Our friends recommend that we bring our truck in to have the transmission looked at due to not shifting correctly. You quickly found the problem and got the part needed to fix the problem. Another repair shop would have probably just replaced the transmission. Your honesty and integrity are refreshing and so appreciated. Steve is wonderful to work with. Great experience all around. No one wants to take their car in for repairs. My AC went out in my car and this place came highly recommended by a family member, who happens to be a mechanic. It took about a week to get an appointment, but was SO worth the wait. Nice guys doing honest work. Reasonably priced as well. Location isn't exactly convenient for me, as I live in the West County area, but they are now my go to guys.

beyond pleased with our experience. Had the car break down with three young children. They were willing to quickly get us in to have the car looked at. Then fixed the problem and had us back on the road in less then 2 hours. This was at a time when they were swamped with over 15 other cars due to extreme cold temps. Man working the front desk was very nice and even offered our children a free snack and something to draw on to help keep them entertained while we had to wait. Thank you! We highly recommend this location!

I chose Jumpers Auto Service because of it's 5 star rating. When I told someone I was taking my car there they said that's where they go ..GREAT SERVICE!This team is very professional, friendly and gives outstanding customer service!Thank you Steve and Paul for giving me a ride..I gave 5 stars because this team deserves it.Great job!! This shop is awesome. Our rear break on our Super Duty cargo van started smoking while we were pulling our travel trailer through town. Jumper's got us in, got the parts, and had us taken care of and back on the road in a couple of hours.The staff is friendly, and the cost was less than I expected.

My experiences at Jumpers have been great.Steve communicates well and they do very good work. The last issue was an electrical issue with my daughter s car. She had a problem on Sunday and had to get back to school in Springfield Monday night. I dropped the car off Sunday night, called Steve Monday morning, asked if they could get to it so she could have the car that evening (I know we aren t the center of the universe, and didn t expect it to be done, but did ask) and they did it.They are very good about calling with updates, recommendations and approximate costs. The work they do is excellent and reasonably priced.Barry CreechFenton, MO

Took our vehicle to Jumper's because the AC was not working. $350+ later they said it was all good-to-go. Next morning, the AC is not working again so take it back in and they find the original fix wasn't the issue but if we pay them another $1,000 they can fix it. They refused to put any of the prior amount paid towards the correct fix. Took the car to another shop and they fixed it for $800. I'm an advocate for supporting small/local businesses, but not when they screw you out of money. This is just our experience, hope you don't encounter the same...$350+ for nothing.

The expieriance was not with jumpers rather ORIELLYS in high ridge , my u-joint exploded in the industrial park with my 1 ton service vehicle loaded pulling a loaded trailer right in the traffic lane go figure , now I can fix it my self provided I had a new ujoint , it was raining for the 3rd day so I was in a great mood to say the least , so I called ORIELLYS and asked them to deliver a ujoint to me they said they only deliver to businesses I said ok I am a business AAA Maintenance Services llc, and they say well your address is in Arnold I said yeah well my service truck is here in west lark industrial park with a dragging driveshaft in the middle of traffic lane in rush hour , well sir we an only deliver to a business , I said FINE DELIVER IT TO JUMPERS ILL WALK HALF MILE.DOWN THE ROAD IN THE RAIN WHILE TRAFFIC IS STOPPED NO WORRIES ! SO I DID AND THEY MET ME THERE AND I WALKED BACK AMD PUT THE NEW ONE ON , DROVE IT UP TO ORIELLYS SAID THANKS AN THEN DROPPED THE WHOLE 3 PART DRIVE SHAFT AND REPLACED THE OTHER TWO AS WELL BEFORE I FINISHED MY journey , so my review on jumpers ? Idk my review on ORIELLYS 3 stars

Extremely Helpful and takes care of your needs. As a Lady I didn t feel like they wanted to add on Unnecessary items, like I have at other places. This is crucial for me and our vehicles. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We brought in our vehicle this morning for a repair. And was told Because, we went and had two tires put on at Dobbs previously.We were told to take our vehicle back there to have it worked on. Really?!?! We've spent thousands of dollars here having our other vehicles worked on! And because we took and had tires put on somewhere else this is how the owner treats his returning customers? Will no longer receive our business! This is not how you do business! Please share.

This place is excellent. They do great work and they are the only people who touch my truck. I just had the air conditioner serviced and wow . It s just like new.
