Beware: seems like all the good reviews were for the former Legacy RV and once Optimum took over everything went downhill. Absolutely terrible experience after driving two hours to get there after speaking with them on the phone. They had the exact camper we wanted but it was not worth the effort to pursue and having zero trust in them. Terrible customer service for someone who was planning to buy outright from them and haul it home.

Optimum RV is a great place to buy a RV. Logan was welcoming, courteous, and professional. He found the perfect RV for us and Steve worked out the perfect financing. It took a little while but Logan stayed in contact with us until he found exactly what we wanted. Jake in the Service Department was so helpful and patient. He answered all our questions, addressed any concerns we had and did additional touchups. Thank you!

The team at Legacy RV is fantastic. From Chris Fagan to Chris Anderson, to the Service folks, all the way to the top, this team is a group of people who works together and understands the importance of relationships. This is our 4th RV (first Class C) and the experience was fantastic. If you live local, great! If you live far enough away that you think Festus/De Soto is too far, please reconsider. This team will do whatever it takes to place you into the RV of your dreams. I'd recommend Legacy RV to Family, Friends, and complete strangers...without reservation. A+ The RV we purchased needs a few trim pieces and those are on order to install at a later date. Awesome group of people.

Traded in a camper in September with Optimum RV. 2 months after I traded in my credit union notifies me that I have a late payment. After calling multiple times over a month to different Optimum RV branches, my credit union received a check 3 MONTHS after I traded in! Trying to get a hold of someone in finance is basically nonexistent . They told me we have been calling you back but I never once received a call from them. Do not expect them to pay off your loan within a reasonable time. Awful experience! Will NEVER go back!

Absolutely terrible to deal with. I had the worst experience with Optimum RV. Legacy RV was bought by this group. We bought our camper from Legacy RV. However, when we decided to sell it I thought I would see what this dealership might offer. So, my mistake, I called. I immediately found out Legacy was gone but I told the person who answered the phone what I had, what I had paid for it only 6 months earlier, and that I understand they need to make money, but the drive is nearly 3 hours for me and I did not want to drive all that way to find out they would only offer something like $9000.He said, "I understand. Just bring it on down and I'll let my tech take a look at it and we'll take care of you. I'll give you $100 gas card. I'll take care of you. When we got there this person was busy so another salesman took over. He loved the camper and said it was in excellent condition. He took the info to the sales manager and he offered to sell it on consignment. I said I did not bring it all the way down there to sell it on consignment. After over an hour more another person went out and looked at it and said it looked great. The sales manager/finance guy who never, ever spoke to us by the way, just stayed in his office like some kind of raunchy king and sent the salesman out with an offer of $4000.I mentioned the gas card to the person who had promised it on the phone and he said he was sorry he is just a salesman. He did his job and got us to come in. The chaos isn't all on him.The super tremendous issue here is I told them I would not make the trip if they were going to offer $9000 or less. We sat there with their runaround for over 2 and a half hours. If the person on the phone was just a salesman then he knew he did not have the authority to make the promises he made. How easy it should have been to do exactly what they did when we drove all the way there, to look up the trade in value, cut that number in half and tell me on the phone that if my camper was in great shape and "really nice" that half of the trade in would be their offer. That would have saved everyone's time. Five minutes of their time was all I needed over the phone. The pony tricks once we got there were nauseating. Oh, and never saw a gas card. Don't mess with them unless you want a headache.

Worked with Bob as my sale guy and Chris in financing. A great group of friendly and honest people. Our walkthrough guide was awesome on our new fuzion 379 and they helped us install our Andersen Hitch. We drove from Albuquerque because of the great price, but will definitely continue business with them in them in the future for the service we received. Everybody was just wonderful!

I put money down for a specific RV model at Legacy's Festus (greater St. Louis) location (now Optimum RV) in mid June 2023, which they didn't have in stock, and was told there was one remaining on the mfgr lot that I could get with a $1000 down payment. So I put the money down, and 3 weeks later found out that the dealership had been sold from Legacy RV out of Utah to Optimum RV out of Florida. I was told this would not impact my sale/order, but a month after that I was still getting the runaround and one of the sales managers at the Optimum FL office was trying to sell me a different model/RV I didn't want. When I finally figured out from my original salesperson in Missouri that they couldn't get the original unit I was promised due to licensing transfer issues and a rep that had since sold it to a different dealership elsewhere in the country, I was promised my money back verbally by both the Festus salesperson as well as the Optimum FL office sales mgr. But a couple weeks later (now mid-August) I still hadn't received any word of the refund getting processed, and when I asked again, they told me they couldn't since it was originally paid to the Legacy group and referred me back to Legacy RV in Utah. Legacy then bent over backwards at first indicating of course they would refund my payment, but never got back to me. Neither Optimum nor Legacy ever refunded my money. Luckily, I used a credit card and my credit card company offers a dispute process to protect consumers from corrupt companies like these. I filed a dispute and finally got my credit card to refund my deposit, but never heard back ANYTHING from either Legacy or Optimum. Meanwhile, one of these companies still has $1000 for a product they didn't deliver. Beware of this dealership and Optimum and Legacy groups in general.....would have left 0 star ratings if I could have....but 1 was the lowest I could set. This dealership has been sold to 2 different ownership groups in the past 3 years.

The salesman here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great time asking questions and touring multiple RV models. They are also one of the few dealers in this area that carry T@b and T@g trailers. They have an ample selection of many models and a knowledge base to answer any questions you may have.

