I came in with battery issues. Carl checked my battery for me and determined that it was bad. He then looked up my information and found that my battery was still under warranty! Happy New Year to me! Carl then replaced my battery for me and got me back on the road! What great customer service! He was pleasant and friendly! At 7:00pm on New Year's Day. I'm so thankful I chose this location! I will definitely be back for all my auto care needs. Hopefully Carl will still be working there! He is an A+ employee!

I received assistance from store manager, Sandy who was a joy to work with. She and her team are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customer is completely satisfied. Sandy wasn't able to install the part for me but she contact a local dealer in the area who could provide those services next day. I so grateful. I recommend calling or going to this location for all your auto part needs.

Went in to pick up fuel line, clips and a fuel shutoff valve. All of these items are basic, generic and have been purchased from this store before. I showed the young man all of the items and he was clueless. Then he starts playing on his cell phone!! The older man said clips were in the isle but unfortunately I didn't need a set of 38 with only a few of what I needed. I told the older man all of these items were purchased here before from behind the parts counter. He stated that unfortunately he could not help me.

Shoutout to Craig for his help in finding Heet the other day! They were all out of stock so he gave me one that he was going to buy for himself - what a kind guy!!!!! He saved my day, I highly recommend this autozone as a result of him. Thanks Craig!!!

Best service ever!!! The store manager gave me a bottle water while I waited. Torrance remove the battery and got rid all of the corrosion and installed the new battery. This was the best service we experienced so far in St. Louis. The other Autozone father down the street on Lindbergh is trash!

I've stumbled into a store with a difficulty. The problem was mere to nonetheless but overall, I'm glad i did. The customer service that I've received was outstanding by an employee named Jamel E. He assisted my needs as decently as possible and was very attentive. I'll be sure to use this AutoZone locations and others just because of his member service skills. Appreciate it.

My husband came in to ask questions about his diesel batteries and was provided all the information needed from Ms. Sandy, and was very pleased. Unknowingly he walked out without his wallet. He called in to verify if it was there, Ms. Sandra searched and confirmed it was still there including the gym gloves. When I arrived I walked in to get the wallet but Ms. Sandra took the extra step to verify it was my husband wallet and told him to come in so that we are sure it s him, and we did just that. This is above and beyond customer service. We need more people in the community as such. She was very well spoken, knowledgeable and clear, cheerful and enjoy what she does. We thank you tremendously and may God continue to bless you. Definitely deserves even more

Ron B really went above and beyond to help me out when my battery died. Sandy and Ron worked together to save the day for me when I was stranded with my toddler and a dead battery. They replaced my old battery and saved me from having to walk home with my baby. I appreciate them taking time to go the extra mile for us. They're a great community shop!!

The staff were as helpful and courteous as they could be considering they were woefully under-staffed. Purchased a new battery but no staff available to make the swap to avoid the $22.00 core charge. Had to do it myself. The tools they had available were so limited it took over an hour to swap out the battery.I commend the staff for being as helpful and patient with me and the many other customers as they were but there is a serious problem with having only two people doing what should be covered by at least 4-6 staff. Anyone purchasing a battery had better bring the old battery with them to avoid the surcharge and install it elsewhere.

I gave today visit a BIG 5 Stars because David C. He was amazing today. I highly appreciate him! Not only did he make sure my car charger work, he also fix my fuse for me while also showing me how to do it myself. I wish I had money to tip him but he was so kind to allow me to give him a big hug. Great to have you apart of the team up there at Autozone. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed and headed straight to the lighting. I was asked if I knew where to find what I was looking for and I said yes I did. The price seemed a high for what I was purchasing, but I was in a pinch and it would do just fine. When I went to the counter, I asked the gentleman working what their return policy was. I figured if I found something better, I d return my item. The man told me that nothing could be opened if I wanted to return it, that didn t seem right to me, but whatever. I left and looked up the policy myself. Turns out, as long as you have your receipt and the original packaging, you can return within 90 days. No need to lie to me man and definitely no need to be rude.

A fairly new AutoZone in passing by ,decided to stop IN asking questions about MY never ending "Issues" with my Old Truck in HOPE of not having to BUY another Vehicle,Trying to KEEP and Take Care of what I GOT ! The workers/guys were Helpful I have Know complaints only one thing" though"Didn't get good results/news on Mechanical Diagnosis! Revisited: a couple of times BIG Change from the Beginning. LADY that's there is non informational just trying to make a Sale even if you don't NEED it

Rude man behind counter, when I walked in I told him I'm looking for freon he told me to take to garage. I told him I work 12 hours a day and don't have time to go to garage. I then had to ask if they sell freon he said yes pick one of the two behind you. I did and of course it didn't work wrong one. So now I called and asked if I could bring this one back and if they had the one I needed he said yes. So I'm taking this one back as it hasn't been used and hopefully someone else is there to help me get it. I'm a 66 year old woman and he was lazy and disrespectful never moved from his spot.

Went in and asked for a code read, lady in front of me asked for one too, we were both told he would be right out. 10 minutes of waiting and another car pulls up and they come out to help the car that just pulled up instead of the two people waiting outside. Waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came back out to help. 3 workers are in the store and no one can come and help? LAZY
