Drove 45 minutes to look at a new old stock (2022 model) utility trailer. Was going to make a cash offer, but the guy wouldn't even hear it. Did not seem like he wanted to sell anything. Had a bad attitude. Not worth the time. We had to find the trailer ourselves to look at it. Trailer had signs of rust already and ramp latches were very hard to move. Probably would have bought it today with cash if they weren't so rude. Only good thing I have to say is about the two little white dogs that greeted us when we came in.

Wasn't impressed. I was there in my little ford focus so I'm assuming they didn't think I was there to buy. No one came out to greet me ask if they could help me , nothing. I guess I'll go somewhere else to spend my money. I understand that they don't need my money and it's no big deal. Thanks for showing me what your dealership is about.

Don't bother. I was warned by a close friend of the attitude of the people at this dealer. I gave them a shot anyway because they are close to me and had what i wanted in stock. When i get there the owner, very strongly, gives off the impression he does not want to do business or im putting him out by spending money there. Seeing a Arising trailer viper trailer world had in stock on their website I stopped in to buy it. When I noticed that the fenders were shapped differently that those in the photo I was told that it is what it is and he doesn't order fenders, he orders trailers. When I asked if he had any fenders stocked that I could buy that were like the photos so that they match the rest of my small fleet, he told me that he has customers with way bigger fleets than mine and they don't worry about them matching, so I shouldn't either. I wonder how he knows about my fleet? Very off putting approach. Had cash and needed a trailer. At that point I talked to him with the same attitude I was receiving and walked to my truck and left. I will very willingly drive an hour south today to pickup another trailer from a different dealer and will also in the future. I can only advise you do the same.

Bought trailer new about a month ago. When purchased, flatbed trailer had about 1" of snow on it. Took it home, registered it and found the trailer had a rust spot on the fender due to poor paint and powdered coating job from factory. Contacted my dealer and Rice direct and 25 days later and after contacting both multiple times, still no answer how this will be fixed and warrantied. Updating my review. Dealer did fix the problem. He asked that I return it to him to sand down and repaint. This has been completed to my satisfaction. 4-7-22

Our family has bought trailers from viper trailer world three times now and have been very satisfied each time. Very good customer service and nice trailers. For reference we bought a 6x12 box trailer several years ago for work and it s still a good trailer.A 14 ft dump trailerAnd just the other day a 7x16 box trailer

Great experience. Had to order the trailer because they don't make many enclosed trailers with double rear doors. Most of them have ramps. Took about 6 weeks for delivery, but the trailer is very well built and in perfect condition. This is the fourth trailer I've owned (first from Viper) and is by far the best one yet. Thanks!

Customer service is terrible! I have had my arising trailer for less than 2 years and have driven it less than 10 times. While driving down the highway the structure of the door/siding came off. You are suppose to have a 5-year warranty on this trailer. However, the warranty won't cover this. When I called to speak with somebody regarding the door I was told it must be a fluke. That it's too bad because the manufacturing warranty is done within a year and the 5 year warranty won't cover it. I was reassured this does not happen at all and that their office is good but I will still have to pay to have the door replaced. Funny they think the product is good but they will not back it up.

I've bought 2 trailers from them. Bought my third one today.They are always friendly and the prices can rarely be beaten. I don't know about the heavy duty stuff but for utility and enclosed trailers this place is the cheapest prices for hours around.

Great customer service! Products are upgrades over their competitors. I shopped for years to ensure I got the right trailer. Their car transport trailers are the only ones I've found in Missouri and Arkansas that have brakes on both axles, they have the upgraded suspension which made my full trailer feel like it wasn't behind us with my F150. The adjustable hitch mount and beefy chains are awesome! Powder coated frame! Larger frame than competitors. All of this for the same price as the fancy places that have dealerships all over the region. The owner was friendly sand gave suggestions for a good balanced trailer. The staff was awesome! I highly recommend these folks.

