Rude and they hung up. Extremely unpleasant and not helpful when answering questions. Acted like he couldn't be bothered. Sad I can't leave less than one star.

This office is very friendly and efficient! Got in and out in no time. Renewed my drivers license with no problems whatsoever! Thank you staff, for being informative and straightforward. Make sure you have all of your documentation!

Nice staff, I started crying when I didn't pass my first time and they assured me it would be okay and that I could take it again. I passed! They offered me a tissue, was very thoughtful of them.

I went to take my CDL A permit and tanker Endorsement tests here. The lady officer's were really polite and there was not hardly any wait. I recommend!

If I could give this location a negative review I would. The women that work here are the rudest, most caddy, and laziest insult to anyone wearing a uniform! Openly trashing individuals, closing up before the end of business hours, I have never met a group of negative individuals as those who work here. Do not take your child here to test!

Worst DMV i have ever went to. I called to take a driver license test and asked the lady when do i have to get there for me to get a spot in line to take the test she said 6am and they open at 8am. I got there early just to find out from a worker at the license office a few buildings down that they do not work Friday s. Horrible at advertising their business hours just a waste of time spare urself your time and go somewhere else.

This place is not the one if you are a new driver going to get your license. I was given very confusing instructions when we arrived at a intersection. Which cause me to fail my test. I highly recommend going over to Potosi and taking the test. It is a much slower pace town, and the lady that gave me my test was amazing. The lady even told me she won t give any directions that are made to confuse me.

Unpleasant first experience. Both of the women seemed to not enjoy their work. Got there at 9 and was informed they couldn't help. Come back after lunch and get in line again. Seems like you could save a place in line but i guess that is too difficult for some reason.

Terrible directions, not only that but when I went in to take my test for the third time, they said I needed to schedule an appointment which should not be a thing for a drivers test. Route has lots of pot-holes and hidden stop signs.

They are closed on Tuesdays. Would appreciate it if u put that on the website so people don't waste there time...... Would have called ahead, but on previous occasions they never answered. Even when they were opened....

Took my daughter here to do her driving test. She has some social anxiety so she was very nervous to do this on her own. The officer that took her on her test was great and super friendly. She completely put my daughter at ease. Getting ready to take another one of my kids to do their test and will definitely be going here

The women are extremely rude! We were the 2nd customers of the day (with nobody else behind us) and their attitude was as if they had been bombarded with people for hours! They were your typical near-retirement disgruntled workers. They instantly made my daughters anxiety elevate, causing her to miss things that any other time she knows to do. I don't recommend this place if you have a child that has anxiety issues.

Rude lady came with me when driving. Said many things that I 'failed', but didn't actually happen (yet since she's a cop and I'm younger, she's to be believe). Complained I didn't stop a stop sign when I did, but ended up pulling up to look around the wall that was blocking the right side of the road. Yelled at me for "going down the middle of the street" when I was closet to the right I could be when a car was parked up ahead near the center that I had to avoid. So far this woman has failed many, many people I know and has a reputation for being a horrible, strict, and unlikable woman. Isn't it funny that people have her, fail, then come back a week or so later and pass with a different person? She made me cry with her unfeeling attitude and the robotic way she told me I "forfeited my drivers test". Came out crying for hours because of how I was treated even though I have been practicing for over a year. Maybe next time you tell someone they failed, or anything at all, show a little emotion? Make people feel like you are doing this job to keep people safe, not because your a robot programmed to do so? Next time I'm taking my text elsewhere, as now this has been the second encounter with this woman (one being for my permit test) where she has been rude. But no one is going to really care, are they?

I read all the reviews and was hesitant in taking my drivers exam there but I gotta say it was a pleasant experience. There was only me and one other person in there to take our tests. The Highway Patrol Officer by the name of Brown was the one who gave me my drivers test. She was very polite and didn't make me nervous at all. Gave clear instructions as well. The other officers were polite as well. I failed the written test but was able to retake it and passed the second time. I passed the drivers test as well. I'm so glad I went to this office for the testing. Goes to show you can't always go by the negative reviews. 5 stars for sure!!!

SO LOUD!! Worst testing center I ve ever been to. If you can t test in an environment that is completely open and loud, do not go here. While testing, you can hear the toilet loudly flush, the rude visitors speaking loudly while waiting and no employees asking them to speak quietly, visitors walking in and out, and visitors speaking to the employees - all loudly and all in one area. I was shocked!

The cover photo isn t accurate but that s ok. This place just handles the testing you ll do for licenses and permits. The DMV, in the picture, is at the left-end of the building.The troopers working the testing office are prompt and thorough. Typically short waits; they get you in and out as fast as they can.

My license was expired for 3 months when I finally went to get it renewed, thank God I didn't get pulled over! I thought I would have to take all the testing over again, but they said you have 6 months to renew it, so all I had to do was take the eye test and and pic! Nice lady had me taken care of and out in just a few minutes.

Do not take your driving test at this location. Examiner's are rude with attitude! Parking lot is too small for several business's squeezed into this one location.

I recently brought a family member here for his first test. I am sorry to report that the 2 staff members working here are rude and unhelpful. They seem to have forgotten their role exist to help the public. The facilities are dimly lit and dirty. I wont be back.

I've been there several times a week for the last couple weeks, taking several different tests to get my CDL permit and I've NEVER had a problem or issue w/ANY of the employed officers here!!! I think the majority of the negative reviews have just been made by BITTER people that FAILED their tests!Don't blame it on the officers for flunking you, blame YOURSELVES for NOT studying & practicing!

Went to take my written/drivers test and the lady working the desk was kinda rude but still informative so I moved passed that the lady who took me on the driving test was very nice during the testing process ...the one star is because after testing my 6 month old was fussy and hungry so I sat in the waiting area to feed her before leaving and was told to feed my daughter outside because the dmv is a public area not private

Renewed plates, short wait and friendly staff. I would recommend not waiting until the last minute to renew. They will be much busier during those times. (Last day of the month)

Employees were rather rude and a Bit lazy. Basically acted like they hates rheir jobs and were just thwre as a warm body to occupy a chair for x amount of hours.

Very lazy and rude staff, if you are not there by 8 a.m. you won't be able to get in until noon if you are lucky.

Don't scream at new drivers if they make a mistake, that's a sure way to cause an accident. Short haired female instructor just seemed ready to freak out and cause anxiety.

Very quick service, literally there was no wait. They take the time to explain what you did wrong which really helps you to prepare for retesting.

Hours listed on the website are wrong and voicemail That states that they re open 4-5 days a week is wrong as well.

These folks were sweet as pie! Very quick-in and out! Had to retake wr and Dr exam as an adult, this was my best experience at a gov office ever!
