Purchased a dream, and it is beyond my expectations. Thank you, Robert, for such a good experience. I appreciate the time you took. I'm still learning about the features of my system. As an older person with old person hearing (from too many concerts), it is wonderful to hear the brush on a skin again. I pity the man sitting next to me at a stoplight.

Horrible service had a appt at 9 am for an automatic starter went up there around 4 pm my vehicle still had not been touched. They called at 550 with an excuse of why it hasn't been done. I do not recommend this location at all.

This is my favorite location for getting all of my accessories PROFESSIONALLY installed "Hands Down!!!" I had work done at that Audio place and the sound sucked almost immediately. Not here! Troy does an outstanding job installing not only by the book, but also if he has to improvise and or fabricate a piece. I love the level of professionalism they provide, and Mitchell knows equipment like the back of his hand. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT!

Great customer service. Polite, helpful,and fast. I have a breathalyzer in my truck and have to get it calibrated once a month.

Absolutely terrible. I was there three days left my vehicle after being told it was fine with no drop box for the keys. I had to hide it in my vehicle just to make sure it would be serviced. Then I get a call saying they couldn't guarantee that my remote start would continue working down the line. Secondly failed to mention that he would need my second key and finally told me he didn't have the part needed to put my remote start on anyway. This is after I gave them a down payment. It took 3 visits to tell me it wouldn't be a good idea to have it installed. Major convenience after having someone follow me there to drop it off and get a ride to a from work the next day. Not to mention I had to get another ride there. Most unprofessional place and experience I've had in my lifetime. The guy I deal with was a manager named Sam. Sorry doesn't help the inconvenience they caused when I could have been told all this from the first phone call just buy looking on the computer at my make and model.

I took my son's car and my car to get tints on all the windows. They did a phenomenal and professional job on both cars. We LOVE our tints. Above the way the tints came out, the customer service that Cornelius provided went far above what I expected. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Custom Sounds and Tints in Florissant. You wont be disappointed.

I had a very pleasant visit to this custom sounds location. My sales rep. was Mitchell and he was very knowledgeable, informative, and understanding of my own situation and wants/needs. Was very clear about the options I had, what benefits each option gave, and a price for each. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and even informed me about ways to save money. I will definitely be returning to this location for any car audio/remote start/window tinting needs in the future.

My experience here was a complete nightmare but not because of the staff in general. More specifically, they're short-staffed at this location. This is the main reason why my experience at this location was so tough. They kept my car for 3 days due to various issues with the install, when I did get my car back, the camera image was backwards, my satellite radio and steering wheel controls didn't work anymore. I had to bring my car back twice; they could only fix my camera. The steering wheel controls and satellite radio, were no longer available too me unless I purchased additional parts. 3 months later, my new install just ceased to work. It will no longer power on so I have to bring my car in again... but wait.... this location is too booked to fix the problem so I have to take it to a different location. Again, the staff was super nice and they tried to accommodate me in various ways... this location just needs more help.

This is the best place when it comes to getting everything for your car! Whatever you need they make sure you get it. Cornelius provided me with outstanding customer service which is part reason why I always come back to this specific location. Cornelius gives me reassurance and answers any and all questions. I wanted to shop around for new speakers to replace my busted one, and I wanted to have my windows tinted on my new car. I went custom sounds first and spoke with Mitchell and didn't have to go anywhere else. The deals were amazing, he was very knowledgeable about everything I was asking him about and their service was outstanding. My car sounds incredible now and my windows are perfect, I even have a warranty on both. This place is a one stop shop, I have already suggested a lot of my friends go there for their car needs.

Had a price to do blue tooth installation on a 2008 c3k Mercedes.Gave me a price of $225.00.. took the car in price had increased to $325.00

I have been going to this location for over 15 years now and I would still recommend them. I recently took my baby (2006 Mustang GT) here for window tint and the staff was very patient and informative. When I initially came in for a quote, the service rep explained to me, in detail my options and what to expect with each choice they offered. When I dropped it off there was a discrepancy with the price but after explaining myself, the rep apologized and adjusted my bill. I also had issues with the product itself (tint) and the manager Mitchell was very accommodating and re serviced my vehicle with no hesitation or cost to me (due to me being informed by the staff what the parameters of my warranty entails). My relationship with this company has not always been perfect, but what I can tell you is that they offer quality merchandise, and in my experience, they will stand behind their products and services. I will continue to use this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Made appt for 10am to have two front windows tinted, put down deposit via the website as requested. We showed up and 9:30, doors were locked and no one answering the phone. Waited until 10:30 no one ever showed up.) except for the two guys in the parking lot intermittently blasting there sounds systems. Horrible place, Horrible service

Lawrence installer is the best. He gets it done! From pricing to equipment specs to installation. If this was a small business he would be the owner (that's the feeling he gives you), he takes pride and ownership in his work.June 23rd edit. Lawrence has done it again, custom 4 15 birch box, stained. Engraved. Never fails to impress and come through.

Went in about a month or so ago me and my wife to inquire about window tints and a sub for her Suv and I must say Lawrence and Austin made our visit educational and well worth us stopping in we got window tints and a sub that is perfect for our needs and then our dash cam came in early most definitely the location we'll use for all our auto audio needs! Good people and service all day.

These guys are the best in the business. The manager is the best in the business. I tip my hat to these guys with two thumbs up! They are courteous,professional and A-1 in customer service. They tell you exactly what u needand it's not extreme. The job is beautiful when they are finished. They put aremote start on the wife's car no problems. They put a Bluetooth radio in myp/u truck no problems. If you don't go to these guys, you might get stiffed!One more thing the manager will remember your name( a plus! ).

I got six new speakers for all around my car, a new touchscreen head unit, and two new JL 12s for my car. The customer service was outstanding and very helpful! I am ecstatic about my purchase and my beautiful sounding car! I believe Mitchell helped me and he was just great. My fiance and one of my friends are getting their cars done this week too ! Highly recommend this place to everyone! :)

Well first a little about me I am a BASSHEAD. I love car audio. Did car audio comps my best DB was 151.8. worked at Best buy (install/sales) and Audio express and I'm the president of a audio club...Now.. have you ever walked into a place and felt like they don't want you're money. ? That's how I felt... Every thing I asked got shot downNo type a personality just monotone straight face very poor customer service...And what he didn't know was I talked to the store in south county and the said the complete opposite very helpful nice.. not toMention I'm not a rookie at this.So in short he made it VERY CLEAR they DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS... Wish granted!!!I will happily go to the competitor..

I got my first tint job today. I was a little nervous because the customers in front of my seemed so knowledgeable about what tint they wanted on their car. I just wanted to stop getting burned by my seat when I got in the car. Robert helped me pick out the tint and was very nice. The store was packed, but he didn t rush me. I would definitely do business with this location again in the future.

Lawrence and Seth performed the best customer service, they saved me time and money. I brought in a car that had an automatic car starter installed a year ago and was having problems. Even though the problem was with the key and not the auto starter, they worked hard to correct the problem. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and cared about me, the customer. Thank you so much Lawrence and Seth!!!
