Couldn t ask for a better experience! Alfred was on top of it and made sure I had everything I needed and took care of my vehicle like it was his own! Valvoline better hold on to him - he s great at what he does, hands down! Thanks for taking care of my Cans , Alfred!

Just went here for an oil change and they are great! In and out super quick. Very reasonable prices! New oil change place has been found.

My son took his car there for a simple oil change. He normally goes to the Arnold location and no issues. He went here because Arnold didn't have the synthetic oil he needed. He was there for a while as others were in and out. Turn out the claim the threads were bad on the plug and had to tap it. He told my son that it was a temporary fix until he gets a new oil pan! He drove the car home and my driveway was covered in oil. I called to make a claim and the manager who worked on his car, claims that the plug wouldn't go back in and he even tried to retread it, but it just spun around. So he tap it. My son paid $110 for an oil change and now has to put out $650-$850 to have a new oil pan put on. The manager said we can probably get it re tapped by a local shop there and he would call around and call me back.Never got a call back. Now my son has to miss a days work, and my driveway is ruined. We believe that the plug was stripped out by over torquing. We never had this issue at the Arnold location.This is unacceptable and we will continue to work on this claim for full reimbursement on damages.Service: Oil change

I go here everytime i need my oil changed. I love that you get to stay in your car while they are working. They always have coupons available also. The staff is super nice and I'm never there for more than 15 min.

Awesome customer service. All the guys were super nice. The guy who was taking info helped so much, my coupon wasn't working and fixed the issue without a bump.As some women know, we always seem to be target of upcharging or selling us what we don't need but non of them did that. I told them I needed a conventional oil change and that's it. No pushy upcharge. I love Festus Valvoline.

My wife was just there with a 50% off coupon, they told her she couldn't use it but they could do 25 dollars off and it was still 89 dollars with tax and without the 25 off it was 137 dollars for an oil change. Guess where I'll never go again? Don't anyone go there take your vehicle to Walmart or midas. To hell with valvoline. Especially if your a woman, they will take advantage of you

I was very disappointed with my experience at your shop yesterday. I brought my 2023 Mazda is for an oil change. Upon waiting I observed and heard a young employee of valvoline verbally express hisdissatisfaction with other fellow employees while on his personal cell phone many times. He was asked to assist with refilling my oil all the while complaining having to do so. I observed that he spilled a considerable amount of oil all over my engine. I motioned him over to my window to have him wipe it down. I was given a answer of I already did. I then asked him to please check again, he pulled another employee aside to visible complain about me asking him to do so. He then asked that he get a witness from another employee to make sure he does what he was asked. This employee apologized for this young mans behavior. I told him he had no reason to apologize for anothers employee's rude behavior. Unfortunately I came home to also clean the oil that was missed. I frequent your shop a lot and have never had this type of experience and will return. I wanted to report this so it doesn't happen to another customer. Thank you for reading and addressing this matter.

7/13/2314:00 went to get my oil changed as I normally do and I had this feeling that they were going to mess up my vehicle. The process took 20 minutes to just get my oil changed and to try to upsell me a filter etc I pulled out and I could hear something wasn t right!!!! It was my skid plate just hanging on by a few screws!!!! I m so upset at this point. I now have to wait another 20 minutes so they can fix their mistakes.No sorry but I seemed like an inconvenience that I came back. Never again will I go to Festus to get an oil change.

Where to begin...well, the tech couldn't figure out how to pull the hood latch for a while, then all 5 worked on getting my oil filter back in place for about 20 minutes. They forgot to install the brake light that was/is out. I had to ask them to check my tires...they forgot lol. All this for $123.00. I have always appreciated the convenience but, I won't be going back. I will gladly take my business elsewhere for piece of mind that the job is getting done right.

Pretty quick service, probably only took 20 min. Rating a 4 because I could not find any pricing before pulling in, online or the shop. Went in for a full synthetic oil change and was quoted 100 bucks, I can usually pull one of these off for around 50 dollars for less than 5 qts on a 4 cylinder, but it's my fault and waited till the last minute and needed to get in quick. Other than that the employees where fast, and friendly. They even told me I had a headlight out and needed a new air filter, and offered to replace them. I'm cheap and it's and easy fix, so I went next door and bought and replaced them.Service: Oil change

The service technicians did a wonderful job of servicing my car. I also found a 50% off coupon which was an added bonus! I would highly recommend Valvoline in Festus. The guys are great!

I stopped in for an oil change and new wipers because the dealership couldn't get me in anytime soon that worked with my schedule. They were great! They were out of my filter but quickly ran up the road and got one. They were also out of my wipers. But supply is limited these days so I understood. They gave me 25% discount for the inconvenience. They stripped the oil plug spent a hour and told me I need a new oil pan when they did it. Part 2 filed claim and now they won't call or answer.

Went to Walmart instead. Took only 45 total minutes and was $30 cheaper for exact same service. And I had a $25 coupon for Valvoline!Too expensive..

Courteous staff. My oil change took 12 minutes -- plenty quick. I'm not sure they checked my tires. They asked if 35 psi was good and I said yes, but my car says they're at 31, just like before I went in. That's not a big deal, though. Overall great.

In and out in less than fifteen minutes. Excellent work, amazing customer service, and a convenient location make this a go to spot for your oil change. Check Groupon or their website for great savings.
