My car was repaired faster than I expected and looks like brand new. All the employees I dealt with were very nice and I felt like a valued customer. If necessary I would definitely return there for future repairs and highly recommend them to others.

Went for a repair estimate. They had my car for 3 weeks. When I finally did get it back it wasn't fully reassembled from the inspection. The skid plate and turn signal bulb were not secured and were left dangling under my car, and my bumper wasn't fully reattached on one side. Had to have them work on it AGAIN to get everything put back in place properly. Will not be returning.

They kept me up to date on my vehicle's restoration progress. Great customer service on scheduling drop off & pick up times. Vehicle looks like it did the 1st day I bought it. I have no issues to report.

This place is top notch I was very pleased with how the moment I called to see if they could take my car they immediately gave an answer. They didn t tell me to call back or try next week they were actually ready to take my car right away for an estimate they were able to get me an appointment within that week. And when I arrived for my estimate appointment I was greeted immediately and there were beverages and snacks while I waited. After the estimate I agreed to have caliber collision fix my car and when I say well worth it the rental company came to me at caliber and I was off to work. And let me not get started on the pick up of my car it was cleaner then when I dropped it off and had a fresh delicious smell. Thanks CALIBER COLLISION

Excellent customer care! Caliber coordinated with my insurance, and effected repairs to top standards. Repair estimates are transparent, and no surprises. I've been a customer for several years, and every encounter has been positive. If your vehicle needs body work, Caliber is the place to go.

I should have copied and pasted my comments from the survey. Awesome experience. I will refer others Jess and staff and all involved were top notch. Even from the receptionist who was awesome. Kept me abreast throughout the entire report. Timely communication. Made me feel welcomed there glad I picked Caliber as the preferred authorized repair shop for my vehicle through USAA. I will definitely recommend.

I've been two Caliber on two occasions. Both times I was treated like I was in the way.They do come highly recommended, so we have them a second chance.Guess I'm just not lucky.There are other options I will consider in the future.

great and speedy service.my car was badly wrecked and it probably took them a max of 3 weeks to repair with frequent updates. car is now driving fine and now looks exactly as it looked before wreck.

Staff at Caliber Collision are courteous and efficient. The entire process was explained to me and staff kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that needed car collision repairs.

Job was a broken window replacement.Initially returned car to us with a scratched/defective window installed and a dead car battery. Service time extended another week. Car finally returned with foul odor inside and 0 gas (had over 1/4th of a tank when we dropped it off, 86 miles). Added back a star, because shop covered cost of replacing battery.

This place is an absolute joke. One person will tell you one thing and then another person will call you and tell you that what they said is completely ludicrous. There is no organization at this place whatsoever. I had to end up taking my car to another shop after a week because clearly the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand at this clown show. Don't listen to anything they tell you. It's all a lie

Caliber did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Rav4. They kept me informed on its status and had it ready ahead of the projected completion date. I will definitely recommend Caliber to my friends and family

Customer service was the best aspect at this location and that s saying a lot. Everything was professional and accurate as to completing the work that my truck needed. Caliber handled the rental as well. The work was top notch, as I drive a black truck. Registered my car for hail damage and left completely satisfied with the recent repairs. My windshield was replaced and not a dent in sight. Start to finish Elyssa was great with communication and response time. The entire team was great, from the receptionist on, all were informative and attentive to my needs. During a difficult time they brought comfort. Any issue or questions I had it was addressed and corrected to my complete satisfaction. Even with a slight issue we drove back the next day, it was corrected and quick fix. Shaun Went above and beyond . 10+! We are very appreciative! Definitely would recommend.

The staff was friendly. I think they were short staffed for mechanics though. Three weeks to replace a damaged fuel tank is too long! Also missed a dent when damage was assessed

The Florissant location made a ridiculously high price, to repair a dent in the truck and side of my car. State Farm declared my 2 year old car a total loss. Now I am stuck in the dead of winter no job, transportation to get my daughter to school or a car.
