If you drive a vehicle that is manufacturer spec'd to have different tire sizes on front and back... DO NOT REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES AT ONCE... Walmart automotive policy forbids them from installing 2 different tire sizes on the same car... even if you show them that it is a SAFETY REQUIREMENT from the manufacturer, in official vehicle documentation AND the permanent metal specification tag on the door jam. They say it's a liability issue on their part. However... when the manufacturer specifically says the vehicle requires 2 different sizes in order to maintain proper functioning and SAFETY of the vehicle, installing the same size would be a TRUE liability on their part. This is a stupid policy and it is not stated anywhere, until you show up for installation.

Had my oil changed the young man was wonderful he was polite and pull my car right up close to the building so I didn't have to walk a long ways to my car.

Took a set of tires for them to mount and balance. After an hour they informed me their machines can't do it. On the way home, a tire started tearing apart and went flat. I had brought them the truck with a bigger set on the rear. They staggered the tires when they put them back on which made the sizes fight each other. Terrible service and experience.

Needed 4 tires put on my car. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and explained all of my tire choices as well as installation options. My car was in the service bay within 20 minutes and installation was complete about an hour later. Checkout was quick and easy and I was back on the road in no time.

I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for an Oil Change. When I started up my jeep afterwards the check engine light came on. I went back in and told them to which they told me that it was on when I brought it in. ( it definitely was not on) They read the code and told me that it was the oil pressure sensor and that I needed to take it to a mechanic. I had a mechanic look at it the next day but he noticed that they put the wrong oil in my jeep. He recommended that I call them and let them know. Walmart agreed to changing the oil with the correct oil and the light is still on. We ve contacted corporate office to file a complaint but I m afraid that they have damaged my vehicle.Service: Oil change

Overall probably the best auto department I ve seen at any walmart, clean and organized and the staff know cars. They take their time and do things without a rush. Quality.

Very helpful! They didn't have the tire needed and couldn't repair the tire that was damaged because the nail was in the side wall of the tire BUT they did fill the tire up with air for free so that we could get the damaged tire to a place that had a replacement tire.

Put my hub cap over my inflator tube so now I can't add air. Had oil changed at a later date and they overfilled oil by at least a quart.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Stood at the counter waiting to be helped for 15 minutes while 3 techs were working on the same car and kept looking up at me making eye contact yet still wouldn't ask if I needed help. I was going to get an oil change and tire rotation but clearly they didn't want my money. I got mad and left.

Tire service sucks at this walmart. Brought my car here because i have 2 leaky tires,and after an hour,they told me they couldnt find a leak. Cant wait for dicount tire to open.

15 minutes for wipers to be changed, mechanic were very friendly, suggestion for wiper type was thoughtful! Tire pressure check was included! Thanks to the mechanics!

Got an oil change for $32 It did take kind of a long time but for $32 I'll wait. You can't beat it My friend just paid $100 for an oil change We won't say where though..

Terrible service. Lost the hubcap to my brand new 2020 for ranger! Caught the driving flying around the corner in my truck for the "test drive" didn't put any Matt's down got my truck filthy. When I called about my hubcap they have no clue where it is. And didn't even care that they lost it! Thanks!

Waited 3 hours for 2 tires only had 2 vehicles ahead of me.. they need more staff or something always long waits.. they are fairly priced but the slow service hurts

Online said their hours were different than what the store has posted. So despite driving there with the intent of getting my car fixed. I wasted my time and money because the service center was closed, and still couldn't drive my car

Unless you're getting an oil change, expect a long wait. Usually about 3 hours for tires. Your milk will spoil, your ice cream will melt, and they will never let you know if it's ten minutes or half a day more.

Called in to find out if I could get a tire replaced as I found a big crack in my rim and I got transferred over to them and they either put me on hold right away for 30mins or hung up before even talking to me so will not be going there for any car stuffService: TiresService: Tires

They did Not install air filter correctly and broke down and was inconvenienced for two day's and was not happy the way Wal-Mart handled it.

4 hours of waiting then we left cause it wasn't even close to our turn.
