Convenient as you're driving I-44 outbound from the Saint Louis area, this station has separate areas for cars and trucks. I popped in for a cold bottle of water though I was mostly here to pick up an Amazon package. The Amazon lockers are outside so they are accessible 24 hours.

stayed overnight in the van felt safe thru the night. just lots of interstate noise which was expected. showers were very hot and clean. staff was great and friendly

Don't believe false advertising won't honor price currently at 2.99 per gallon wondering how long this has been broken.....

Just got here to this truck stop because was the only one close to do my drop off tomorrow. So i went inside the store and told one of the guys who was working there and asking for a slice a pizza and a medium size drink and this young guy have some attitude problems or he is racist either one and also i told him that i need to reserve a shower and he keeps staring me like he have a problem with me. So if he is not happy with his job he should not be working there he needs to be more professional with the customer's very disappointed with this visit hope next time i stay on other place. Hope you they take care of this that makes your place looks bad with that kind of people.

March 2, 2018Pardon the rant, I ll get it done so you won t have to.What a stinky dump. Avoid whenever possible. It s the concept of a $32.00 extraction fan at the pizza oven that s beyond the grasp of management. DEF is $0.09 per gallon more expensive than elsewhere. Pump 18 has a personality of it s own, walks you through the transaction to automatically cancel it halfway through.You re welcome, now you know.

Just want to share that, Is a great place to stop over anytime, People actually pick up the phone for real thanks for it, I called before stopping by on my way, just please fix the bathroom, only 1( toilet) working and the door knob Broken, for more than 20 professionals. The store has great stuff.

I just went to Road Runner to get Subway for lunch. Someone with road rage parked me in. I backed up to get away from him. He got out of his truck and came threatening me to my window. I thought he left so I went into the gas station. He followed me in so I started recording him - I was alone. Next thing I know the joke of a manager told me the guy wants the authorities called bc I took his picture... Yes, as a young woman alone, I'm going to video tape him accosting me. I ran out of the store and left and will never go back. I can't believe the "manager" would take a preditors side. I'm sick over it.

Owner put up incorrect price of gas on Gas Buddy. Since it had been updated 2 hours before we stopped, it was unlikely to be accidental. Oh, and the clean bathroom promise isn t exactly important to them either.

I frequent this place a lot and what I saw the last time I was there kind of caught me by surprise. The one guy who works there his car broke down on the lot so he had to leave it. Some days later I saw his co worker pour maple syrup in his gas tank. I think there were 3 or 4 people standing around including pregnant lady. My mouth dropped to the ground. How could you mess with someone's livelihood in that way. All I could think is that this poor guy won't even know what happened to his car and he could possibly loose everything because of this. If I was the owner or the manager I would make his coworker pay that man back enough money for a down payment on another vehicle or loose his job. I feel horrible for the guy sheesh who would stoop so low.

Was taking a shower and a man twice stopped at the shower asking if he wanted him to come in and help me play. This is disgusting no cameras in the hall.I am a regular at this truckstop but after that I am really going to be rethinking about ever parking here again.

Great customer service. The manager even gave me a free shower, when she heard that I didn't have a shower on my loyalty card. There is a nice park up the road, with a river and walking trails. I will definitely comeback.

Stoped off here on the way to drop off a load and all truckers are getting ripped off at these so called trucker friendly stops. I hope and pray that these places go belly up someday as well as there employees.One small coffee and sausage egr cheese sandwich $6.96What a pipp off

Clean gas station with quick, friendly service. Lines are never too long and the selection of snacks and drinks are always stocked. Subway in the back is also clean and always has friendly staff ready to help. Glad to have this place so close to work.

I come in here a few times a week to grab drinks and snacks on my way to work. Everything is clean. The bathrooms are always clean. And the staff is always amazing to me especially the super cute black man!!(I m not racist)!! I always have a good experience here!

Great place to stop. As for the other reviews, the garbage and cleanliness must have been an isolated event when it was busy, the locals also all stop here on their commutes from what I saw. The store has all the things a large travel center has, and the crew is friendly and very helpful. It's also in a remote part of St. Louis so it's a safe place for travelers and families.

Customer service here is great, Chris at the fuel desk was really cool, but my only true complaint is the fuel island and parking situation. They are way too close together which makes it difficult for drivers that need fuel to get in while drivers trying to park are doing just that, trying to park, leading to a backup of trucks on the street. Otherwise, nice place to fuel and go.

Great truck stop. Folks inside are extremely friendly and helpful. Young guy with bleached hair was great and on top of things. Not much truck parking but relatively easy in and out. Two showers, clean restrooms, and plenty of snacks, food and drinks. I'll visit here again soon.

Let me start by I have never took the time to leave a review ever for a business. The manager at night time is the most unprofessional management I have ever encountered in a business ever. It is a 24 hour truck stop and gas station Which has hundreds of people per hour through it mainly there for beverages food and fuel and it turns out if they are Mopping the floors nothing is available once the employee shooed me away from the Beverages because the floor was wet and because of how unprofessional her response was I requested to talk to the manager Turns out she was the manager I have for years stopped here due to its nice location next to the highway and have always doubt with the dirty bathrooms a dirty facility but to be treated that way I will never return the owner should definitely do something about her or send her to management school

I mean you can sleep in the parking lot but there's rude people running the place. Maybe go up to wallys for snacks.

I fuel up at this place from time to time. Never had a problem here. Friendly service. The employees typically know how to do their jobs. Clean bathrooms. The food is okay - nothing special but not bad.

The first time I went in there I put my name in for a prize drawing for an Echo dot and won and I never seem to win anything.. Lol.. So that was cool but their overpriced on everything although they are a rest stop for truck drivers they have showers and a subway in it so that could be why!

If I could give it zero I would. The Subway clerk didn't give a flying you know what about anything we wanted. But that's another review....everything was out or didn't work. The icee machine was liquid, the Sunkist was water, the sprite was flat, the root beer was flat, the lemonade out of order, the ice barely frozen. I asked to speak to a manager, his name was Mike.He said it was all fine, to let the root beer run a minute as if its not used as much it doesn't come out right....so I wasted soda (if you call it that) and still nothing. He swore the sprite was fine. It had no carbonation whatsoever. The cashier said the icee machine hasn't worked in a while (ever heard of an out of order sign). Then the manager just said its in clean mode...uhh ok..... He said he was willing to help but too lazy to even fix the carbonation on the soda in the back. The cashier said if I was going to make a mess to leave, all I did was pour out the flat soda, hence the manager, and even he was useless. Am considering calling cooperate. But is it worth it...no work ethic anymore! Oh and on a side note the pizza was actually withering on the display. Looked days old.

A little disappointed Road Ranger advertises gas $0.20 per gallon cheaper than all the other vendors in St. James with some very small print that you literally have to walk up to the sign that states with carwash. I pulled up to the pump not finding the lower price. So I looked at the sign and it had the lower price. Then I noticed the very fine print below the price. Had to walk over to the sign to read. Of course once at the pump you don't want to move so you fill up anyway.In my opinion this is on the edge of being deceptive. Another thing I have 20/20 vision. No excuses for this.

I hate that I have to go inside to pay for my gas first. I'm not a thief & have never driven off without paying for my gas. I never know exactly how much gas my car is going to take. I always have to go in pay for my gas, go out, pump the gas, go back in get my change, go back out & get in my car. That's two extra trips. That's bull malarkey. I shouldn't have to make four trips to pay for gas ??? WTH. ???
