Worst "service" I've ever experienced. I'm convinced most of these great reviews are likely left by family & friends because my experience was terrible. I try to support family & local businesses at any opportunity, which is why I attempted using A&M for a windshield replacement. Was told they would be at my house on Wednesday afternoon, no time frame given.. OK so left my whole afternoon open. Hours go by, no call, no update and no answer when I tried to call. Finally got a call around 4pm stating the delivery guy didn't deliver my parts and he was driving to Hazelwood to pick them and then he would be here to Fenton. It was starting to rain and getting into the evening at this point so asked if it would easier for him to come in the morning. He says yes, he would be here between 10-11 am. Next day, 11:30 am rolls around, still no call, no show, no answer when I call. Left a message to cancel since now he's eaten up 2 days in a row for me leaving me hanging. Never followed up with me. Waste of time. Terrible service and communication. Save your time and support another family, local business.You respond to a Google review faster than you do your customers. Yeah I canceled by 1130! You were supposed to come between 10-11, clearly you're not a man of your word so I why would want a repeat of the day before? We said we would make room in the garage for you in case it started raining, took 5 minutes. Never said anything about needing an hour, you're just making things up, take some accountability. You seem to have a temper. And what does the amount of reviews I leave have anything to do with your terrible service? Why do you think your time is more valuable than mine? These are rhetorical questions, I've wasted enough time on you, good riddance

Speedy and great service, got a quote at 11am, called for service at 1pm and they were at my house with the glass by 4pm the same day, not only were they professional and on time they beat their competitors prices too!

I needed a new windshield to pass safety inspections so I typed in Auto Glass on Google Maps and fortunately enough A&M Auto Glass happened to be the closest option to my house. When I called the Owner Mike answered and within 2 minutes he had answered all my questions, given me a price (called 2 more places afterwards that both told me prices that were $30-$50 higher) and was able to schedule me for 9am the next morning! The next day he showed up to my work on time as promised and had my new brand windshield installed in about a half hour. Just when I thought his service couldn't have been any better I hop in my car as I'm leaving work and notice this!!!!! A microfiber towel folded up into a little pocket with a business card and an ink pen! BRAVO!

The gentleman was able to fit me into his schedule quickly, gave me a great price and was diligent and did a great job. I will be recommending him to anyone I hear needing a windshield replacement for sure!

Their service was great, they are fast and efficient. They are very affordable and do the best job I've seen from using other companies in the past. If I ever need glass repair again, this is who I'm calling and recommending other to use thier services.

I cracked my windshield hacking at some of the ice from storms this past winter. I checked around and A&M had the best price. I wasn't ready at the time to do the repair, just pricing. When I called back for the repair, I was scheduled quickly, the tech came to my house, work completed in less than an hour. I was so impressed and happy to be behind a crack-free windshield. Thanks again

I had my glass installed 4-28-2023. I've had glass installed by multiple local companies, they were all good but A&M was by far the quickest. I want to say it was just over an hour. I will be using them again when I need to! Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing. Previously I had been in contact with their competitor, autocraft glass, to come out and replace my wife's windshield But they were being sketchy about the appointment and wanted me to talk to their boss. They guy from A&M however was quick, efficient, and punctual. Most importantly he didn't bombard me with texts and phone calls while I'm at work. He just showed up and got the job done like he said he would. I appreciate the support from these guys and their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Not to mention he charges way less than his competitors. Great experience going with A&M and I'm absolutely going to use them in the future.

These guys are amazing! The have a quick response time, very friendly and professional, do a great job in a timely manner and an affordable price! They were in and out so fast and my new windshield looks great! They even came to me making it super easy with my hectic schedule. I will call them everytime for my glass needs! Thank you guys so getting me taken care of!

They were the first to give me an estimate and they had the best price. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Excellent work and prompt service. Would recommend.

These gentleman were very professional and they offered great service, and quality product all at an exceptional value. I called and shopped around for quotes and researched meticulously before making a decision, and I am glad that I did as they hands down beat the competition. I needed a windshield replaced and was looking on Google maps and found A&M Auto Glass. I called and they had the best price I found on the windshield, and they were very friendly and professional on the phone. Mike showed up on Tim and was very nice person and provided excellent service. I would recommend calling and getting a quote you will find their prices are great! I highly recommend A&M Auto Glass.

I was recommended to give A&M Auto Glass a call regarding windshield replacement and I'm very happy that I did! He was prompt in reply in service in communication and in a good value! My truck passed inspection & I was able to get plates before they expired. THANK YOU! I WILL call again & pass your info on to friends & family & my car club people!

Had a great experience with A-M Autoglass this week. Called them on Monday and they were able to fit me in by Wednesday. Replied to all my questions quickly via text message. Called 30 minutes before appointment and was done within a half hour. Totally happy with the business I gave them and will be recommending others that need window replacement.

These Guys are amazing best all time Service Experience I could go on and on.. On time! I had struck out twice on Safelite encounters. Extremely hard to find rear window. Also power window on passenger side they fixed FREE!!! They even started the Car with the Jumper Box!! Simply Unreal and the absolute best. Trust me call em for ALL of your Car Glass Needs!!!! Rude! The glass was replaced but they left the rubber at the bottom of the windshield in a mess. Demanded that I pay them without even seeing that the work had been done. Also felt it necessary to be unprofessional and looked through my car even after being told what he was looking for was not there! I will not use them again!

They were in and out quick cheap easy with great installation. Windshields doing good holding strong and I cleaned it up real good today. I'd recommend them.

Took a small crack and made it go across my windshield. When I had Anytime Auto Glass replace it, I mentioned the method that A&M used....they said sounds like A&M didn't know what they were doing.Anytime Auto Glass said they could have fixed the crack as well......Do not recommend A&M to fix cracks.........unless you want it turned into a bigger issue.

I had a terrible crack across my windshield. I shopped around on prices and found A&M Auto Glass. They did a fantastic job and we're we'r to replace it while I was at work. I definitely recommend their services!

Excellent experience and perfect workmanship. You deal with the owner directly and communication is clear and timely. Pricing was very competitive in the market. I wish more businesses were run like his.

I own a small car lot and Mike installs around 25- 30 windshields a year for me. Always does a great job and never any complaints.
