I have been doing business with them for over 5 years. Very seldom do I have to go into the store for anything. Today I had a question about my bill on one of my units. The representative Ashley was very pleasant and took her time to genuinely answer my question. Thanks to her I have a better understanding about the prices. Thanks again Ashley!!!!!

I met a very nice/helpful person (Ashley) at Extra Space..She was helpful and courteous. .exactly what I needed that day.. being pleasant to someone doesn t cost a thing. I really appreciate her assistance..May god bless you and shine on you....

Ashley is the best customer service provider that I have this far from extra space! She was patient, kind and understanding! If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely would !

A round of applause and thanks to JaQuita for her assistance and professionalism today! This was the 3rd facility we visited, it wasn t the least expensive but it wasn t the cheapest either, however it made since to pay the extra. The facility is clean, secure, has a decent price point and offers more insurance options than their competitors. In all honesty it was JaQuita who sealed the deal! Grateful to Ashley and Andrew for helping me to keep my storage space from auction. I am a grad student in florida and all my belongings are still in St. Louis. I know I will have something to come home to for a new start of life.

Ms.Dakota is everything for the customers and for the company.she is very valuable to extra space storage. Please pay her a raise.she is the reason I give 5 stars.she is very knowledgeable, professional,and a joy to do business with and not to mention mr.Andrew is the same way .thank you both for a great first time experience & the rates were very reasonably & affordable being on a monthly budget.Thank you again exspace storage.

I worked with Andrew Keller the store manager was awesome. He worked with me the whole time my stuff is in the stores. I had recently lost my job and they work with me the whole time everyone I spoke with was very courteous and pleasurable, and then the day I came to remove all my things out of stores. They even helped me as well thank you, Andrew Keller, and Extra Storage Space you guys rock!!

The grounds and storage were all exceptionally clean and the gut on duty was very friendly and helpful. After we got everything moved in we had a a hard time leaving with the truck due to vehicles being parked on each side of the drive thru. They weren't parked close to the storage beens out of the drive they were preventing people from getting through. I honked my horn a few times, when a young couple came out the girl, I can't even call her a lady with that mouth, just started cussing. Is this what you allow? You don't restrict parking? This was my first impression and not good!!

Brandon was a great help getting me set up today! He found me a better unit than the one I reserved! The place was clean and well cared for. I met the store manager, Andrew, previously. He's also a great guy.

Management is very responsive to client's concerns. The storage facilities arevclean, with great lighting. Hrs.for access to storage unit are convenient.
