Great reliable honest service! They point out optional issues without pressuring the customer, for example my cabin filter was very dirty. They've been good at getting me in shortly after calling. Have been going there for years, and all the work they've done has been fine without any issues. The staff is always courteous.

The staff at Legacy are very kind and considerate of your time. I ve visited 3 times in the last 6 months with 3 different vehicles. Oil change, new tires, and a plugged tire, all done same day and super fast. Pricing is very reasonable and comparable to other local shops, if not cheaper. You ll often see the owner there helping his team with a smile. Certainly gives you that family feeling, which is missing from the local chains. I ll continue to support this business!

It makes me sad to write this review. We used Legacy for years. They were always our go to place, we recommended them to everyone, we had full trust in them. Every time we brought a car in, even for just an oil change or to check something out, it was costly. But Danny made it sound like it HAD to be done, it was unsafe to drive without getting it done. He even gave us a free rental car to use while our cars were being repaired a few times. He said my husbands truck needed ballpoints and it was going to be thousands of dollars, obviously. Well. Turns out, this entire time that we ve been stressing over figuring out how to afford it, even considering selling the truck it doesn t even need them. Took it to another place and they re in fine condition. Passed inspection and emissions just fine, when we had brought it to Legacy before and they failed it because of the ball joints.The service was always amazing, the people are so nice to your face. But they ll lie through their teeth apparently. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here and we could have saved a ton.

A friend of mine stopped in this past week to have a part customized for his project car that needed a bracket cut, lengthened and welded back together. (He doesnt computer so im writing this for him). He was super happy with the individual he spoke immediately understood what he needed then did quality job and very fast speed at an extremely reasonable price.He is very happy and appreciates the your services. You have most likely earned my business next time i need something done.

Above and beyond in every way. Had to have my truck towed to the shop. Upon inspection, they diagnosed the exact issue, but unfortunately do not perform that kind of work. Everyone I spoke with was so understanding and I was not even charged for the inspection. Being a previous employee about 15 years ago I still trust them with my vehicles and they are fair on price and from the Owner to the lowest man on the totem pole everyone is knowledgeable and courteous and don't make you feel cheated by the work you have done.

Awesome first time .Was only expecting to get my vehicle looked at and then set up a date to have it worked on.They squeezed me in , and I was gone within a couple hours .Great people

I have had my Ford edge and repaired several times. They don t try to oversold me. They just fix it and return it to me. I have had very good experiences. I feel as if most mechanics assume you re stupid. I never received that treatment here.

Traveled 400 miles to assist a sibling with surgical recovery. The last thing I needed was watching my car being towed away due to a defunct starter. But so happy and impressed with Legacy Automotive. They received my car and quickly diagnosed and communicated the problem. I appreciated how I was kept informed by texts and phone calls of progress made on fixing my car. I know there were other service employees who worked on completing the issues but worked mostly with Joseph and Jeremy. Both were extremely friendly and very helpful. Don't want to break down again, but if in this area, Legacy Automotive would be the one I would call.

I had a slow leak in my tire and called multiple places in the area, but was told every time that it would take over 4 days to get my car back to me. I was recommended Legacy Auto and could not have been happier! They got me in the next day and got my car back to me that same day. They were also incredibly kind. I will definitely be going here for any car trouble/repair moving forward.Service: Tires

I wouldn t go here 1) Black handprints and smudges from oil all over my white car when I got it back.2) Had to get a second alignment after theirs because they didn t do it properly.3) They told me something was misfiring which ended up being true, but they gave me some crazy number to fix it. I went to O Keane Automotive in High Ridge which is where I always go and they fixed it for me for free because apparently it was a 10 dollar part that only took 10 minutes to fix. Really glad I got a second opinion.The only reason I ended up here is because O Keane doesn t do alignments unfortunately, so go to Firestone for alignments and O Keane for everything else.I will say that the owner refunded me for the alignment after I had Firestone fix it, but I took it up there for it to be fixed directly by the people I already paid and they told me it was perfect which obviously was not the case.

I do alot of my own auto work but when I have a issue above my pay grade I take it here. And as I get older more & more is above my pay grade. Great service, excellent work, work is guaranteed, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere to get mine or one of my family members vehicles serviced. I can't say enough good things about them, honestly give them a try you'll be glad u did. And your car will too!
