I worked with Erin and he was awesome! He sent me an estimate that explained everything and what little I didn t understand he explained clearly. He also (recommended) another service my vehicle will be needing in the near future but did not try to oversell it. I will definitely be back because we all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy repair shop. Thanks again Erin and anyone else who was part of getting my little car back on the road again.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Hart Automotive after a frustrating blowout incident, I was relieved to find a team that genuinely cares about thorough service. TJ the service director, informed me that they handle fleet work for Holman. TJ, Kevin and Bob went above and beyond by not only listening to my concerns but also ensuring that my car received a comprehensive inspection, which I asked Firestone to do when they replaced the tire when I had the blowout. The level of detail and professionalism displayed by TJ and the rest of his staff, was impressive. They not only identified the issue but also took the time to go over everything with me and we got the necessary approvals through my fleet service. Hart Automotive exceeded my expectations in every sense imaginable. I flew in to STL to find my car had gotten a flat while I was away. I was far away from home, scared, and knew next to nothing about cars (and still don t), but Bob, Kevin and the whole Hart Auto team helped me get on my way in no time, but most importantly made me feel safe throughout the entire ordeal. A group of really stand up people who deliver a solid, trusted product. I wish I lived closer so I could use them for all my auto needs going forward.

Hart is great. It s like taking your car to your dad to have it fixed. They truly look out for you and explain what is needed to keep you safe and keep your vehicle running optimally. If you need a comfortable, trustworthy shop in Florissant, Hart Automotive is truly the best!!

We live in Ohio, where I own an Auto Repair shop, but a family member had an emergency issue while in the area visiting. They had to get a rental car and come back to Ohio. The vehicle stayed and was repaired in a prompt, efficient, and honest manner.Kevin and the other employees exceed my expectations, which are high, and I would recommend them to anyone having a need.

I brought my car in for a safety and an emissions test and it was nothing wrong with my car before hand, but they said I needed a new muffler and tried to charge me $917. So I said I will come back later the next week. Three days later my check engine came on and my autostart stopped working and on top of that my car cut off mid driving four times the same day. So I took it somewhere else and paid $250 to get my muffler fixed. Don't go here they are scamers!!!!

Got me in and out same day when my 93 Accord was in separate need for a new downpipe gasket when the last shop couldn t get the bolt out Can t thank these guys enough they earned a customer for life.

I went in for an inspection. Was offered a cold beverage and a comfortable seat while I waited. I was in and out. Great service!! I must mention also, that the shop was very nice and clean.

We ve never heard of your business and do not even have a 2019 Ford Econoline, so no review from us!! We received another notification later about a 2014 Chevrolet Express which we don t own either. You obviously have errors in your database.

I needed to get an emissions and state inspection at the last minute and Kelly worked with me so I could get it done sooner rather than later and I appreciated that. We drive older cars and as we all know older cars can need quite a bit of maintenance, this is our new go to place in north county. Good service is hard to find in north county but this place is a hidden gem. Thanks to Kelly and his crew, forever grateful . I called to see if they could do an emissions test so I could get my new tags. I was able to take my van in same day. Realized it was almost time for an oil change and they were also able to do it without an appointment. They found that my windshield wipers needed to be changed so I also got that done. Hart Automotive is the place to go for knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff and technicians. Whether it's a routine service like an oil change or an unexpected engine light/service light, they are more than capable of handling your needs. I will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
