me called around several places until he found the store that had what I wanted. I did not ask him to do that either. He went beyond the call of duty.

Stores was ran by two 60 plus year old women that had a attitude and refused me a bathroom access. Guess some how they waste is better than mine and I should suffer good job. Rude as hell

Bought some towing mirrors for my F350, Warren ordered the mirrors and even called to let me know when they came in. Great place for exceptional customer service. Warren seems like a guy who enjoys and is thankful for his job and it's exemplified through his attitude. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Went to return to battery it was never connected & his reason was because of the date. Since I bought it i had it for 10days... I was not about to explain to him that I travel for work. He pulled the "o I'll have to wait for my manager she works tomorrow" that's hard for me when I travel. It's retail... iv spent to much money here for them to treat me like this.I will not be shopping here.Didn't need battery because cables were ate thru, had a wiring issue...

There is one reason I always choose o'Reilly's; unlike most specialty retail stores, their staff is usually knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been to the Florrisant location twice in the past week. On each visit Dave then John ( I believe those were their names) came out to check my car to make sure I had the right parts, all the while excusing themselves to alleviate growing lines (which I appreciate). This is the kind of service many of us are nostalgic for. Highly recommend.

They were a little slow but the service is okay the kind of person didn't seem too knowledgeable and what he was doing but I don't know if he was new. Still good place to get your Auto parts I have just about everything you need

Helpful customer service that works hard to find your part or help diagnose your problem. I know this sometimes results in long hold times on the phone or in store. When it's your time, the wait was will worth it.

I have had service issues with this location for a long time.Staff that can t be bothered to look up from their phones, ignoring my questions or simply just mumbling under their breath, etc. Today was the last time I will make a purchase at an OAP in North County STL.Called ahead to confirm my battery was available for my truck. Darius confirmed that it was and also confirmed he could change it. I asked twice to make sure.I was wearing suit for meeting, wanted to get battery changed but did not have tools necessary. This seemed like a great opportunity to get things done.Once I paid for the battery and we went outside...I was informed that my Chevy Avalanche Truck was too complicated and that they could not change.They got the sale, then told me that they could not change.I grabbed tools and did it myself.I requested to use restroom to wash hands since I am heading to a meeting. Was not allowed to wash hands due to Covid restrictions.Time and time again I come to this location only to meet a staff that mumbles and stumbles through their process, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I have not had the same experience at Advanced Auto Parts on North Lindbergh.I do not know the corporate structure of O Reilly s auto parts, and I have never left a review on a Google page before. But my corporate experience tells me this is a leadership issue on a regional level that has yet to be solved. Other locations throughout the country are not like this.

I was not happy about the service I received by staff. There were 6 men working. I needed filters for my car, instead of asking for the model of car they just told me to go find the filter. After a few minutes of trying to search and Google. I went back to the front. Staff acted put out having to look for a specific part. Then when the part was not available did not much care about losing the sale. Not a good representation of O'REILLY
