There sticker was on my new homes unit. Called to set up service call and encountered the most rude, belligerent lady Melissa. I called on my way to work 8 and hadn't heard anything around 2. I called to follow up. And was met with attitude that I just called a hour ago and to give her a Freaking minute. � apologized and said you must have wrong client. She said not going to argue with me and hung up. Called Kirkwood location same store and was told SHE is the one who does quotes and that's who I was expected to do business with. I called 72 Degrees Heating and they came out immediate and repaired fair price and excellent service.

Hely installed my new A/c & furnace. They explained everything in terms that I could understand. The project took 1 day to complete. The installers were very courteous & they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Family has been using Hely for years. Always on time, polite, professional. Very responsive and they have an emergency line for when the weather is bad and you need help. My installation of my air conditioning and heating was done in one day. The gentleman who was involved in the installation was very courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions. He gave a demonstration of everything and how it works and gave us his phone number in case we had any questions later on. He cleaned up everything and hauled the old unit away. From the time I called until the installation was done was just a matter of a couple of days. The price was in our budget as well. So appreciative of this company. Would recommend it to anyone.

Hely Heating and Cooling installed two air conditioning systems (ductless mini split and traditional split) into my all-brick, 90-year-old, two-story city house that had never had central air.They were very careful, and respectful of both my home and my anxieties about such a major project. The end result looks great, the price I paid was fair, and all communication regarding timeline and expectations was very good. I am greatly enjoying the added heat function of the ductless system upstairs and look forward to summer!Services: Installation, Ductless heating & A/C services

The team at Hely were great. They installed a new system for us at a lot lower cost than their competition. They even brought in some gravel to support the new slab for the heat pump outdoor unit. The new system is much quieter than the 29+ year old system we had before.

Amazing Service! They are great! Our AC went out after the 4th of July, and Tim came out that same day to repair our unit. He diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and had it fixed in less than 5. I am extremely grateful for their great service and quick resolution! I would highly recommend calling them!

Very helpful on installing my new thermostat. Assisted in set up too. We ve used Hely for a very long time and will continue to do so. Have also had new furnace and A/C installed by Hely. Great staff

Very responsive when setting up appointment. Tim was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He figured out what caused the malfunction and corrected that also. Tim made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving. Highly recommend this company!!

Mr. Arthur and Alex from Hely Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job with the installation of my new AC unit. They maintained a clean working environment and had a lot of patience as they assembled the unit. They spoke among each other professionally and respectfully. My new unit has a peaceful hum to it. The AC Compressor outside sounds like it can tackle some heavy-heat without any throttle. It is a clean and sharp-looking machine.

2016. Spent 14k on a minisplit systme that worked for 4 months. Called them out to evaluate, guy that showed up had no clue. After a few months called another company, they said install was dine incorrectly and fixed it with part covered, but I paid for labor. Called Hely again3 months later when it crapped out , bi response. Have Called several times over the years, no response. 14k for something that Hasworked for less than 9 months in 7 years.

My furnace decided to go up into the heavens unexpectedly, the folks at Hely had me up and going within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Everybody was pleasant to speak with from the lady who answers their phone to all the technicians that came over. Great service and experience. Thank you!

I am absolutely grateful I called today around noon because my air wasn't working of course on a 90+ day it was so miserable the lady at the office said we could have Tim out there between 1 and 4pm today he showed up at 2pm and was done in 15 min he was awesome and very sweet I know he was hot and miserable he was the one doing the work but he fixed it rite up and the price was not bad at all I will defiantly recommend this place to everyone who needs any service done my house is staying to cool down and I owe it all to Tim and Hely's for the fast and great service thank you from the bottom of my heart

Sat. morn. had same loud noise I had couple mo.s ago when air conditioner quit. I called, guy said don t do wkends, time 1/2. I said what about Mon. morn.?.. can t do then either. Call & make an appt. Frustrating. I don t tolerate Heat well.