Nice to take a look, the only thing that I don t like is that you are not allowed to look around yourself. They re always guiding you / following you to give you information / trying to sell (what s their job offcourse). Even though we clearly told them that we were only looking / starting to get ideas on what kind of trailer we would like.

I knew the $1,000 fee was a sales pitch and exactly why I didn t want to pay it. There s no way they checked for leaks before it left the lot. When we ve had nothing but problems since we bought our 2022 Palomino Puma a month or so ago. The slide leaked heavily, part of it was never sealed!!! BOTH bathrooms leaked. The shower, the sinks, and both toilets. There s still small leaks that we cannot get to. I just found the kitchen sink has been leaking the whole time too. I would never buy from here again. I wasn t going to leave a bad review but this is just one reason why I would never recommend Legacy.UPDATE 7/13/2023 STILL DO NOT HAVE A CAMPER TITLE AND STATE OF MISSOURI IS THREATENING WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TITLE ANYTHING GOING FORWARD, AND SO FAR WILL HAVE TO PAY A $200 PENALTY FEE. Bought it in March 2023

Very poor customer service from the service department. I have a travel trailer that I purchased out of state and a small warranty repair was needed locally. I called Legacy RV and explained the situation and was informed that they could do the work but couldn't handle the warranty payment, and I would have to pay out of pocket. That was not a big deal because the RV manufacturer would reimburse me, and Legacy would just need to provide the documentation requested and photos as was outlined in an email sent to Jason Coleman from Legacy RV. I confirmed with Jason three times that they would be willing to do this. He said yes all three times, even after consulting with his boss. So the day came for me to drop the trailer off. I can honestly say that there was not a single person working there that was not completely inappropriate and/or unprofessional. I heard both in passing and even directly to me everything from the F word to GD multiple times. The nicest guy there was the one that ignored me when I walked in. I admittedly should have left right then, but I was recommended to Legacy RV by trustworthy sources. When I arrived, after some hesitation Jason confirmed with me again that they could service my trailer and handle sending me or the manufacturer the information requested. I reaffirmed I would pay out of pocket. He agreed along with his boss yet again. I left and didn't hear anything from them. I called after one week and was told it was in the shop and the would call back tomorrow. That didn't happen. Then the following week was Thanksgiving. I then called again on week 3 (after the holiday) and finally spoke with Jason. He complained to me that this was just too much of a hassle for them to provide me or the manufacturer the documents and photos. There wasn't any need in arguing with them so I just went and picked up my trailer, without any work being done. Bottom line - trust your gut!

Great service department. They had the parts to finish an unpleasant job of replacing my black tank on my 5th wheel.

No pressure sales! Dave helped us find our first travel trailer and made the experience absolutely wonderful. Chris in finance was amazing and put us at ease. So much knowledge and great advice. The entire staff was friendly and easy to work with. I cannot say thank you enough. We are customers for life and will recommend legacy to anyone looking for an RV.

Great price! Salesman and finance guys were nice. They did what they said. No typical Salesman doubletalk. Would have given 5 stars but they sold me on 12 volt refer...don't like. Drains battery's fast.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Middleton's RV!! Every member on their team treated us well and we felt like old friends. From the negotiation, to the walk through, to the finishing paperwork everything was comfortable and I'd tell anyone I know to come here. Special shout out to Connie, who we didn't even meet, but cares enough to place a bible in the RV with a hand written note. This was not our first RV purchase, and we know we could never buy our next RV anywhere other than Middleton's RV. Thank you!!

Excellent experience and very friendly staff all around. Sales, finance, and the service technician were all very accommodating and helpful. The whole process of my trade in, financing, and getting my perfect new camper was done in less than a week. I would 100% do business with them again.

My wife Connie and I had the best experience at Middleton. We bought our 2021 Flagstaff RV from Matt. He was very informative and helpful. Amy was a jewel to work with. So helpful, and bubbly. Everyone made it easy to purchase. Thanks again to the staff at Middleton's.

Truly a great place to get your next travel trailer or RV. Had a horrible experience at Camping world three days before and Middleton RV made it way, way better. From looking over the Springdale to answering all my questions (in person and on the phone before purchase). Financing was extremely easy with zero pressure. They even went to the trouble of setting up my weight distribution system and it ended up having wrong parts. So they had to disassemble it.Matt was a great salesman and Amy was superb in Finance. Very knowledgeable staff, and great little in house store.

Sales guy was pretty straight forward, I appreciated his input. What I liked the most - I was left alone to look for myself and he came out later to answer any questions I might have had. Took away one star because their warranties are extremely poor, and another star because prices are too high for such a lack in customer support (after purchasing). Felt like a "buy as-is" experience.

We were in a real bad way. Heading to Florida only one hour into the trip. We lost a wheel off our trailer. The owner of the dealership stayed open on a Saturday!.. And fixed my family s RV trailer!.. Can t speak highly enough of this man. Thank you sir once again. I will purchase my next RV trailer from you. Our trip turned out great.

We drove from AZ to buy from Middletons. Yes, there were closer dealerships but none that would give us the deal we got at Middleton s. It was financially worth the 3 day drive. We spent the next 10 days driving back to AZ and got to know our new rig, that we ended up naming Festus. Everyone at the dealership was amazing. All questions were answered very timely. The sale couldn t have gone more smoothly. If and when we ever buy again, I will look to them first.

We purchased a new RV in May from Middleton's and couldn't be more satisfied. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and there is no sales pressure. We plan to have our RV serviced and winterized there and would recommend them to anyone.
