O RATING. Needed a tire for my car. Was quoted a price of $122. by employee. Mgr. got involved and told me they no longer made tires for my car. The guy who quoted the price of $122. was standing behind the Mgr and just shook his head, basically saying I was being lied to. Mgr.. Hiked price up to $188. What a liar. Stay away from this place

Technicians, staff and Manger Gary provides great customer service. They won't perform any service without your permission. Also they explain what repairs they are doing and they recommend services that may be needed at a later date. I appreciate their customer service and respect of all customers. Each technician does a great job on your vehicle. Very upbeat and pleasant.

The service manager, black guy, bald head told me I had to drop the car off for wind sheild wipers!!. I told him the other Firestone immediately put them on after Avis approved it (approved in under 3 minutes). But he continued telling me I d have to drop it off whilst describing a daunting task of having to inspect it, get the vin number, get the mileage, get it approved, dropping it off was the only option he gave me. After telling him that makes no sense wiper blades only take a minute to put on. He told me I could stay but it ll be a while. My car was pulled to the back in 5 minutes, The wipers was approved in sometime under 20 minutes, the car was done in 35 minutes and parked outside, and I was gone in 43 minutes after arriving. I don t understand why i was ever told i had to drop it off over wipers. He was also rude I was standing at the counter and he didn t acknowledge me when he was done submitting my work order, he just looked passed me and started talking to the next guy like I was invisible asked him what he needed and to step forward but I was still standing there. I had to ask him was he done with me. As he looked at the screen, he told me yes you can have a seat just waiting on Avis to... Then he stopped talking which made me feel like it was already approved. When I talked to the manager he just keep justifying the service manager talking about long approvals, other cars ahead, paperwork. But from what I noticed wipers are approved really fast. Why must I drop off my car for such a simple job? The car tech also threw my stuff on the floor that was in the door. I understand moving it. But there was a whole middle area or seat he could have placed it.

I made an appointment for Safety and Emission on December 16, 2023, arrived and was told there machine wasn t working.They didn t even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time, made an appointment for the following Saturday arrived there and was told the person that does the inspection had a family emergency but would be back and I would be the first to be inspected.Appointment was at 10:00 a.m. that morning, husband called around and spoke with Fred, and was told that there machine went down but, was back up and running they just needed to charge the machine back up and car would be ready about 4:30 pm mind you they close at 6:00 pm.Husband called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. so, decided to drive up there and was told they couldn't do the inspection because the machine was down. So, my husband asked them did they even do the safety inspection Fred reply was no. He asked for corporate number and Fred told him he didn't know it. They had my car for 7 hours and nothing was done.All Fred do is fast talk you and have excuses, I will never take my car there nor recommend anyone to that Firestone the whole staff is unprofessional and that shows me poor management ftom the top.

I went in. They couldn t do it at that time so they scheduled me for 1 week later which was ok. I figured i d take a vacation day off from work to take care of inspection and tag renewal. 30 minutes to my appointment time they called me to say they wanted to reschedule for same time next week . I didn t know what to say. I explained the situation and they couldn t help. A whole day burned for nothing.

I went to this location for service on my vehicle. Had no problems. Dropped my car off that morning and they got to my vehicle with no problems within the same day. However I have scheduled service at another Firestone within the same area, and my car had to sit for days or a day, or the work was not done right and had to return it. I appreciate there service and time.

Charged me 150 for diagnostic fee and then told me it would be another 600 on top of that to fix a single wheel bearing. A single wheel bearing for my car is only 80.00 for OEM. Never been to a place that does not put the diagnostic fee totes the repair.

Go somewhere else.. 4 new tires. They put in 45psi and 1 tire is low. (Bead was leaking) They knew they had the wrong pressure and didn't bother to call. They are short staffed. Phone rings and rings on a Wednesday.

