Went to get a new tire on my car because I've had a leak for a while. I explained this to the workers as I came in. I waited 4 hours. The guy working, Mike, said they plugged the tire. I explained that I wanted a new one, not a plug. He explained that they had to take the wheel off and plug it, then put it back on... in detail, he explained they had to tighten the lugnuts to put the tire back on. The thing is.... I wanted a new tire. he was a bit of a jerk, to say the least. I was angry about not getting the tire and late for work.

I had been getting my oil changed at this Walmart for years, got a lease on a new used car and took it there since they had always done well with my old one. Soon after that oil change my engine tanked and the mechanic I took it to told me that the last person to change the oil was at fault for the oil running dry because they did not screw the oil cap back on all the way, causing a slow leak. I went to Walmart with the paperwork and they refused to show me the camera footage from when they changed the oil, denying all fault. Now I have a useless car with plenty of money still left on the lease and a full coverage insurance policy I m paying as per the bank, even though this car is now completely useless to me. I had no transportation for weeks and I m still reaping the financial repercussions, all because of the person who changed my oil at this location. It could have even been avoided if they would have reset my oil sensor so I could have seen that it was low, but my oil ran dry because as far as I knew the car was full of fresh oil. I m astounded at the complete denial of accountability for something that could have easily been avoided if the person performing the service would have been paying attention to what they were doing. I wasn t given so much as a refund for the oil change. It seems to me that a company as massive and wealthy as Walmart shouldn t have a problem paying such a small repair fee (new engine would cost $500+) for a car that was bought to get a low income college student to campus and back, with a loan that I was lucky to even secure. I m appalled. Don t take your car here.

Great service all around. I thought I needed to buy a new tire, they checked all 4 out and told me I didn't need to buy any, they just needed a little air. They could have just sold me a tire as I requested, but was watching out for me!!

Went in to get a new tire. Was told they were going to let me know when it was ready and they did not. I found out by walking back there that my car was done and sitting outside with the windows down!! I had stuff in the back of my car....They let me, being pregnant, walk around the store for over 2 hours!!!! Not cool!! Also they took 2 of my tire valve caps!! Worst walmart ever!! Its pretty pathetic to steal someones valve caps or anything else on or from their car!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER GOING HERE! NO ONE SHOULD.

I bought 4 Goodyear tires for my car. One tire had a small leak since the day I bought it. I continued to bring the car back and after my 4th attempt to get it fixed I had enough. When I asked them to either fix the tire or replace it they said I would have to pay for it. The person who kept assisting me with the repair didn t document anything about the other 3 times I came in to get the tire fixed. Finally I went across the street to Plaza Tire to get the tire fixed. Unfortunately, I bought 4 other tires for another vehicle so when the rotation comes due I will have to go back. Won t ever buy another set of tires from here..

Horrible experience. Explained my situation that i was having a dented wheel repaired and i needed one new tire moubted abd balanced because i was putting 2 new tires. On the car along with the repair. At first they looked at me like they couldn't understand my needs. After explaining 10 times they got it and said ok. Then came back 25 minutes later and said.... Why do you have a spare on your car. Then i had to explain it again to the same person. I was getting that wheel repaired. Again they said ok. Then another 20 minutes later they come back and say they will not mount and balance the tire. All the while i have my sick 21 month with me.Thanks for wasting my time for the last time WAL-MART.

The old hags at the Walmart in festus do not know how to fix on cars I gave these people all chances from a oil change not being right to my brand new tire keep deflating I went today and said I had a whole in my tire and nothing was done I drive 35 miles and I m on the side of the road with my child in the back crying I am never going back there and I will be going to a manager first thing Tuesday morning!

Just got the best oil service the other day.full synthetic,topped off all fluids, and even vacuumed my car out!All this for less than 50 bucks!my wait time was around 20 minutes.i will definitely keep taking my 2008 lincoln mkx there for its regular oil changes best price in town.

3 hrs for a tire change, 2 tires were hand tight and all four we're over filled by 16 psi. Good job guys.

They suck they are slow and don t help at all. No customer service and treat you like you have no brain never taking my car there again ever and oh they also steal your keys and if they lost don t bother asking them if they have found it

Needed oil changed last minute before a trip out of state, Midas could not fit us in so... Walmart to the rescue . They got us in and out in under 45min. Full oil change, and tire check, even put air in my tires. For under 20 bucks! Thank you Walmart Auto
