Never had a problem in the past but after two schedule appointments and still my car is not fixed I'm very disappointed. The gentleman is nice and respectful but I wasted my time for two days. A few months ago I had them read my check engine light and was told it's an O2 sensor and due to my busy schedule it took awhile to set an appointment up to have it fixed. The first appointment was they didn't know what O2 sensor was out and the reader was broken but I arrived early and the gentleman suggested to go to AutoZone to get it checked. After leaving AutoZone the appointment had to be rescheduled because it was a part that needed to be ordered. So a week past and my 2nd appointment came up with the problem that they never ordered the part. The gentleman said he thought I was ordering it but on the phone with him to set up the new appointment he stated he was going to order it and call me back for the price. I never got a call back and the two times I called they probably was out or busy because nobody picked up but the times I called was on my lunch break and most places are on the same lunch time so I figured no biggie until I was told they didn't order it.

They gave me a great deal on a set of tires. My new tires were installed in 20 minutes. Outstanding service.

Friendly and helpful, these guys provide the best service they can. I recent bought a 1968 Thunderbird. I needed used 15 tires. They told me I was out of luck. I bought new tires and asked them to mount and balance. He was there by himself but said leave em. They were ready in 1.5 hours. No need to go all the way to A-1. If I needed engine work I might go to A-1. I certainly wouldn t write a one star review just because they couldn t get to me right away! What kind of conceited-sorehead does that?If you need tire service done right this is your place. Used tires galore, just not 14 or 15 inch.

I have purchased tires at Kennedys as Ling as I can remember. Family owned busines, reasonably priced. Road hazard included with all new tire purchases. Had saved me many times.

Came for alignment they were very honest and said i didn't need one. It was a bad tire causing the issue i was having. Placed a loaner tire on my car until my new tire comes in later today. Highly recommend this place for honest service and great prices

I went in to get two new tires on my car the men were very nice and went straight to work on my car. They got it done pretty fast I felt like I was in and out of there! Couldn t be more happy with the service! Thank you!!

My husband and I both had spares on our cars and were in need of new tires. I called and talked with Carl. He was super helpful, found out my tires were in stock and ordered my husbands tires that minute. He got both of our cars in and done within the same day. Very helpful, very friendly and very happy with our experience! Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a place to get tires in Hillsboro/Festus area! Thank you guys again!

On our way to Texas and we got a nail in a tire which caused a leak. This place got us in as soon as they opened and we were back on the road in 25-35 minutes. It was cheap and the guys here are courteous. I was pleased

I love this place! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and the deals cannot be beat! If you call ahead they will be honest with their availability and capability and I love that they have other local shops to help in a bind. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and the courteous staff and I have used them several times!

They really helped me out when I was on a road trip and got a flat. I called getting a quote for a used tire. They told me I could come right in. When I got there several other people got there before me, but they squeezed me in and got me taken care of quickly and for less than I was originally quoted

I will say they are friendly!Walked in for a inspection and was told they are a week out. Walked in on Saturday and couldn t see it till Thursday. (5 days) Also wanted some minor things done but they couldn t get it in. Walked out went to A-1 and they not only got me inspected the same day but also performed minor issues I needed addressed. If you have time to wait 3-5 days this place is prob ok. But don t waste your time if you need something I timely.

These guys are great, very friendly and always do the right thing. They have no hidden charges, you're covered for flat repairs, and their cost is reasonable. Best service possible by far!

Just wanted to address that Carl has been taking care of my vehicles for 15 years. He always is so friendly to me, remembers what car I drive even if I m over the phone, and always finds me the best tire at the cheapest price. I will never go to another garage to do the work on my tires because no one else has the talent he and his garage has! Thanks Carl for taking care of me again!!! I ll forever be a customer!

I stopped in to get a couple used tires. There was a bit of wait time which I totally understand, they were very busy! Once they got my car in, they had it right back out and the price was unbeatable! Great team there!

Awesome place been going here for 25+ years. As a single mother they have never ever saw me walking in and never took advantage of me just because I'm a woman and Noone with me. They have always been open and honest with prices or if something else was wrong other then a tire issue they will let u know and let u know if they do that or who the best but cheapest they recommend

I love Kennedy Tire. I have been going here for over 10 years. Great service and competitive prices. They really take care of you and don't try to offer you a bunch of services that you don't need to increase the cost. Very trusting and would recommend to everyone (and I have)!

Needed 2 tires pretty urgently. Was referred to a place down south on 61-67, but given no name. Guys were great, friendly, got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. 2 like new tires, installed for $90.
