I was able to get a Saturday appointment for my brake work. Jake was very informative during the entire process, and answered all of the questions I had. Ray (R D) did the work, he went above and beyond for my vehicle! Thank you Ray! I spoke with Don to schedule my appointment and he assisted me a little after with answering some questions. The energy, professionalism, and care was amazing! Thank you!!

I made an appointment to get an alignment and ball joints and right control arm fixed. I ended up with a broken driver side door. He told me this at the end of service after I was there for 3 hours. I told him to give me the GM number he proceeded to say he couldn't give me his number. So I asked if he could call him he said he'll have him call me. So I had to call my husband up to the shop and he asked the manager to call the GM and he did. Because I'm a woman he was not giving me the proper treatment in the matter. I still have to climb across the passenger side to get to the driver side but I didn't have this problem when I got to their shop. Also I still had to pay $600+ for the service. HORRIBLE SERVICE MISTREATMENT BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN

Returning once again and have been going to meineke for some time now!!!! I have had multiple visits for an array of vehicles and all of my visits are good ones!Meineke is a very open and honest place to take your vehicle. The technicians and the managers are nice to work with ,and are very understanding with respect to my time. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Meineke for my needs. Thanks to Don the new manager of the Florissant location , and James one of the lead technicians for their help in getting me in and out in a timely fashion. You are truly professional!Update. Just had another wonderful visit at this location. Thank you Don and James for getting me taken care of quickly and efficiently.

The guys at this location know what their talking about and when they are unsure, they look into it. I m so happy knowing that my car is consistently in good hands everytime I have issues. I always leave informed and given the best rate possible.

The guys seem to be pretty straight forward with my daughters car and helped out with what we came in for, got a pull change cheap and fast made an appointment Sunday got it done Monday. Looks to be at a new management keep up the hard work.

I needed two emissions tests done and they got me in for both of them on the same day. They were very patient with me and my 2 yrd old daughter. Highly recommend.

They broke a bolt off removing the water pump and could not remove the broken bolt themselves. My vehicle sat for 4 days without being touched. They had to bring a outside person to remove the broken bolt. I asked them if they would cover the cost of a rental car since the vehicle is one I use for business. They said if they did that kind of thing they would go out of business. This group is not about customer service or customer satisfaction. After picking up my vehicle a week later it is now leaking antifreeze. I'm about to head over there and see what they want to do now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MEINEKE!!!

I had the opportunity to experience phenomenal customer service from this Meineke location in Florissant. I called ahead to see about getting in for service last minute and spoke with Don, who went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle could be seen in my short timeline. I ll definitely be bringing my car back soon. Many thanks to the staff!

I ve been coming to this Meineke for the past 3-4 years and I ve always had a really good experience with them. They take care of their customers and make sure to get you in and out in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They also offer military discount which is nice, and if you continually go to them for all your car repairs they will be sure to take care of you (price wise). I ve never had any issues here and will continue coming to this location

Make sure to protect customers information. If you need a customer to write down their information, don't give that same sheet to the next customer to see. Shred it and provide new note paper.

THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN AND HIS NAME IS JOSHUA (JOSH)!!!!!!This location at one time had some of the laziest mechanics around and the work wasn't that good either. But when I tell you it's a new day and a new dawning in this location; I MEAN IT!!!! Josh is truly a fun loving, hard working, very customer attentive, A1 guy! And his team of guys under the hoods of these cars, they are DOPE at what they do. Josh and his team of guys did an amazing job on my son's car.We had taken my son's car to the Nissan dealership to have some issues handled on his car and that cost us some serious money; but to still have the problem is what tipped me over the edge with Nissan. So we gave it one more try to rectify the issue with my son's car, and we took it to Meineke on N. Hwy 67 in Florissant, and we are super duper pleased with the results.Josh gave us his word that the car would be fixed properly and James the mechanic did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! My son's car runs like a brand new car. Thanks Josh and James, You guys are freaking fantastic at what you do. Keep giving great service, you guys ROCK!!!!!!!

From start to finish, my visit was marked by professionalism, expertise, and genuine customer care.Josh greeted me with a warm smile and a willingness to listen. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the repair process for my vehicle. His deep knowledge of automotive issues instilled confidence in me, and I felt reassured that my car was in capable hands.Ray, the technician assigned to my vehicle, showcased incredible skill and attention to detail. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated the necessary repairs clearly. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the progress and ensured that I understood what was being done.What truly set this experience apart was the transparency and honesty demonstrated by both Josh and Ray. This is North County and those are hard qualities to find. There was no attempt to upsell unnecessary services, (Josh even told me I didn t NEED to buy stuff that I thought I needed) and they worked within my budget to provide the best solution. (Although they offered me a payment plan on case I needed it.)This level of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated.The repairs were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