I made my Appointment with ease.Josh and Corey are amazing! Though I was a bit late they treated me with complete kindness. Very knowledgeable and they were time efficient. Also, so very informative. They were busy but treated me as if I was the only one there.I will only come to this location for my work. I feelConfident in there work and in there ability. Rude.. Made an appointment online got confirmation. Went in for my appointment On New Halls Ferry and the guy tells me I didn t make an appointment after I showed confirmation. They wouldn t service me. So I called the Firestone on North Lindbergh to be told that they could put my tires on because they didn t have anyone at the time but if a walk in came in after me they would stop working on my car to work on the walk in s car. Now I could of understood if he said appointments but he said walk ins. Took my car to NTB in Ferguson they got me in and out in an hour. Firestone will NEVER get my business again.

I just called because I had a question. Immediately when someone answered, (I didn't catch his name) I was placed on hold. Shortly after, someone hung up on me. He never asked how could he help or the point of call. He just answered, stated his name, placed me on hold, and hung up on me. Smh

I woke up this morning to a flat. Huge nail in tire with limited places to go on Sunday. I needed the tired to be plugged Firestone 8400 Lindbergh nearest my home, rude, unfriendly, irritated told me can't do it today no exceptions etc.I came to Firestone on New Halls Ferry and received A+ customer service. Although, they were extremely busy, they were able to get me in and repair my tire.Despite the constant revolving door and the phone ringing off constantly,Fred provided excellent customer service not just to me but to customers before and after me.Many places are understaffed and Fred maintained an upbeat professional attitude. Keep doing what you're doing because excellent customer service is what keep the door revolving and customers happy.JenService: Tires

Manager Tim is awesome. He helped me as soon as I went in there. Had an issue after my work was done, I had tires put on but yet had just bought one and wanted to keep it as a spare. They didn't keep it, when I noticed all I had to do was call Tim the manager the next day and he took care of me and gave me a brand new tire to replace it. Second time I have been into a Firestone. Both locations have had some of the best customer service I have seen yet, this one topped the first location off.

I called this location for price check on tires was asked couple of questions about the tires and the make and model of my vehicle. I got it. The make and model I was able to answer but not the tires so he suggested that I call back open until 7pm so once I got that information I did call and never picked up phone it was close to 6pm.

Tim the manager is very professional I have a long history with his location. I lot of Firestones have either changed management or closed down but at this location there's a longevity and commitment to service. Also congrats to Josh

I don't know that young guys name who keeps standing at the front attempting to help customers but I know what he looks like. He sucks big time and in my opinion should b fired. I Think he was purposely talking over Me 1 time like he demon possessed. I told the general manager but he said he the only person he can use at the front store 4 now. Too bad cuz I'm not coming bk til he's gone. If I find a complaint number I'm reporting him.

Thank you to the staff who helped me in a time of need. I didn't have an appointment but they worked me. My car was back on the road within 2 hours after dropping it off.

I made an appointment for an emissions inspection a week prior to when my appointment was scheduled for. I get to Firestone for my appointment time and date and was told I didn t have an appointment. I had already been sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes before anyone even came out to see what I needed. This place is always packed and it seems like they don t have enough workers. Maybe I m just ranting but I just feel that this is very unprofessional. My time is valuable. Rant over.

Had issues with my engine turning over just fine, but not starting. Was told I needed a battery and alternator and it would cost over $1,000 to replace them. So instead, I towed my vehicle home and replaced the battery for $150. It's been running fine ever since. I learned online that fuel injectors are activated off of battery power, so that answers that.

Ran over a piece of medal and was loosing air in my tire very rapidly... was the closest place to me as I was driving and needed to get somewhere quickly before I was all the way flat. Ran inside real quick to see if they could help. The man at the front desk told me to put a mask on while his mask was literally under his nose and mouth and not one worker in the garage was wearing one as they were closely hudled together talking. Kindly put on a mask and asked if they could get me in to repair a tire. He said I needed an appointment and could get me in tomorrow. Went across the street to Dobbs... very friendly. Got me in right away and taken care of.
