Alex was awesome! I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra from these guys and they were very patient and understanding. A day after I got the truck I had a check engine light come on and the whole dash started freaking out (ABS light came on, no traction control, no stability control, said I had no fuel when I had previously had half a tank left). I called Alex the next day and he asked if I could bring it to his mechanics, a couple days later I got the truck back and no problems since, all paid for by Alex himself! Very happy with my truck and I would certainly recommend Alex to others.

This was the best car buying experience of my life! I highly recommend Alex at Riverside Motor Company. We bought a vehicle well below fair market value. Best price I could find anywhere in the country. No hidden fees, taxes, or unexpected charges. Just a simple, no pressure, out-the-door price. Awesome!

My 23 year old daughter & I were frantically looking for a vehicle since she had wrecked her car a few weeks before school was about to start. We did a ton of research and spent over 3 weeks looking at cars for her. She was about to head back to college and needed a dependable car to get her there and back. We originally stopped at Riverside Motor Inc looking for a different vehicle than we actually purchased all due to the help of Alex, and his parents. Once they told us they already sold the one we wanted to look it they were very informative and helpful and we ended up getting a 2008 Toyota Corolla and we got such a great deal. Everyone at Riverside was great. Being a single mom with a daughter they treated us better and more respectful than any of the other 20 places we went. We both will definitely come back and I would refer them to anyone I know. Thanks to everyone, including Alex for all you do. You guys rock!!!!!!!!

Jim and Alex made my first car buying experience a dream! Based on the positive reviews we came here first and they were extremely helpful and upfront. We are so pleased with our car, on which we got an amazing deal. I cannot recommend Riverside Motors enough!

Had a great experience with these guys. Have always been tentative about buying from used lot instead of individual buyer, and this was the first time in 45 years I have done so. Great communication about the vehicle, fair pricing, excellent customer service (they really helped me out with being 125 miles away and picking up the car). Alex is a straight shooter. Experienced no hidden agendas and I am very satisfied with the vehicle and their service. Would recommend these guys without reservations.

My best friend recently purchased a car from Riverside Motor Co. and I was so impressed with them that I thought I should write a review. Long story short, the price was more than fair, there were NO games or gimmicks of any kind, and everything happened without a hitch. My friend is a blonde, female with little knowledge of cars and so I insisted on going with her so she wouldn't get taken. Alex was the salesman and he reeked of straightforwardness. He was very laid back and pleasant. There were no added fees or costs beyond the sales price. I would highly recommend Riverside and if I am in the market for a car anytime soon I will definitely give them another visit.

I Brought 2 cars from them the first one, the engine light kept coming on then they told me that did not know what was wrong with it, then they put me in a different car the engine light came on on that car as well then they "fixed" it and two days after that i drove the car to the store came back out and it wouldnt start at all .. Highly upset. But Alex and the crew were awesome, but i do not think i would recommend anyone to go here to buy a car

Great place to buy used cars below KBB value. We came across this place on line and couldn't be more pleased. I always said I would not buy from car lots but we got a great deal on a car for our son. I am so glad we went here. No pushy sales people and great prices. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They took care of us, me and my wife when we bought two Chevy Sparks. They forgot to change the oil before we bought but they immediately corrected after. They sent us to a local shop and paid for it to be done there. And when the owner of that local shop rescheduled us for the wrong day, and acted a little rude towards us they even wrote us a check to get our oil changed elsewhere, even helped us get license plate frames on our cars. Stayed open an.hour late to have us sign the paperwork and get the keys. A plus from them overall

Buyer beware!!!!! The salesperson was dressed like he was a hillbilly redneck, he didn't act like he was even interested in helping us, when I pointed something wrong out about the car he gave me an attitude. When I asked to look at another car he walked away and said "forget it man". I will be writing up other reviews to warn people about this company. I was told by others that they don't honor their guarantees anyway.
