Loved my experience at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. Went in asked to look at that new Trax but was able to get an Amazing Malibu b/c of money off we got it for the same price point I went in looking for but didn t think that car was in my range. Great service not pushy but answered all questions.

This was my first time going here and if I wouldn t have bought the oil change package I wouldn t go back ! Personally the service area ( oil change , tire rotation area) were cool ! The service advisor Mike did his part! But they re running a promotion and no one knew how to do it ! And they didn t try to help or lend any assistance! Everyone kept saying I DON T KNOW!!!!If I wouldn t have called the credit card company myself ( mind you this is their promotion) I would ve never gotten the promotion! Then on top of all that they charge you an additional 3% to use your credit card at the dealership! I have never been so flabbergasted in my life !!!

It was the payment I had an issue with. When I received the call to discuss additional work, the price was discussed. I informed the woman that my credit card was being used and the available amount. By me not being there, no one informed me there was a 3% charge to use a credit card. This put it over the limit and card was declined. This made it difficult and the extra had to be paid by someone else. 40 years of service and never an issue until this. Made look like I am not able to pay my bills.

Got there an hour earlier and they took me in, no delay. Mr.Cody Patrick was very professional and courteous, also knowledgeable. Before and after service was completed. Brenda was very courteous as always. Keep up the good work in maintaining a family like atmosphere.

The young lady that checked me in was very welcoming. They were running behind because people were out sick. She came and notified me about the delay, which I really appreciate it. I needed some items from my car while we wait and she was nice enough to go grab them for me plus go the extra mile to disinfect the changing table in the bathroom. I don t normally come to this location but I will return because I felt welcomed.

Heather in sales was fantastic! She greeted me right away and answered all my questions, and I ve got a lot! Johnny Londoff was the best offer for selling my car back to them. I also appreciate them honoring a transmission warranty at 77,000 miles that helped the car get to at least 176,000 miles! It was a good car! Our technician, Mike, was excellent. as a veteran and an Ferguson Officer, he was very respectful. Very punctual on calls, courteous, and empathetic to our situation. Unfortunately, we are still having the same issues with the truck as before, even though the service department took 2 hours in time to try and find the problem. We paid $390 and got the truck back the same way it came. I believe they did the best they could, but that's little consolation. Now we are considering buying a newer model, but wondering if this is an "Suburban" issue.

I have been getting vehicles from Johnny Londoff since 2016, and it has been a excellent experience everytime! I had an unfortunate accident with my car recently and sure enough Johnny Londoff took great care of me and I was able to drive off with another great vehicle with no hassle. Rodney Butler was my sales representative he did an awesome job with helping me and getting me in a vehicle and getting me on my way!! I will always be satisfied with the place. I will definitely keep referring them to any and everyone that needs a vehicle!!! THANKS AGAIN JOHNNY LONDOFF AND ESPECIALLY RODNEY BUTLER FOR HELPING ME ONCE AGAIN! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Was forced to buy a car a few months ago after a hit and run totaled my daily driver 2019 bolt EV. At the time Londoff had one of the few Bolt EUV's in stock. Went and looked at a 2023 Bolt EUV, worked with Rodney and put a deposit down that day, purchased a couple days later when my wife and I were both off work. Had a small snafu with a GM incentive for electric car charger install that was mostly self-induced, but I called and eventually got ahold of Sam Londoff and he sorted out everything on the dealership end. Again, small minor miss communication that was easily resolved with a single phone call on my end. Paperwork all went relatively smooth. I have zero complaints and will happily work with them again.

I purchased my 3rd Chevy from Johnny Londoff, and let me tell you, after one week I get my first payment notice from the financial institution and it's totally different from the one that was quoted to me by Rodney & Dave at the dealer. I have left 6 voicemail messages between both these guys and no one has bothered to call me back. Why do you think that is?????????????Looks like a will have to pay them another visit...Sadly will be returning this car.So disappointed.

Everything went very well. They had the car I wanted and the process was very quick. All the staff were courteous and helpful. A very special shout to my salesman Nate. He was so very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Also a shoutout to Steve in Finance for all the paperwork he made me sign (;)!!!

