Alex was great to work with. From the beginning he was very informative and knowledgeable of all the trailers on the lot. Didn't waste time to get back to us about our inquiry online. He took the time to explain everything to us when we arrived to pick up the trailer. Overall a really great experience highly recommend! Thank you!

Alex was very nice and patient. He explained everything to us to where we could understand, taking us step by step. His customer service skills are excellent, my husband and I really appreciate him taking the time to help us with the purchase he made it very easy. He even helped my husband hook up the trailer to the car and even took the time to check the trailer lights and found the right blinker not working and helped us fix it. Alex is the absolute best, so grateful for him and his services.

Bought my new trailer from them fast friendly and great service couldn t ask for better people to deal with I talked to Tyler the day before I came down about a trailer and they had exactly what I was looking for so I drove two hours and Tyler wasn t available but Alex was quick to answer all my questions and get me all setup to go great service 10/10 recommended

Worst decision I ve made in a long long time. I knew in my gut that I shouldn t have financed through them. But I was convinced it was my only choice. It s two months later and almost 5k spent and I still can t move my trailer. They lost my title so I can t register my trailer. They ignored my calls and messages for several days before I was told it was lost. They had to order another one so I m waiting a few weeks for it to come in. After talking to the finance company and seeing just how bad the deal was I wanted to cancel. I tried reaching out to my sales person but of course he ignored me. After all the money I ve spent I m actually seeing a lot of trailers with better options 4 to 6k less than what I bought this basic one for. All in all. Stay away from these crooks. If I don t get my title soon I ll be looking to get legal representation so I can get ALL of my money back from these crooks.
