Please please don't go to this one I have been to this Car-X for 4 times trying to be a good customer trying to give them my business. I had the same breaks worked on. The last time I was there they never even looked. I told them they sent a tow truck to come get my car and he told them that he smelled something. Finally I took my car to Danmark on Lindbergh very professional and you know I have to pay another $600 + for locked brakes. They will hear from my lawyer. It's called non accident incident. I am familiar with tort law.

the guy at the front counter was incredibly sweet. He made conversation with everyone who came in and was very respectful, i will be coming back, this is amazing customer service the best i have seen in years. good job carx!!

Came here for my safety and emissions tests, walked in to be greeted by Eric, he was very professional and went above and beyond to help me with the discovered issues. This is a man who is genuine, and cares for his customers. I will from now on come here for the services they provide, as I do not trust any others out there. To my surprise, I've finally found an honest shop. Thank you.

Called several places and everyone wanted a drop off or appointment that was much further out. This CarX was able to get me in by appointment very quickly and also deal with it being a fleet vehicle. Appreciate the quick and courteous service.

I was scheduled for tire mounting and a wheel alignment. I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately placed in "the line". After my tires were mounted, the service tech, Justin, advised me that he wouldn't recommend getting the alignment. He believed it would cause more issues than fix, seeing that my numbers weren't as bad as I thought. Very rarely have I been advised NOT to spend money on a service. It was very refreshing...THANK YOU!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!Working on my car as I write this. Had my car towed there due to a failed starter so they have me over a barrel, as I am being charged $250.00 more than the dealer and 2 other shops I called charge for the same repair. Should I have called for estimates before I was towed there ..Probably, but I didn't expect to be totally robbed here.

I wouldn't even rate this store the one star, but it will not give me the zero option the manager and mechanic out in the shop arguing and shouting at each other. Very unprofessional and not very observant. The manager asked me where my tire was that needed to be fixed. I said I dropped it off with you last night because you said you had to get the tire. So that through another red flag up came the next day toget it fixed Ijust had these tires for the second time put on new less than 30 days ago the first time they put the wrong tires on my van for the rating requirements were different supposed to be LT rating and they were I am guessing passenger car tires I could have had a serious blow out. I had to get area manager involved I have good service from Car X but in a different area where I used to live these guys instead of putting my spare back where the spare goes they litterly through the tire in back of my van on top of my power tools that are more expensive than all 4 of the tires I bought from them I have a call in to the area manager again and at this time have not heard back from him both manager and mechanic arguing and yelling at each other didn't give me a good feeling that I was going to get very to any professional service and I firmly believe I did not I really want to never come back but this is where I bought these tires that were wrong rated tires in the first place. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by putting the right legal tires on my car then telling me I damaged this tire that went flat while it was parked and had to use my insurance to change the tire with road side no customer service at this store for sure so now I find out that my previous bad rating of should be zero has been deleted just done a month ago I guess they can manage the ones they want to keep

This is a wonderful location..im always pleased at how friendly the staff is and how clean the place is... I was offered fresh hot coffee and everything... Fantastic Job Car X.. And the guy at the front counter was great from start to finish.. thank you!!!

I was having an issue with my car battery not staying charged. I stopped here at Car X to see if they could diagnose the problem. On a Saturday morning, they were able to get me right in. It took a little while for them to pin point the issue. I didn't mind because I just wanted my car running right. I looked out the window to the garage and saw a couple technicians tag teaming to get the problem solved. They kept me updated on the progress. After they found out the problem (which was a bad fuse causing issues with my relay fan) they changed the fuse and charged me only $11 for the service. The clerk was very professional and overall they are some honest people. I totally recommend this Car X location and would give them more than 5 's of I could.

It was ok. Took my Dodge journey in to be looked at because of some noise my car was making and was told that it could be my Wheelbarrow. I explained that I had those replaced and before I paid for the service I asked did they replace both and the manager reply yes. I found out on 12/21 when I took my car in for the noise that only one was replaced and not both and that's when I got up set because, if the manager would've been honest when I asked if both was replaced. He should've said no only one and I would've told them to replace the other too.

I went to this location at 11:20 this morning and when I walked in there was no one up front and the guy that was in there sat in the back playing on his phone and said hello 3 times and he never moved. I called the day before asking how much it would cost to fix my tire so I was gonna get it done today. So I waited 10 minutes and he never got off his phone to help me so I went to midas

I went to this location for the first time in June to figure out what was going on with my AC. The service was great and the guy who helped me was nice. They told me it was my AC compressor after doing another AC recharge. The estimate with parts and everything was $1500! I thought that was crazy. I wasn't going to go through with it even if I did drive my car every day. I also went to Valvoline who did an AC recharge and didn't solve the issue. I looked around for a cheaper AC compressor, but ended up asking a friend of mine if she knew anyone who worked on cars, which she did. They've come over twice. Once to look at my car and the other to determine what the issue was. He said it wasn't the compressor itself. It was a little valve that was a part of it. The part was less than $100, then of course with labor and everything, it would be less than $300. From now on, I'm not going to another business for my vehicle. I took my husband with me when going back to CarX in case they tried to do/say anything if I had gone alone. Even if I had gone alone, I still wouldn't have gone through with a $1500 estimate. Ridiculous!!

Excellent customers service! I was in and out in less than 30-minutes! They were able to work me in to their already busy schedule for my emissions testing so I could renew my plates. I left a 2-star review 2 years ago after this shopped screwed me out of $800 over a broken window. Kept my car for days and gave it back to me unresolved after I wasn't willing to continue shoveling them money to troubleshoot it. When I picked up my car, they said they could continue working on it but it would be $1200!!! I said no thank you and left with my still broken vehicle.Update: I am actively driving home from Gary's Auto (1779 N. Hwy 67 63033). They went to diagnose my broken window only to discover it was simply unplugged... They advised the motor could've overheated, but $800 of troubleshooting shouldn't have been necessary from any honest, knowledgeable mechanic. Spent less than $200 and that included an oil change.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Darion was very nice! He got me a quick appointment and was very accommodating. My shield underneath my car had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Things like that make me nervous. As a courtesy he removed the nuisance and had me on my way in no time. Thanks for the great customer service!

I will normally go here. Just had a bad visit this last time. The state machine went down which is not there fault. But i left my car while i went out of town so they had 4 or 5 days depending on work hours and called me the day i git back talking about we've called you everyday. Looking at my phone with no missed calls. So nothing got done and that's not their fault but still angry about the lying