I brought my truck in for a misfire issue. Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Five days later I m having to take my truck back because it s having the same issue, a misfire. The engine scan showed a misfire at the same cylinder from the scan 5 days prior. I ve paid for the same issue to be fixed twice. The service advisor was very nice and communicative but again I ve paid for the same issue twice. I can throw random related parts at the issue and hope it fixes it myself. Not the best experience this time around and I honestly think after a few days the issue will be back.

The service on my vehicle was fine. But unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending anyone to come here as your employee Todd Hoeferlin was very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and condescending. His supposedly sense of humor about my plates were scolding as well as hurtful as I am trying to move through life as many are. It was not my intention to start a hassle so I allowed my emotions to not get in the way of my transaction but I do not believe anyone should feel that way when coming to receive a service they are paying for. I will stick to my service provided Don Brown as I am never treated unwelcomed or less than but I wish you all the best and mister Todd I hope he can be a more warming person to any patron who visit you all in the future

I called Gene Staten and told him I was in need of a vehicle. He asked what was I looking for I said Chevrolet Malibu Lt he said I have 1 red with sunroof I said that s her. I want it. When I said he made it happen with all ease. I sent everything all I had to do was go in sign meet the awesome Cedric in finance and was out. And let s not forget Mrs Jean she talk to me until it was my turn with Gene. Every one there was helpful and pleasant. Please go get this awesome experience.

They did what they were supposed to do for the most part. My only concern is that I paid for tires and have yet to receive any updates on whether they re in stock or not. It s weird to have someone pay for something and never give an update on the service that s supposed to be performed. Overall, I don t typically have any problems with Johnny Londoff, other than the wait times and lack of effective communication. I was told that I could get new tires because they were in stock but when my car was brought up the day of my appointment, I was told they weren t in stock. I also wasn t given a choice on the type of tires that were available.

Called the week before to come in for a IDOD inspection. The girl on the phone told me that it would take 15 minutes so I scheduled an 8:00 appointment. Got there waited an hour and a half and still to this day no IDOD inspection from them. The gentleman who was waiting on me blamed the girl at the front for saving that it will take 15 minutes. I actually took the time to call the girl the front to address the concerns. She blamed it on somebody else. I requested her manager she transfer the call. The call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail no call back. Tried to call back again and the phone picked up and hung up. This is horrible service and I will never use this business again. There's no accountability for what they tell customers and no rectification of the issues.

The overall experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, it was great. Service advisor Lee Schulze informed me that the problem involving my check engine light was covered under the extended warranty and that I was responsible for only $100 of the amount. He also informed me that I needed a fuel induction service to get rid of carbon buildup in the engine. Lee also said I was going to need new front brakes soon, within the next five or six weeks. All in all, a great experience.

Good Morning, I came in for an emissions test on 12/21/23. My experience was satisfactory, however, I have to return to the dealership to have a part installed as soon as it comes in. After paying bill, I was informed that my inspection document was on the dashboard inside my car. I thought that was a bit unusual when the paper should have been personally handed to the customer. In addition, the address on the document was wrong. My former address is typed on it. I need a corrected copy to file my personal property tax this upcoming week. Please give the customer all documents in hand before they leave to inspect.

They were kind people and got my vehicle fixed. Took a good while but I understand places all across the nation are understaffed, so it wasn t too awful, plus they did offer to take me home. Staff there are nice.

Your team is always professional and courteous. The engine light was on, and Dawn informed me what repairs needed to be done, once the mechanic told her what the code meant. If anything else need repaired she will let me know. Once the job was completed, Dawn walked me over to the pay station to finalize my bill. Thank you Dawn.

Nathan took care of me from start to finish. He laughed and joked with me during the hard parts' explained everything in detail' and he even helped me clean out the car that I traded in. The financial guy (I forget his name) was amazing. He kept the mood light and answered all of my questions. This is my second car from this location and the experience was TOP TIER both times.

Getting maintenance and new tires today. Wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked. The service and respect I received far outweighed that. Nice experience!
