Very upset I scheduled my car for service last week it gets rescheduled for Thursday morning this week due to being short handed I bring it Wednesday afternoon. I ask for a rental none available if I didn t schedule in advanced. I pay for a rental somewhere else. I call today to see what s going on. No one looked at the car yet because they are short handed. Why did you schedule me if you wasn t going to look at it. Then I m told you can come get it for the weekend and bring back Monday morning and we will look at it. Why not say to just bring it money. I wasted money on a rental. I ve been servicing my car here for quite some time because I love down the street. But this is unacceptable I m paying for this service. I now don t have money for another rental when I bring my car back Monday. Just Wow!!!

I had an 8 a.m. appointment to receive an oil change. I arrived on time with detailed instructions. At 10:15 a.m. I was still sitting in the waiting room . With technology these days, I know that it doesn't take over 2 hours to complete an oil change, smh.I noticed that 2 other people who arrived after me, were leaving. I went to check on my vehicle to see what's the hold up. At that point, they had just completed my oil change and the mechanic brought my ticket to the counter so I could check out.Once again, why am I leaving at 10:30 a.m. when I had an 8 a.m. appointment for an oil change? Lesson learned.

I would like to give a great review BUT.The ABS unit went out on our Jeep in June 2022. I had to take 2 vacations WITH OUT our jeep. For 6 months our vehicles sat on the shop lot to get fixed. Over that time , We were given ETA dates (4)of when the part would be received. Those dates came and went. Much to our frustration we called Jeep corporate. At that time things got put on the front burner, still without some frustration. With a service manager that had no idea what the service advisor was not telling him and maybe not knowing of information from the mechanic who didn't even know what park to order. The whole thing was very frustrating. To add insult to injury the mechanic with dirty paws all over our vehicle dripped oil all over are finder ( That should have had a findercover laid over it) Finally we got all of the correct parts for our Jeep. With almost daily contact with corporate office and the dealership we finally got our Jeep put back together and back on the road. I know it was asking too much if they wash out jeep. Disappointed.

My experience with Marty Cancila DCJR Service left me with the feeling that the dealership is willing to do what it takes to get a vehicle back on the road if it means avoiding warranty work.After being towed in, I was at the mercy of a service department that seemed to do as little as possible to get my vehicle moving again.I specifically mentioned that I did not have a check engine light on when I came in. However, my service ticket stated the opposite.I shared the diagnostic report that was performed on my vehicle before getting towed to Marty Cancila DJCR, and the report was given no credence by the service department. I was subsequently told of 'a damaged pan and some fluids' being replaced, my vehicle was driven (2) times to Alton, IL, and 'seemed to be okay'.I haven't had the vehicle for a year (10 mo.), and after adding only just 15,000 miles, I've experienced problems with the transmission.Fortunately, any problems with the powertrain for my vehicle are currently covered within the parameters of the warranty.Unfortunately, Marty Cancila DCJR would rather do the least amount of work necessary to finish the job because Chrysler is so strict on warranty policies.

I bought my car in 2016, and have always taken it to the dealership for regularly scheduled maintenance. The service advisors are always friendly and knowledgeable, but my last 2 trips really hammered it home how good they have been to me. In February, I went in to replace a broken headlight, but I noticed my brakes were also squeaking/grinding. The headlight was completed in no time, but what I thought were my breaks ended up being my rotors. The rotor work wasn't completed in the same day as I'd hoped, but my service advisor Carly went above and beyond to make it right. Since the rotors were not a safety issue, I returned last weekend to have the rotors done at the same time as my oil change & tire rotation. Carly made it a point to make sure I was well taken care of, and she went as far to give me a deal on my service since it wasn't completed on time the previous trip. The staff there has always been good to me, but Carly truly went above and beyond to help me out. That kind of service is rare today, and she is a great asset to their team. Over all great experience. From Carly in service, being very prompt and ensured she explained to me what was going on with my car. One minute my service transmission light came on so I called up to service, spoke to carly, she told me to bring it in AND she found that all would be covered under warranty. Also the nice man in the rental department, ED? He got me in a rental for the night when they were all booked out. Thanks again!!Service: Transmission

Best Service Ever!! No matter if I come in for an oil change, a minor concern, or a engine replacement...everyone is extremely helpful and treats me and my Jeep with respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! My Service rep is fantastic and keeps me informed of the progress of my service..and my Mechanic Buddy is the BEST!! he finds the issues, fixes them...and makes sure all is perfect before letting me leave with my Jeep!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

All I can say is Melissa stole the show with her bright personality and kind manner. Melissa Was not even the employee who I began to get quotes from when I arrived but she went above and beyond to help me. Her energy changed my mood and uplifted my entire day. I would recommend friends and family to get vehicles serviced there based on just her alone. She is a great example of excellence! The interaction felt very genuine and not scripted. Brought our 2013 Wrangler in on this previous visit for some rear seals leaking. They got me in quick as usual and the advisor was friendly and professional. I am happy with my service and we love our Jeep. The service team at Marty Cancila were great. They assessed the issues my vehicle had and fixed them promptly and cheaper than I thought it would have been. Your service is terrible I came to look for a new truck a grand wagon there and no one took the time to come and see exactly what I need it I used to work for plenty of dealerships high end to low end dealership And your cars on your showroom floor look terrible if you want to get good business or more business you need to take care of business

I'm a certified auto tech myself and I don't know if it's just Marty's or if they charge $200/check engine light issue, but for $200 they need to tell me EVERYTHING wrong, I don't care if it's telling me I'm missing a valve stem cap, it should be on my diagnostic, but they're techs can't even tell my mom or me why her 2013 Chrysler 300S keeps shutting down why on the highway and takes a minute to start back upEverything they mentioned, those problems aren't bad enough to shut her engine down, COME AGAIN

Service has gotten worse since I've been doing business at Marty I drop my truck off at 1pm it's now past 5pm every update I have gotten I had to go to the guy to get it Steve is his name I purchased two vehicles at Marty this will be my last time doing business with them
