Lowes is always a good store but they need to store the plastic roof panels flat so the don't get messed up like this. I was able to get a little discount for them being damaged l just hope they work out. Maybe they will lay flat after the get enough sun

This is Jared Cameron I was in Friday to get plastic planters and the cart corral was full there wasn't that many carts inside and I was in today and the cart corral was still full of carts and the quick load zone was a mess and they need to be more friendly store and they need more training on getting carts. They need a loader to be outside at the quick load zone at all times during the shift.

Nice newer Lowe's store just off I-55 in Festus, Missouri. For whatever reason, it seemed like inventories were low in several items I was looking for. The store was clean and well-maintained.

I was just at the Lowe's in Festus, self checkout was all that was available. I do not like self checkout, and putting one employee to supervise the self checkouts is not the same as a cashier's lane.The one working the self checkouts today was rude. Most employees at Lowe's are great and most helpful. As one senior who is glad you're hiring more seniors, this lady needs to adjust her attitude.

DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS INSTALLEDthey hire shady installers that are very incompetent . By big window will never be right because they didn t support it right. Broke the marble in 4 places. Rams said it s due to house settling It was built in 1956. I think it has settled. After fighting for almost 2 years. Hours on the phone. Visiting the store. They sent rams person out to inspect it. Which is a conflict of interest. He said it s the houses fault. Lowes tells me. To bad we aren t going to replace it. Now I have a bad window hanging here. No marble looks horrible. Not to mention they knocked big holes in the window plaster and didn t even make an attempt to repair.

My favorite place in town for anything for the house, inside and out. Recently we got a fantastic deal on a scratch and dent purchase on an LG fridge and last year our washer and dryer were the same.

My microwave was kapoot.The store sales team was professional and knowledgeable about washers also delivery. Both the washer team and the microwave installer was polite fast and efficient. Glad to shop at Lowes.

I know Lowes has got on the woke train. Can someone please explain this to me. They can hire someone ( and let just say she is lazy!!!!) To stand by the self check out, but can't put someone at the main regester. When you go to a place of business, you shop not do the job of the person they hired to do that very job. Then this is their excuse for their laziness. Their scanners are down, and we had to check my brides DL to make sure she it a vet. If you don't want to work, just move to california.

I will never shop Lowe s again. I bought a fridge two weeks ago. They can t and delivered it and it was in rough shape. It had been dropped and the doors were broken I realized later. This caused the temps to be messed up because of the seal. The shelves were also broken and the ice maker wouldn t work. So I spoke with Kurt and he arranged for it to be swapped. Today they brought a new one and it went even worse. They broke parts us my floor and also the water line. I then called Lowe s again and they sent out someone to see if they could fix it. After two hours he could not. So now everyone s pointing fingers and I still don t have a fully functional fridge. If it s not resolved tomorrow, they can just come pick it up, give me my money back and fix my floor and water line.

Lived there 2 years and at first was good. However the rent increased times as well as the on site management. The newer manager unfortunately is not caring or friendly.These qualities are imperative to make it worth living there.

Well today the Lowes in festus destroyed the fender on our brand new trailer loading a pallet of concrete witch should of been easily done but the forklift driver couldn't even pick up a pallet and move it outta the way let alone load it on the trailer

In and out, easy. Festus Lowe's is always clean, products are on the shelf, it employees are friendly. Had to run-in for some PVC, they had everything I needed one area, no hunting around for the different parts.

Every time me and my boyfriend go to Lowes, we always get greeted by an employee willing to help us. Jerry in Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops gets a great review because he went above and beyond to help us come up with the best options to go with our budget. Great customer service!

The local store has a repeated and persistent pattern of poor communication involving deliveries and pickup for service. The scheduling of times is quarterbacked by a Lowe's employee in the local store location. In each instance, the expectation and time frame for the pickup/delivery that was provided to me by the local employee was never met and in fact was changed by the local employee. However, the most ridiculous part about the change was that that Shawna, who is reportedly the person whomade the change, did so with ZERO communication back to me!!!! And, in each instance when I report that, " no one communicated that there was a time change OR asked me if I wanted a change" I am met with dishonest statements and attempts to blame me for their choice to make changes and NOT LET ME KNOW UNTIL I CALL TO ASK where the crew is.In fact, at one point, an employee suggested that if I need to leave my home, to just leave my equipment outside with the key and then the crew would pick up the equipment later in the day. While I am not saying she did not mean well, but leaving an item outside unsecured for anyone to steal is not my practice.I do not appreciate LOWE's lack of communication, poor customer service, and lack of respect towards me and the money I spend at LOWES. If the customer did not ask for a change or when the store needed to make a change why would a business be intentionally be unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not ask for schedule changes, but do expect prompt and timely communication. NO EXCUSE FOR SIMPLE CALLS REGARDING SERVICE!!!

I always want to buy everything... I don't need any more tools, and nor do any of my family. But there are so many good Christmas gifts for my carpenter grandpa and my mom and step-dad who love to do diy. Great customer service to. At least when i have been there.

1pm self check out only, long line. Had to wait to get wire, they now lock Romex wire up!! Took forever for a couple things that should have been in & out!! I didn't have my military id to scan, so no discount there, no employee discount for having to check myself out either!! What a joke, AT NO TIME SHOULD THERE EVER BE SELF CHECK OUT ONLY !!!!!!HOME DEPOT WILL NOW RECEIVE ALL MY BUSINESS

This store has the worst customer service. And the delivery service they use is even worse. I never got a call or my delivery. I will never spend a penny at Lowe s. And I will go out of my way to tell everyone not to shop at Lowe s. They don t even deserve one star.

Pretty pricey on stuff- not one bandana or handkerchief in the whole store not even a workman's 3-4 pack near the hats,gloves,mask,etc.... Would be nice.

I am forced to use self checkout out which I don't believe in. I still have to wait for "clerk" to check my ID for military discount.If that is not bad enough, the prices on the shelf are wrong. After speaking with the clerk, she states that " it's not their fault the items are in the wrong area." No satisfaction at all. I will be doing business elsewhere.
