I was purchasing an 09 Maserati from them. It was an out of state purchase for me which is always a struggle when you are as particular as I am. I love that they store there car inside of a warehouse keeping them out of the elements. Kathy was great to work with. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and helped sort the financing with the bank. I was flying in on a weekend to pick up the car and they usually aren t open but she was will to meet.

I drove up there from Memphis Tennessee to get my gorgeous jaguar F type. These guys are beyond professional and customer friendly. Kathy worked with me over the long distance sale without any issue. She had everything ready for me when I got there and was so helpful. I highly recommend going there and asking for Kathy. There s not many car companies that will sell a used car and give the support that they do after the fact.

I visited 5 other dealers before encountering this team, and can say they re clearly the best I encountered. Chuck responded promptly to my email (on a Sunday no less), and Becky did a fantastic job leading the process, from showcase to the buying experience. The whole team clearly cares about their cars and giving you a premium customer experience. Above all, love the car, and walked away feeling great about my decision to walk into this shop.

I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to do business with a credible, trustworthy, and ethical car dealership. Keith and Kathy truly stand by their word, do what they say, and put customer service & satisfaction above everything else. If there is a problem -- they will fix it -- and won't leave you out to dry. That is a rare trait to have in the car dealer industry; and I will look to do business with them again in the future.

Fantastic! Nothing shy of an exceptional experience! Matt has to be the most qualified professional I've ever delt with. He has a passion for his trade that shows in every aspect. I asked about vehicles i could never afford but he still took his time to show me and tell me all about them. He took his time to find me the perfect vehicle and it runs GREAT! I could not be more happy about my purchase! I recommend all of my friends to check out LSI because there is no doubt you can buy with confidence and no doubt that Matt will find you the perfect vehicle!

4-1-16 Bought a Jeep Wrangler. There was a noise, they said they would look at it, never did. They said they would fix the back seat and didn't probably because the bolts were broken off. I have not put 500 miles on it and the calipers locked up almost causing a head on collision, Was told it had all new brake system. My Mechanic told Me that it did not have new brakes. Got them replaced. Now it's overheating. Checked the oil, Cap broke off in removal. Had low water in radiator, But still overheating. Back to the shop at more expense. These people will tell you anything to sell their cars. Their mechanic obviously does not know what he is doing.

Excellent dealership. Keith & Matt found the car for which I was looking at an incredible price. They even took care of the Licensing & registration for me. I would highly recommend using them as an auto broker.

Terrible customer service, these are not professionals these are scam artists. This is a buy here pay here for high end cars do not let the name fool you! I came in looking at one of their cars, had over 100xxx was 6 grand over kelly blue book. A guy named Matt lied several times about the cars vehicle history report, wouldn't return phone calls regarding pricing of car!!! DO NOT BUY FROM LSI!!!

Great selection of exotic cars. Be sure to check out the Bentley and Rolls Royce. If they dont have it on the showroom floor they will find it for you. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
