Fabulous experience at Telle/Fenton! Chad and Carol were welcoming and friendly. They instilled confidence and were obviously knowledgeable and experienced in the tire/automotive business. I appreciated their expertise and casual, no pressure, yet informative and open communication. I would highly recommend this shop!

I took my daughter s car in for 1 new tire. Was told we had to get 3 but per the rep we could get 4 new tires cheaper because of a discount and we could get back and save her 1 good tire. Well we didn t get the tire back. Called and the tire was already salvaged and when I asked what are you going to do to solve this the guy refused to look into it. Don t go. They will scam you into tires you don t need and then won t help after they already got your money.***update****Thank you Mike for resolving this issue! I am happy with the resolution.

I changed tires for my 2015 outback. Staff was very helpful at helping me chose a set of tires. I was able to get an appointment next day and work was completed timely and as promised. Price was competitive Will gladly return for additional service

Always 5 stars. Most recently, I got a new set of tires during their wholesale tire event. They got me in and out the same day I ordered them with just a minor tweak to my schedule. Great hospitality while I waited. Thank you!

Found the best price on the tires I wanted. Made the appointment and the job was done guickly. Very pleased with the service. Carol was great to work with. Tires look great. When I need more new tires on my other vehicle will be coming back here.

Carol and the rest of the team at Telle Fenton were awesome!!! They were able to track down the tire I needed, it arrived at their shop prior to when it was expected to be delivered and upon the arrival of the tire I was quickly contacted and my car was brought into the garage and the tire was replaced.Great work by a very customer focused group of people!!!Also, Carol was a pleasure to work with.Thanks again for all of your help

Carol is really wonderful to work with. We used to take all of our business to Plaza Tire but I was really disappointed in their service when I bought my last set of tires. My family will be coming to this Telle location from now on. I can t say if all Telle locations are this good but the service at this location feels like stepping back in time when folks genuinely cared about building relationships with their customers. Five Stars!

Wonderful experience! They found the root of the problem and fixed it instead of total parts replacement. Sept 8: Screw found in tire and patched!; 10/3/23.. replaced my two front tires and checked my other 5's pressure quickly and efficiently! Great service each time I visit!

Needed an emissions inspection and the team at Telle were able to get me in in time for my renewal. More than that, the service was quick, thorough, and the multi-point inspection alerted me to some maintenance I needed to do. While I do most of my own maintenance on my family's vehicles, they pointed out something I'd have missed.Amazing experience, and will return to Telle Fenton whenever I have a need.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I was surprised by the amount of communication that Chad gave me while ordering my tire to the time of delivery, installment, etc. I was allowed to manage my time, because of the information that Telle was giving me. Thank you guys so much! You are definitely my new go to for tires and maintenance.

Genuinely nice people! Clean and comfortable seating with tables. Offered overdue maintenance information specifically for my car with no pressure to do any of it. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Been coming here for years. They can be trusted, have competitive rates, do good work and are friendly.Carol is awesome at the front. Very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful.Got my SUV an oil change and tire rotation. Took no time at all.If your in the market for an auto repair or tire place, you got to check out Telle Tire in Fenton.

So if I could split my vote , one for work done and one for price I'd give 5 on work " swapped out 4 tires I brought in myself" and 1 for cost. Over 180.00 for 4 tires to be swapped out with new ones!! Had heard 20 to 35 is most per tire at all other places. Clark was 130.00 for all 4 done ....Walmart 22 per tire ....then when paying they said they only charged me one disposal fee of 2.50. I'm thinking to myself are you kidding me!! One tire was 180 brand new. I paid more for install on all 4 than the cost on one new tire ! Tires got done , look good , ride smooth , but price GOUGED for sure!! Won't recommend due to prices nor will I return for future auto needs unfortunately.....know times are tough but thats over 50 dollars more than most other company around .

Let me tell you somethin- They keep it 100. Nothin but facts they be discussin. Treat you with respect whenever you come in. The service is straight bussin. Best place to get your truck fixed.Complimentary bags of chips so you can relax in bliss, while they just take care of business.And it s no cap when I say you ll wanna go back, next time your car has a mishap. Believe that.

The customer service counter woman, as well as the mechanic, did an excellent job in servicing my car yesterday at Telle Tire and Auto Centers in Fenton, Missouri. It was timely and competent. I intend to return when my car again needs service. Thank you Telle. Richard, Fenton, Missouri

Let me start with this, Carol is a freaking gem, needs to be paid more, promoted, and be the one managing. Their current guy (as of 11-2-2023) is an absolute joke and I mean that with as much disrespect as he constantly showed me. He broke my key, got angry and very defensive when I tried to ask questions, then when he fixed what he broke he tried to make it seem like I should have been on my knees thanking him for him fixing what he broke. I do not know what is wrong with that cowardly man but I would not recommend HIS service to anyone. BUT CAROL REALLY IS THE SWEETEST PERSON IVE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF TALKING TO IN A LONG LONG TIME. So just know that your car will be taken care of with the utmost incompetence however if you wait there with your vehicle you ll enjoy the company of Carol. And honestly that s pretty close to being worth it.

I have never been more impressed with the customer service I received at Telle Tire this week. I originally went because my low pressure tire light was on in my BMW. This is a common thing with BMWs when the weather gets cold, so I thought nothing of it. I walked in to ask if somebody could help me there at my tires. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces, and my tires were aired up within five minutes!!!! The manager/owner informed me that one of my tires was extremely low and to keep an eye on it. Man was he right! I went back the next day to have them check and see if I had a nail in my tire. Within 2 hours I received a phone call that my car was ready & my tire patched from a nail. I will forever use Telle moving forward!!!! Thank you for the 5 star service you guys rock !!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great tire deals can be had from time to time with exceptional after the sale experience for the life of your tire.Reasonable labor, but some parts can be 20-30% higher than average.

Great service and friendly staff. Had used this location once before and most recently got four new tires and a new set of lug nuts. They got all the parts in a day and had me all taken care of in an hour.

Great experience. Went out for a run to the store and found my tire was flat, but the car didn't come with a spare (surprise to me). Called and despite being busy they found a way to work me into the schedule. Ended up having to change all 4 tires, as the other 3 were end of life. They were able to get me in and out in a couple hours. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back if/when I need to.

Replaced all 4 tires on my Jeep got me in quick which I needed before a long weekend trip. Had a shaking issue while driving, I called when I returned from my trip and they got my car in that day and fixed the balancing issue. Jeep drives great now. I also got a nail in one of my new tires and they replaced it without question. Also gave me rides to and from my house since we were down a car. Great service will definitely be a continued customer

Called first last week and asked about getting some work done to my truck. I called on a Thursday while I was driving back from OKC. The work I needed was front upper and lower ball joints, I was told they were bad when I had my tires replaced in OKC and the shop I had it at couldn't get to it right away. I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it in time so I moved on.The next week, my trip from OKC ended a bit early, called again on Thursday and asked if they could fit me in on Friday and was again told that there wasn't enough time in their schedule. They could get to it, but they couldn't guarantee that it would be done by Friday afternoon since they're closed on the weekend. So I was planning on taking to the shop I had used in OKC the following week since I had an appointment set there. (I am there alone, so I would have no ride to and from, just logistics I would have to figure out.).I was called back 30 minutes later saying to bring it in, we will get you taken care of, and they did. They also found that my brakes were almost completely gone in the front, something the other shop didn't notify my about. Highly recommend, nice people, quick service, and they will work with you to make sure your vehicle is back to you whenever it's needed.
