Tracy communicated with me as soon as he received the call for the repair from my company. He arrived when he said he would and didn't leave me stranded for hours like others do. When he arrived he was nice and easy to communicate the issue with. Once he diagnosed the problem he got right to fixing the issue. He also took the time to explain to me what went wrong and why. He's fast, knowledgeable and did the job the right way. He didn't just fix it "enough" to get me going. I would recommend him to anyone. It's rare you get this quality of service on a road call. Great job Tracy, I wish you much success.

Had to replace my entire left rear spindle, brakes, bearings, hub, drum, wheels, and tires. Tracy made an easy chore of this with no complaints in 10 degree weather. Worked with me all the way until he had to his get off on the Interstate to ensure my trailer was completed properly and I was satisfied with the work. Will recommend to anyone and will always use when I m in the area. Thank you MTR

My truck broke down had a guy named Tracy come out to fix my truck. He was a really cool guy he did a great job and even followed me for 20 miles to make sure it was good to go.. great company and great people

Tracy is the best!!! We had a nagging transmission leak after literally just getting our truck back from another repair shop and thank God we ran into him. Because of him we are getting home to Massachusetts. If you are in the St Louis area and need diesel service you won t find a more honest hard working guy to get you rolling.

This guy is awesome!.Never once complained....and I have a car hauler...he does the job correctly and double checks thoroughly. I highly recommend mtr!!!
