Have worked on 3 of my 4 vehicles. 1 of them had many issues. Fixed all issues and only costed me a couple bucks.Very friendly

We have used them for many years and have been pleased. We recommended our grandson to take his car to them. He told them he had transmission problems. They said that they would take a look at it. Then they told him that it was the transmission and they don't work on transmissions and then charged him $60. Why would they even take the car in if they didn't work on transmissions???

It's hard to find a good mechanic. It's even harder to find one that is personable. Keith is definitely both of those things and more! We've gone to My Mechanic for years because he does great work at fair pricing. He also is extremely nice and takes the time to make sure you are satisfied with your repair. As long as Keith is in business, we'll never go anywhere else.

I had break issues with my truck. Didn't have a lot of tools yet. Keep in mind truck is a 3/4 ton truck I've never done breaks on before. He looked into it and got back to me with in the few hours asked if I wanted to go through the truck front and rear wile he had it. I had just bought this truck a little bit ago and has kept me up to date on on everything that is going on. Thank you very much Keith.

Keith is an honest and very caring person and has always helped make sure our vehicles were done in a timely manner and done right! We never take our vehicles anywhere else. Been using him for years.

I was stranded in Farmington when my alternator went out. I had it towed here and these are the nicest crew you could ever ask for. Honest, fast and very very friendly. You couldn t ask for a better place to take your car. You won t be disappointed!!

Great guy who owns this. Very nice man. He is one of those types of people who you genuinely think would not steer you wrong. It is safe to trust him for a fair deal and a proper repair.

Called to find out if they could help with my vehicle, got a rude "no we can't". Stranded in the hospital parking lot, so I ask if I could find a tow if they could help, she sounded more irritated and told me no again and wouldn't be able to even consider it until maybe next week". Fine with being too busy, but being so rude about it has made me write this review.

Keith has always done a top notch job for me. He doesn't 'up-sell' like the other auto repair shops in Farmington -- the other shops invent problems on your auto that aren't there just to make a buck. Keith doesn't play games like this. If you want games go down the street. If you want an honest mechanic see Keith Lay. It's that simple.

Buddy worked there and was treated like dirt wasn t able to sit down to work on stuff unless it was on the concrete floor makes me sick I wouldn t trust anything that comes out of that shop if there employees aren t able to sit on a chair to work on parts

Keith is a very good and reliable mechanic and Sherry keeps the whole shop running smooth as silk plus they are a U- HAUL outlet with numerous trucks an trailers available most all the time

Seems to be an honest man with good character. I was going out of state and needed a brake job on my Civic, he got me in quickly and got the job done in a day in time for me to go out of state.

I took my truck in to get my AC fixed. He told me up front how much it would be, got me in and out, and charged less than what he said.
