If I could give zero Stars I would. There is a female employee she is a little bit older and she is extremely combative. She wants to argue when you already know something she'll give you the wrong parts because she thinks she's right she hollers across the store for no reason at customers. It's not worth your money or your time to go to this place because of her.

Jim was extremely helpful getting me a new battery and installing it. He helped me find the anti freeze I needed and got me back rolling down the road. He was professional and courteous.

Alan literally crawled inside my car to help point out my issue. He is the most amazing, caring, courteous worker I ve encountered. Made me want to always make sure to go to this AutoZone for everything I buy. Such a great help in a needed time. I was super stressed and was freaking out.

I wanted to share how helpful the Manager Laura is. Always offering assistance with any problems presented to her I am a senior female that knows nothing about the new cars and alert signals. This store manager has always assisted me and educated me on alert that come up.

Jonah and Lori were super awesome and helpful! Even though they were crazy busy Jonah took the time to look at our car and found out why the battery wasn't charging us saving us from potentially being trapped on the side of the road or not being able to get anywhere for help. It's also super late when we pulled in like 6 and they made us feel welcome and like we weren't a bother at all Lori handled everything for us and Jonah made sure to help install our battery 10 out of 10 will be coming to this store for any car problems and you all should too!

The staff was very helpful. Randy at this location is well knowledge with cars. They do have tool rentals. I rented a 3/8 in torque wrench in inch- pound, while other auto parts store do not have this tool.

The guys here are nice and helpful. I went in to purchase a head light. I waited to install it at home but noticed I was given the wrong bulb. I was able to make the exchange with no problem. The attendant even installed it for me. I was very pleased because I am not mechanically inclined.

Had a bad experience making an exchange at the Fenton MO location (and even dealt with the store manager, who also could not help). I had receipt and end could not return wrong item purchased same day. I had to go back to the other store to return it. Seem to also get incorrect parts frequently from all locations. They have prices that are low enough to keep customers coming back but their quality of their employees is not great.

The workers here are very helpful! I went in after my car had died and I jumped it. They helped me figure out I needed a new battery and installed it for me on the spot! It was such a help I was 38 weeks pregnant and had no idea what was going on and couldn't do it myself.

This is great auto parts store. I went in and asked for help and the guy at the counter actually came out and put the part on for me. They really look out for handicapped people! I'd give them 10 stars if Google would let me!

The staff at this location are great they helped me replace not one but two CV axle's on my 05 trailblazer all I had was a half ton Jack and a Craftsman 350 peice tool set thanks so much for all your help with getting the vehicle back on the road I was from out of town and you all helped my family get back on the road home .

Jonah was awesome! Changed my battery in zero degree weather. There was a stripped bolt, corrosion, and frozen hands. He helped with a smile and didn t complain about his frozen hands. Great job!!

I like this AutoZone for a not so logical reason of it being off the beaten path. It's interesting to me how the store location got picked cause it is easily missed and standalone in a kind of wooded area, but I guess it's a destination place that people seek out when they need parts. We were the only customers in the store as well, but that could easily just be a coincidence of it being a slow time. An employee was right inside the door, helped us right away, and we were back out the door within minutes. A quick and easy experience. A second employee walked up when we were checking out and also greeted us politely. And yes, another customer was walking in as we left. Good- stay in business!

My truck had not started the previous day and I suspected the alternator was going bad. Took it here and Steve (the associate) tested it and the battery. Both tested good and found the problem to be a loose cable connection. I had checked this the prior day but failed to see it. Steve found it, good job Steve! There have been no further episodes of it failing to start.

I was completely lost on the part for my AC compressor on my Blazer (very old and wrecked). I had been too other auto part stores... not mentioning names but 1 was by Aldi's, 1 was by White Castle's in High Ridge. I was so welcomed and felt like they wanted too help me. Normally, workers (men), look at women and wait on men first because they think they are fast money and make women wait (my opinion). Well, I'm here too say, Auto Zone in Fenton. Which is quite out of the norm location wise for the Bluffs. I will NEVER GO anywhere else for auto parts or even gifts for ALL the men in my life. I want to send a SHOUT out to all women (and men). Ask for RANDY. He went well and beyond his job. He was an older GENTLEMAN, that got the job done. Not only helping my in 100 degree weather. He also was helping another woman outside. God bless, Randy! He is truly one of a hell man. Thank you so much. I had my grand daughter too get home to IL.

Don't waste ur time. This store in Fenton Mo is a absolute joke they don't know anything about cars but they sure don't mind putting up a argument, and still hand out the wrong part, if I use autozone again I will drive the extra miles to to avoid being talked to with such disrespect. I'm a mechanic ur not, a monkey could give better customer service then those jokes that work their!!wish I could leave no stars!
