This collision auto body shop I Love Love the employees are very honest and nice and very professional. There workmanship it top to notch for me. Being that I have experienced some horrible horrible unprofessional auto body shops. I will never never take my vehicle anywhere but there. Dealing with Marty Cancila Collision Center can definitely make you forget about the cost when picking up your vehicle will be place back to factory satisfaction.

I worked with the service advisor Steve Highley to have a new radio installed under warranty. He was super cool and responsive throughout the entire process. He even got me in same day it came in the mail and had me in and out in about an hour! Will definitely go back to him to have them work on my car in the future!

Vinny and crew at Marty Cancila Collision are both proficient and professional. Any time I have work done there they always hit it out of the park and with friendly service. Thanks for always doing a great job .

My check engine light came on after they fixed my car. I just don t trust these type of people only out for the money .. Then to say it was a coincidence timing not at all .

This place has been a NIGHTMARE. I DONT recommend it to Anybody.Estimated my car to be fixed in 25 business days. Took nearly 2 months. Never received a single phone call or text update. After calling, my car was magically ready the next day. And not to my surprise there were still noticeable problems... now its been back in the shop for 2 days & they still have yet to reach out to me. I have to keep calling and getting the run around. Im pretty sure its sitting around not getting worked on while im stuck out of work with very important bills due

VINNY,BLAKE and the secretary are very sneaky and untrustworthy people. I had repairs on my suv done there in September 2022 and here it is May 2023 and my repairs are not complete! Playing phone tag lying about Vinny not being in the shop today and I walk in and he is standing in the lobby the secretary definitely gone take a message but won t deliver it at least that s what Vinny says! When I picked my suv up I was told we didn t put one part on but it s not in & needs to be ordered and delivered I explained my tint didn t match. Vinny swore he could get his tint guy to replace the blotch job in a week.Played phone tag for a week popped up Vinny says the part wasn t ordered. 30 days go by I called Vinny not ever available finally we play phone tag another 30 days I pop up he says my part has been laying in the shop overlooked we set a date to do the work. I take off work bring my car it s not the part for my car didn t match tint still not replaced the tint guy isn t available. My tint was 5% they put factory on my windshield and my driver window has bubbles and is chipping. Vinny oh I m gone to call you with a date to drop it off! Called left a vc messages no calls ever returned I gave it some more time called got Blake Blake knows nothing but was kind of helpful pulled my invoice said he was leaving it on Vinny desk to ensure he see it! Nothing! At this point I contact AAA the claims department call on my behalf oh they have been trying to reach you your part is in I call to schedule. Here we are today 5/17/23 tint peeling air bubbles everywhere Vinny still ordering the part!! Just throw the whole establishment away and meet me in small claims courtService: Auto windshield repair

My car was hit by a 18 wheeler and I took my car there for repairs they did a good job far as body work.my car still have a clunking noise in the back where it was hit at I took my car back 4 to 5 times and my car still not fix from the accident December 2021 and my engine light was on when they called me and said my car was ready I'm still dealing with the same problem their last words to me was they don't know what's wrong with it and I could sell it after American Family Insurance company paid them in full. I wouldn't recommend no one to go there it's all about getting money from other insurance company. This is not where I'm going to stop I'm going to get in touch with the news people to let them know what's going on with this shop. At first they told me it was my frame then said it was my sway bar and they can't get my wheel alignment right my car keep pulling to left and right. It's not right to treat people that wa always remember what you do to people it will come back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough about this company! They were super professional, their work was outstanding, and they had my truck fixed in a week. Considering the work that was done, I found it amazing! The incident occurred 9-30-19 and everything they worked on is still perfect! Their staff is also very knowledgeable and professional!!! I highly recommend them!

I received a good estimate and not only did they fix my car in a quick and timely manner. They went above and beyond and fixed a dent that was not in the estimate and cleaned the car interior. The men that work here are nice and have manners, but that lady at the front desk has terrible customer service. I went in for an estimate and she got rude with me while asking for basic information and was completely unnecessary. Then when I called to check on how long getting an estimate will take, she tells me (and with lots of attitude) I told them they could repair my car when I first came in, which I did not do, and was very condescending. I'm sure the work they do is great, but her attitude alone made me take my car elsewhere.

I had stupidly left my car door open while backing out of my garage. I thought my son had shut it when he got in. I was also very distracted. So anyways, I went to Marty Cancila Collision Center just after 8. Waited maybe 5 minutes before my vehicle was looked at. Then only took 10 minutes for the fix. AMAZING!!! I was so impressed with this service! I will definitely be back if there's any body work to be done! Thank you guys!!Service: Body & Trim

This was our first time to your dealership - we knew what we wanted when we came in. Our salesman Bill Komlose worked with us to get us exactly what we came for. We left in a couple of hours with a brand new Charger. Our only disappointment during that time was the clean-up on the car - it left a bit to be desired and was also what we spent most of the time waiting on - so much so that Bill scheduled a return trip for the following week to finish the job correctly.The sales staff and finance dept were excellent, the clean-up crew needs a little work. Even with that, we would still recommend your dealership to friends and family.

Highly recommend!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Marty Cancila and Joe, the body shop manager. Being a previous service writer, I've VERY picky!! They went above and beyond on my sons truck - body work and paint. Looks beautiful!! I'll be back, actually today for my car, unfortunately!

I will never go back my car is like a lego parts coming apart not driving right been complaining since I had my car.they felt like nothing was wrong, but i know my car.My trimming coming apart talked to rob he said to use a blow dryer it will smooth out.they lost my center cap never replaced it or offer to buy another one.still waiting. They all around got over, should of stuck to a ford dealership.

The service guys did not listen to what I was telling them that my issues were and now my Navigation is acting up like I told them it was from the accident. And the front desk lady has a SERIOUS attitude problem! Also they charged me for things that they did not replace because it was an Insurance issue! I will go to Ernie Patty from now on!

They worked with me on my deductable, but my windshield had a chip and came back with a crack all the way up the window, my bumper has spots without paint and there was a dent in my trim that wasnt there before hand!

I went to get a quote and the lady at the front desk didn t say anything to me when I first walk in then after I stood there for a min she said what do you need no hello hey or nothing then she went the back room with the guy who does the quote and then she came back out said he can t to you today wow what I wouldn t go here cause customer don t matter no more
