I lost my splitter button, use on my manual 10 speed Cascadia in Kingdom City. TA says 3 days wait after cold snap froze folks. Not waiting. I looked up semi repair near me. Pierson n Sons came up. Got me in his shop, did a thorough service, got me back on the road in a few hours. These people actually treated me like a king.

1 star is way to generous for this crook. Told us to be there a certain time shows up 30 minutes late then He wanted 175 dollars for something I got right down the street for 60. Dude gotta be high on something.

Called him out of the blue from Maine when I truck I was having transported from Kansas to Nashville broke down on I-70.He promptly picked it up and brought my driver to a hotel for the evening. Given the urgency of the situation his rates were fair and gave an informed analysis of potential problems. He got the truck back on the road and was very professional and easy to deal with.

I am the guy who always read reviews but never write any. But since this was my outmost unbelievable experience ever, I said I will write a review. So I broke down near New Florence, Mo and was able to get to Love's truck stop around 4pm. All they could tell tell was we can only help you tomorrow which is what they do best even when they are not busy. So I waited the next day to go to Pierson and Son shop with a coolant leaking and cracked exhaust hose which I thought was the problem of my engine derate. they fixed all that but still didn't have any power to speed or climb. So I went back to the shop and that was already after 5pm on a Friday. I was received back and diagnosed the truck and found out I had a turbo failure. they worked on my truck over the week end just to make sure I am back on the road without charging me any extra money for labor. Things you don't see in this day and age. I am forever grateful for these guys for their commitment, passion, love and kindness toward strangers customers. God bless your heart and business. Both Jason and his father went well above, beyond, and out of their way to help my co driver and I when our truck broke down off I-70. You would never know that we were complete strangers, they treated us like family from the start, right through to the very end. Honest, hard working people with tremendous morals and values. As we thanked Jason for treating us so kindly on our way out he said. "Well, it all comes down to treating people as if the situation were reversed. I would want to be treated with kindness, so that's what I try to pass on." Hands down, a terrific and wonderful expetience! Thank you again Jason, 5 stars from Mid Coast Transport!

stay away this shop otherwise they will ripe you off, they towed my truck for repair after 10 days waiting for estimate. finely call me back saying the truck needs a lot of repair $26000. I decided to take my truck, they charge me $50 a day for 10 days $1200. also they are very rude not nice people. don't respect their customers. stay away unprofessional especially Jason.

Ithe owner went out of his way to find the parts that I needed to repair my truck. The rest of the crew were very honest and reasonable in what they charged for repair II highly recommend this business if you need anything repaired on your truck.

Great experience. We got a flat tire on a family trip from St. Louis to KC. This was one of closest repair shops off of I-70. Though they specialize in big trucks, the guys removed our spare, patched our tire and got our minivan back on the road. Low key environment. Been around since 1946. Amazing collection of car parts, supplies, machinery and tools. Helpful, kind and competent. Glad I Googled, "Car Repair Near Me" and found Pierson & Sons!

My RV broke down on my way to Michigan with my family aboard. I had no idea where to bring it or who I was dealing with. The RV ended up at Pierson and Son Trucks. Man was I lucky, I was just waiting to get rung up big time. Didn't happen, I cannot say enough good things about Allen and Jason Pierson. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. This review would be way to too long to explain the lengths the Pierson's went to help me. Suffice it to say the experience exceeded all of my expectations. They are a fine example of what seems to be an uncommon, old school honesty and integrity. Highly recommended!

Very Honest and Very Professional. Did not charge me a dime to over look my semi and tell me whats wrong with it. For me, i have multiple trucks on the road, this is a rare occurrence to find decent people that wont take advantage of you while you're truck is 400 miles away. Worked for them for a few years when I first started working on trucks. Good guys for sure. I owe my livelihood to them now. Some repairs were crude, but that was up to what the customer expected. Very smart guys running that show. I love those guys. Hard working and honest. what more can you ask?
