Awesome customer service so much nicer than the others. The owner personally took the keys and went to work on my vehicle to make sure it was done the same day. This is absolutely the best glass business in the St. Louis area! I will never use another company after having first hand experience many times with their quality glass work! Their team is all very talented and trust worthy when it comes to the work they do for their customers! They always provide excellent service, are polite, kind, and extremely professional! Even though my initial appt. had to be rescheduled, the technician arrived on time the next day! He was extremely pleasant and fast. The finished product looks great and professional. When I questioned the process, he didn't hesitate to explain to me what he did - with a smile! I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

We had 2 windows in our office building get broken via rocks. Metropolitan Glass was able to get the windows we needed for our building (which were odd sizes) and they replaced them in a timely manner. Service was great and I love that they are Family owned and managed shop. Mark and Phil do great work.

I recently had to take in one of my interior decorative french doors in to have a little broken pane of glass replaced. Excellent customer service, quick and simple. I was given a rough estimate over the phone and he even recommended ways I could save on labor. I appreciated him breaking down the costs of each phase of my project so I could save a little extra (for example, I opted to repaint it myself to save a little $ on labor). Turnaround time was much faster than I expected, which was also much appreciated. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs I will need! I was also interested to see they do some auto glass/mirrors.

Perfect job finding an older model window for my van and installing it. They are more expensive than some but good quality and trustworthy. The guy at the store was very nice as well.

I spent a month trying to find a relatively simple windshield for a school bus/RV. No one I could find in St Louis had one in stock, and the ones they could find cost more than the windshield to fix. I had about given up when another glass company recommended Metropolitan Glass. They were polite, helpful, fast, extremely professional. Phil, who has worked there for 42 years had my broken windshield out before I had parked. The new one was in almost as fast (he had to cut it). These guys are fantastic. I couldn't recommend them higher.

After trying to be "cheap", I found a windshield replacement company on Groupon, which turned out to be a very costly mistake, cause within a couple weeks, I found out I had to get my windshield replaced AGAIN. While driving, I saw Metropolitan Glass and decided to give them a try. To my pleasure, the price was far more reasonable than the "leading" windshield replacement company and the work was outstanding. I will definitely recommend Metropolitan Glass to anyone who needs any type of glass replacement.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with my cars issue. Gave great advice and assistance even though they did not get my business because my car was an older car and can only be serviced by the dealer. Great business practices!

Fast and effective. The only place that could not only find my back windshield after I woke up to find a brick through it, but also could fix it within 24 hours. All the other places I called did not have the part, said they'd get the part five days from then, or told me to find one in a scrapyard.