I order a replacement axle and the brackets were wrong. This was disappointing because I took the failed axle with the brackets attached to Dennis (owner of Viper Trailer World) twice and left the axle assembly with him to make sure the new one would match. When I installed the new axle over the weekend the brackets were wrong. I drilled new holes to install the axle on my trailer. I called when they opened after the weekend and just explained that the brackets were made wrong and that I was not mad. I only wanted to let them know for the next time a replacement axle was ordered. The owner Dennis, told me that he would never ordered another axle for me again. THE WORST COSTOMER SERVICE!!! I didn't ask for money back or for him to fix anything. I just wanted him to know the brackets were wrong so the mistake would not happen to the next guy. I will never use Viper Trailer World again!

How can anyone leave 1 star reviews. Only place to actually carry replacement ramps original ramps and at a great price less than manufacturer. The girls in the office were awesome. Called the day before had them hold them and drove 4 hours 1 way to get them. ....quit being babies and posting negative reviews

Very easy to deal with and friendly staff. Was in and out less than 15 minutes with my new trailer. The trailer seems to be a good quality. Better built than others I looked at for that price range. Will recommend others and I drove 1hr and 1/2 one way and I have no regrets!! Thanks for the great experience!

Good place to go in and buy a trailer, dont recommend ordering, ordered my trailer 4\22 was told 6 to 8 weeks it has now been 14 and counting and still no trailer

Customer service is horrible. The lady who works the front desk had bad attitude when I questioned about the price. The quality of work is not good but they charge a premium price.

Absolutely saved our skins. My wife and I drove our 2007 f350 super duty crew cab from NC to Festus. While there visiting, our truck blew a headgasket. We finally found a truck to rent to drive home, but there were no trailers to be rented anywhere. We decided to look at buying, and found our saviors. A great price, quick service, and a quality trailer. We purchased in less than 30 minutes. We immediately loaded our broken truck onto our new 18 foot car hauler and hit the road. Nearly 1000 miles, fully loaded, right off the lot. Not a single complaint. That might have been the only thing that went right on that trip. Thanks again, you guys rock!

Very bad experience me and my group stop by to purchase a trailer end up not buying it, very rude people no customer service, you can t even ask questions. The old lady with glasses need to calm down how to talk to people. Just cause you own a business doesn t mean you can be disrespectful

Purchased the trailer 3 weeks ago and ordered wheels for it same time wheels didn t come in as promised so I picked up the trailer and paid for my wheels. Called 3 different time asking about my wheels the owner is always under the trailer fixing something and don t return phone call. Where is my wheels????Wheels where back ordered at the supplier owner called me got the appointment set and got me the wheels as promisedThank you

Was looking for an economy trailer and Viper is the place to go with the best deal in this area. Great staff to work with, good quality for the price, and they installed a couple of options for me. Highly recommend them!

Very informative. I came in to start my search for an enclosed trailer. They were eager to answer questions, but never once did I feel pressured. This is a great way to do business, build relationships and loyalty. I will most likely do business with these folks.

Very helpful. Had all the hard to find parts i needed. Spent the time to explain to a clueless guy how to fix a trailer. Prices were very reasonable compared to the auto parts stores that didnt have what i needed. Thank you!

I purchased a Arising 7x16 enclosed trailer two years ago and the quality is excellent. Customer service was also great. I will be back soon to purchase another one.

Owner is a top dog man. Very talkative which I loved. I Didnt purchase , but stopped in for directions to Buffy's, an RV business. Was helped and directed to Buffys R V. Loved out conversstion.

Buyer beware these people sell cheap/ junk trailers. And don t stand behind their product. When you need repair work done don t rely on them they don t want to work on their own junk. They just want to keep selling junk to the public and not repair work

such rude people! the two ladies there practically insulted my husband over the phone and our trailer wasn t able to come home till 3 days after the day the man said it would be able to. ruining our weekend plans. do not recommend
