Great service! Made an online appointment and pulled up and was greeted right away. Tires were checked and scanned and found out my tires were in bad shape and needed new ones as they were 7+ years old. Got new ones put on quickly and I got to watch the whole process. I will be going here for all my tire needs in the future! Love free air and rotations!

I purchased a new set of tires for my vehicle last week at the Farmington location. First, I was so impressed by how nice this store was clean, organized. Everyone there was friendly. They got me in and out. I can't say enough about how great the service was. The manager himself was awesome. What a great shopping experience that doesn't always happen. I recommend to all.

Bought 4 new tires from Walmart. They refused to install them (long story... basically, foreign car required different size on front and back... Walmart said it was against their policy to install 2 different size tires on same car... stupid policy when manufacturer requires!) Anyway, discount installed AND went ahead and gave me road hazard AND warranty, as if I'd bought the tires from them!

I got great service here, today, along with a great deal! New Tire Warranty with free repairs/replacement NATION-WIDE at any Discount Tire location & free rotations ANY TIME throughout Warranty. They were quick at getting me taken care of, too! Oh, yeah, & with approved credit, 6 months or more same as cash! Check them out!

I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated and apparently it was too much for them to ACTUALLY do it. I am a mother of 2 one of which is a 16 year old daughter who would be driving the car as well as myself on long trips 530 miles one way often going on the interstate at 75 plus miles per hour in heavy city traffic! The wonderful ppl who caught this after the shimmy in my tire didn t go away told me Discount Tire is the shi*^^*^%| place to get tires and they get their f ups every day!!! DO NOT USE THESE PPL UNLESS YOU WANT TO DRIVE A DEATH TRAP!!!! Shame on them!!!!

Wow wow wow. We are from Florida traveling to Iowa. We bought Goodyear Endurance tires from Discount Tires near our home in Florida two years ago. So glad they have a warranty! While at our campsite last night in St Francois State Park in Missouri we noticed our RV had a flat tire. We aired it up and drove 17 miles to Discount Tires in Farmington. A customer service rep Lauren came out to the parking lot to greet us as we drove in. Fantastic customer service. They replaced our tire for free! Super friendly crew. They had our records in their system. Highly recommend Discount Tires and especially this store in Farmington Missouri

Huge shoutout to the staff and service at Discount Tire. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They are the BEST salespeople I have ever dealt with. Not too pushy, but they stand behind their product and make it easy to choose their service. I bought a set of tires from them, had the tires mounted and balanced, and had a front-alignment. I caught them when they weren't very busy, so I got right in and out at around an hour. Not sure what it's like when they are busier, but they appear to have a large staff of hard workers. Spoke with Antonio and Josh on the phone and they were extremely helpful in setting me up. Worked with Michael upon arrival and he was friendly and informative. Dylan performed my alignment and even helped answer some questions about the pro-rated manufacturer's warranty for me. I have changed my own tires before and do most of my own wrenching, but when I need something like this done again I will definitely be returning to Discount Tire in Farmington, MO.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! This place and their staff are phenomenal. They are quick and always welcome walk ins. They are friendly and extremely helpful.A year ago, one tire went flat (without any prior signs) and we were across the street so we slowly drove over. The tire needed replaced and they noticed another tire was in need of replacement as well. They hooked us up with two tires for a ridiculously low price and gave us a warranty on them also.I don't think I would ever go to any other tire shop again. Discount Tire saved us money, time, hassle, and above all else safety and quite possibly our lives.

I came here to change my front tires due to wear, I was told my tires were no longer being made and I was told to buy one from a third party retailer if I didn t want to change all four to match.I took this advice and came back to the shop. After having 4 people go ahead of me and waiting more than 2 hours I was told that I cannot have my tires put on my vehicle.This place overcharges, gives advice you can t trust, and will not back up their word. If you want quality and trust worthy work done on your vehicle I would look elsewhere. Horrible experience!

I got all terrain tires put on my Rover over a year ago and every-time i need anything from a tire rotation to a basic question they have been able to help over that time. Super friendly especially for someone that has little car knowledge.

Discount Tire is the absolute best! From the GM to all the other staff. Their customer service is outstanding, and they always go the extra mile to help me find the perfect tires for my ride. Their focus on customer satisfaction make them my go-to choice. Highly recommend!

My first time going to a Discount Tire, and after my experience I will definitely be back. They are all super friendly. They explain everything you need to know about your tires, and answer any questions you have. The customer service is amazing. We thought my tire was unbalanced, but it ended up being an issue with the belt separating, and they helped me pick out the best tires for my vehicle. Also they do military discount which is awesome. 10/10 recommend.

Came to Discount Tire in Farmington to get air in my tires and a free rotation, found out my tires were cracking and may be going on recall soon due to this issue, then found out there was a screw in my tire as well. They quoted me getting $476 towards new tire credit from Nokian with only $206 out of pocket for new tires and labor. Then they found out how bad they were and were worried because I m taking a trip to Belleville this weekend. They were able to maneuver around somehow and get me 4 new tires with 40,000 miles of tread life for $26.13! Dylan and Mike were the ones who helped me out. Shout out to these two amazing guys who helped make Baymax (my car) safer for me to drive! I appreciate you guys!

2 weeks and 3 different people that I talked to tried ordering 2 tires. The assistant manager told me the second time I could carry them out. Another week goes by still no call back I called asked if they got them in they said nope wrong weight rating. Just a great big waste of time.

Great place to get tires. Ordered online and scheduled my appointment. Immediately received a call from them to confirm. Met me in the parking lot to get my keys and get started. Changed out 4 tires in record time. 30 minutes max. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. A1 all the way.

Simple, straightforward transaction. Tyler was friendly, professional, and informative. The whole store was very respectful with my service dog. They also recommended another facility to help with other needs for my car. I hope I do not have to use them soon. I am very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend others utilize their services. The pricing is very reasonable too.

I have been using discount tire for over 20 years in other locations and this one does not disappoint. we are greeted at our car upon arrival by Paul who provided excellent customer service. yes, the story is new, but it is clean and has a very professional feel to it. I would definitely recommend discount tire.

This place is amazing! They had wheels in stock that I wanted. I went in and they unmounted my tires, remounted them to the new wheels, transferred tpms, and put the new wheels on all in about 30 minutes. They re extremely transparent and clear about pricing, and their prices are amazing. No weird fees or anything. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10!

Fast and friendly, literally spent no time waiting for my truck to get all 4 tires changed. And everyone who worked there showed no shortage of friendliness. So if you value your time like I do , I definitely recommend.
